When the people look at me
They look at me like I am only a stone
I always alone
Despite the rain and the storm approached
I'm hoping to be accompanied
But everything goes out like fire
If the fire is my friend
That warmth is my power
But when the wind blows
The heat burn all my hope
A good friend is something so valuable
Can not be bought or sold
But I also need to realize
That he also has his own problems
It's the time to stop expecting the humans
Because every human has his own problems
It's not a wise thing to expect humans
Because in the end they always let me down

A frothy light spills into the bedroom from outside the closed shades. It's dimmed by the falling rain, trilling a steady heartbeat, tapping the dirty window. Inside the house, the fan whirs over two sleeping figures, wrapped in sheets like hot pockets. One of them has his arms slung haphazardly across the bed, his right resting atop his companion. She, on the other hand, sleeps in a contained ball, the blankets covering her chin. The two breath slowly, deeply, as the digital clock switches to 6:30.
It's at that exact moment when the phone rings. The stereotypical, high-pitched noise cuts through the calm and snatches their sleep right away from them. They're aren't exactly surprisedalarms and phones and annoying noises come with the job description. Full-time superhero, and now? Full-time spouse.

Toothless was not amused in the least. When Hiccup had come into the cove today, he smelled like other dragons. Even though the boy had a basket full to the brim with his favorite fish, the Night Fury refused to even look at him. How dare he fraternize with other dragons...and a Zippleback at that! Those two-headed freaks were just...well, freaks. Whenever the Viking came near, Toothless would launch himself into the air and get as far away as possible.
After the seventh of these such escapes, the boy seemed to give up and headed over to sit on one of the rocks surrounding the water. Watching warily from a tree, Toothless saw him pull out his ever-present sketchbook and begin to write. Curiosity overcoming the sense of betrayal, the dragon climbed down and slowly crept over to watch over Hiccup's shoulder. What he saw made him hiss and knock the sketchbook onto the ground with one flick of his tail.
"Hey!" the Viking cried, climbing down after his precious book as Toothless snorted and

It didn't. What is that? he thought groggily.
Soft flutters against his cheek joined the piping little noises. Soft like feathers…Oh. Baby-Tooth. What's…? The thought trailed off as the fairy rammed into his forehead with a relatively insistent huff. His eyes fluttered open. Upon seeing the young spirit's bright blue eyes, Baby-Tooth flew right in his line of vision and seemed to be asking questions with a series of high-pitched chirps and squeaks.
"Whoa, whoa there Baby-Tooth," Jack soothed over her squeals, "calm down." He raised his arms in an attempt to placate the tiny creature when he stiffened. His arms were all cut up…
Jack shot upright, a strangled gasp escaping his lips as he remembered the shadows. He tried to take in his surroundings, but dizziness took over so he held his head i
Bob's Tattoo and GroceryGraveyard shift sucks. That's it, it sucks, no two ways about it, no making lemonade from those lemons, graveyard shift is a soul-sucking, mind-sapping experience that only the rare person who gets off on misery can enjoy. The local grocery store, Bob's Discount Tattoo and Grocery, had decided to start offering twenty-four hour service to the strange folk who need to buy a gallon of milk or a carton of cigarettes at 3 o'clock in the morning. They needed brave young men and women to man the front lines of the night shift, and, needing a reason to get out of the house during the summer, I applied and was fortunate enough to be hired. It didn't take me long to realize that work sucks almost as bad as being unemployed.
You see, for the earlier part of the evening, we have a few people here and there who come in for the aforementioned odd item, people who for whatever reason just couldn't wait until daylight to pur

When Castiel swerved crazily into the car park, tires screeching and smoking, Dean was unconscious. Cas struggled with turning the car off and closed his eyes for a second, trying to get his breath back. He'd scraped along the gutter a few times and had been going too fast for comfort. Dean wasn't going to be happy. With that thought, Cas looked over at Dean. He was ghostly pale and when Cas placed a hand on his face, he was cold as ice. He was still breathing just. "You're not dying, Dean. Not yet."
The young lady standing behind the reception desk looked up in surprise as Castiel entered, his sleeves rolled up to hide the blood.
Cas took one look at the woman and decided to avoid talking to her. He didn't feel like thinking about what he w

"eat something for me, please?"
how it infuriates me.
Why can't they just understand?!
I'm already doing something for them:
I'm not eating for them;
I'm not eating so they will love me
and accept me.
I'm not eating so that I can be like them:
All I want is something that is all mine,
something that is all my decision.
All I want,
in a world full of rules and regulations,
is something that I can control;
something that I can decide yes or no to
and everyone has to accept that.
at times I want to give up
and let the world win.
It is so hard at first;
when my stomach aches for a morsel,
when my eyes wander eagerly over delicacies,
but after a while,
terrible as it seems,
my body just stops expecting it:
it stops wanting it.
it's so easy to give it up.
it's so easy that food
Huge portions repulse me,
the smells sickens me,
and the sight of it scares me.

Castiel was angry. He didn't want to hurt Dean like he had the last time they'd been in this situation, but he couldn't just stand around and let Dean give in. He didn't know what else he could say. What could he do to convince this man that he wasn't worthless? Because that's what Dean thought. He thought he was nothing, just a pawn in the heaven's giant game of chess. Cas believed that Dean was more than that. Dean was important.
When Dean finally spoke, it was only to utter the words "I'm not saying yes," and slide down so that he was sitting in the doorway.
Cas placed a hand on Dean's head. "So you're just going to watch the world burn?"
"What else am I supposed to do?" Dean sounded like a lost, wounded dog. He looked up at Cas, eyes shining with unshed tears.
"We have to get Sam back. We have to do as Gabriel said."

Chapter Five- The Challenge
Hulk was soundly asleep in his bed, completely unaware of the beautiful woman that lay sleeping atop his form. It was Shego, who had once again sneaked into Hulk's room, despite having her own room nextdoor. She was wearing her green pajamas, which really blended against Hulk's emerald skin as her head rested on his chest, her long dark mane spread across Hulk's upper body like a blanket.
She couldn't sleep in her room, for some strange reason she didn't feel comfortable. Since Hulk's room was right beside her own, Shego decided to sneak over and rest in bed with him. As soon as she rested in bed with Hulk, she seemed to become more comfortable and it wasn't long before she fell into a peaceful slumber. This wouldn't be the first time in the past four days that she had done this, for every night Shego would sneak into Hulk's room to sleep with him in his bed.
There was just something calming and relaxing about Hul

Imagine a world where Sam had never thought of saying yes to Lucifer and jumping in. A world where one little idea never popped into the younger Winchester's head. In this world, the brothers tried to simply trick Lucifer, to push him into his cage. In this world, Castiel never lost all of his powers. The look she had given him was seared deep into his memory. That look of hurt and confusion and utter betrayal. He would never forget it, and he would never forgive himself for putting it on her face.
He hadn’t meant to be harsh—but he was just so angry. If they had barely escaped with their lives, what did that mean for Lance? It means he’s dead, that’s what. That was the thought that pushed him over the edge and caused him to snap at her. And that resulted in her looking at him like she no longer knew who he was, almost as if she was…scared of him.
Casey spent the truck ride trying to convince himself he didn’t care what she thought because it was all her fault Lance was gone. But every time he