Excuse meExcuse Me.
I beg your attention please,
Ladies and gentlemen of this generation put your eyes on me,
I'd like to ask you why,
Tellin me things soon thought the truth,
Till I trudge,
Thinking about wasting my life,
What can I say,
I'm tired of hearin' your shit all damn day.
You can't point out my flaws,
When you're too blind to see your own,
Without a doubt unstoppable,
From NOT seeing.
So how the fuck do you automatically see mine?
To believe you, I decline,
I'm gonna ignore you, I'm gonna bore you. I'm gonna shine. -Katie

I returned home on holiday to the midlands on the border of Warwickshire and Oxfordshire. My life pursuits London became increasingly difficult as the economy declined into a widely unfavorable state. I was balancing a waitressing job at a café along with bookkeeping work. They paid enough to keep me housed, fed, and clothed, but consequently I neither had the time nor the energy to focus on what I really wanted to do with my life, only... I wasn't quite sure what that was. I suppose I would have liked to attend a university, but I didn't have the funds and neither did my parents. Loans would only us into debt that we likely wouldn't be able to pay off readily.
But my situation wasn't unlike any one else's. At least I had a job and could take care of myself. Sure I felt trapped and lost at the same time, confused, and at the end of the day very lonely. Maintaining a social life became another challenge. Here I was, a month away from my twentieth birth

Elle Bloom wasn't too happy to be speaking to her mother on her way back to the cesspit that was called "home".
"And you don't even bother to give them a chance Mirelle! If you weren't so stubborn you'd be happier and never of had your heart broken by that two-timing-"
Elle snapped her mobile shut with a mixture of annoyance and rage.
Her mother was so atrocious and arragont that it was impossible to tell that they were mother and daughter.
They didn't even look related.
Elle had long, soft, honey blond hair with crystal blue eyes while her mother's was short, spikey and flame red with different coloured eye contacts almost everyday.
Elle had enough on her mind without her mother pestering and reminding her off her heartless ex-boyfriend who had cheated on her with not one but two other women. She had

You left me there
beaten down and bruised
You turned your back on me
and left me alone, crying for help
I gave you my heart
You held it for a moment
and then you let it fall
and shatter to pieces
Now I;m stuck with this pain
I'm stuck with these memories
and all these scars
will make sure I don't forget
I crawl on my hands and knees
gathering the remains of my heart
My cuts reopen through my struggles
and bleed fresh blood
I'll find all the pieces though
and I'll put it back together
It may take awhile
but I will
I may always be a little broken
and I may take awhile to love again
but I'll stand strong
and I'll Breathe Again without you

Elle's first thought was the man who attacked her and knocked her against the brick wall, had brought her to his hideout or where ever he could commit the malicious crime.
She moved her limbs, expecting to have some kind of restraints around her wrists and ankles. There weren't any.
She opened her eyes and her surroundings made her think she was in a victorian museum. She was lying on a large four poster bed with red velvet curtains draping from it. There was a glorias antique wardrobe a few feet away that stood by a large window framing a spectacular veiw of a green forest and yellow fields. Tapestries and paintings hung from the walls that looked centuries old yet looked freshly painted and woven.
Her head was pounding and her neck was stiff. Her hopes were to find some painkillers and find out who brought her. She tried to remember what had happened before her head was slammed against the wall.
She was threatened,

THE GIRL FELL TO THE GROUND. The man pulled forcibly on the reins, stopping the horses.
He stepped off of the chariot, ordering the horses to vanish. They did, taking the chariot with them.
He did not go any closer to the girl. He stood, motionless on the spot. He only watched her, making sure she was alive. Had her fear of him killed her? Impossible, he chastised himself, for she was immortal. But she could surely try her best. If she wanted to, she could go into a deep sleep that could last for centuries. He was worried she would do this.
Tentatively, he stepped toward the girl, his boots crunching the snow underneath him. He looked around. He had caused all this death and cold. He looked at the girl, in her soft pink dress and flowers resting in her hair. She was the only light, the only pure thing in this area. He, certainly, was not pure. He had done too many things. This included.
This does not count,

Elle rounded the corner and leaned against the doorframe of the break room.
Crossing the threshold, she slid her time card through the machine, which sounded a
satisfying beep. That was the sweet sound of officially being off the clock. When she got
accepted for the job, Elle thought it would be a dream to go to class and work part-time
at a bookshop. However, Elle forgot about the rest of the assholes that existed in the
world that made customer service such a shitty job field to work in.
'Now, now, Elle. Watch your language. You wouldn't want people to think that
you're unladylike,' E
Mias and Elle - Chapter 11With vicious threats and the crash of objects being thrown against a door open ajar, Mias left Elle to herself for three whole days. He was by no means offended by her actions and harsh shouting and name calling as he may have been previously, as he could not contain his amusement and curiosity. He wanted to know what could have possibly transpired between the two women to put Elle in such a strange mood. She blushed scarlet and her brow furrowed whenever he opened her door to bring her food, fair warning she seemed to think before the name calling began. He would laugh, wish her well and leave her to her own devices.Mias and Elle - Chapter 113 years ago in General Fiction More Like This
Yet on the third day, he had grown tired of the new game that they had been playing at. He wished to look in to her eyes, touch her skin, and hear her voice untainted by screaming. The thought of seeing her smile at him was still a strong image that still nagged and prodded at his brain. He was a man who always got what he wanted, but this seemed to be something that was
A Failed FairytaleI'm going to tell you a story,A Failed Fairytale2 years ago in Free Verse More Like This
A story of a fairy tale gone wrong,
Of broken hearts and shattered dreams,
Of pain that flows into words.
If you are looking for a happy ending,
Turn away now.
If you are searching for an escape from reality,
You will not find it here.
This is the story of a girl.
A young girl,
With an open mind,
Willing to accept anyone into her heart.
Her heart wasn't pure,
She had a dangerous past,
But her eyes looked to the future.
Before she closed her eyes,
She would look up at the sky,
And search for a miracle.
She needed help,
She needed some one to reach down and help her back up,
From where she had fallen on the ground.
She had held strong.
She couldn't walk,
But she could crawl.
She crawled as far as she could in life,
But she needed someone.
Then one cold May night,
Out of the darkness,
Came a shooting star.
Lighting up the sky.
She whispered out her wish,
The thing she dared to dream of,
Her wish upon a star,

Four white walls
Bright white lights
White hospital gown
White is all that's here
They think I'm crazy
That I'm "sick"
That I'm messed up
That I've lost my sanity
But how do they know what I am?
They know not what I'm thinking
or what I want to do
or what happened to me
Bet they'd love to know
what makes me tick
and what runs through my mind
They'll never know
I won't let them near
act like an animal
so they're afraid
They try and play mind games
but little do they know
they are all a part of
my mind games
Singing my song
so they can't hear
smiling cause I know I'm fine
and i'll get out of here
"Little bird in your cage
singing to their tune
sing a little louder
they'll stop listening soon
Your wings may be clipped
but the keys are in your reach
they may think your helpless
but look out! security breach"
Singing this melody
one day we'll be free
and they won't control me
or be able to tame my Insanity

The Vampire King Part oneAnguish resonated through my being as I watched her life slowly pass from her eyes. The pain was beyond that which I could perceive and so I felt no more in that moment. I lifted my eyes to the gallant hero who stood with sword in hand and halo overhead. His face placid and cold like the body of the maiden who would never again smile, never again laugh. A spike of emotion ripped the shield of my heart and surprised me with its force. Tears came without warning, despair, sorrow and rage waged a war within my soul for dominance. All the coldness in my heart had melted away in her arms and now I would have to know that coldness again... forever. The Vampire King Part one5 years ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
Then her words echoed through my mind like a cry in the deepest of catacombs. "I swore that I would not leave you alone...and yet, they would make a liar of me..." She had said this with her last breath. In that moment of pure hate and rage, I found myself clutching her to me rather than lashing out at the cause of this tragedy. Even as her body b

The first feeling of happiness he felt in 14 years was gone. Vanished. Not to be seen again.
"Sir, Miss Elle has just ran out of the palace. Did something happen?"

PERSEPHONE SAT IN HER ROOM, glancing at the window. There was not much to look at. Hades had put her room away from the others, toward the wastelands of the Underworld, the empty lands, where there was nothing much besides black ground and pillars of smoke. She knew that if her room were at the other end of the palace, she would see fire and destruction.
Hades had said he would return in a day or two. That meant she still had a slight chance to get out. Not of the Underworld. She knew that was impossible. She wanted to at least see the gardens. If anything, they were still growing things, and they offered no ridicule or emotions.
She stood, walking over to her door, opening it so there was only a small crack. The large, black dog outside of her door was sleeping soundly, even snoring slightly. The snore was deep and ragged, more like a growl with each inhale.
Persephone slid out of her door, shutting the door softly. The dog did not stir.
She continued her w

A single minute cost him an entire family inheritence that went straight to his twin brother Mias, all because he was sixty seconds older.
If Elias could ask for anything in the entire world, it would be a knife to his brother's throat. If he could have such a wish, he would never ask for anything again. He wouldn't need to, the entire fortune would be his.
Elias had attempted to make his own wish come true but failed everytime and returning to his home with either a black eye or a bloody lip. But that never stopped him, it only made him more determined to spill Mias' blood.
He sat around a part of the forest that had fallen trees amongst the ground. He was trying to come up with a plan to kill his brother but he was running out of ideas. He had tried poisioning, stabbing, strangling, suffocating and burning Mias, but non of these had worked. Mias was too aware and sly, he was always able to dodge death within an inc
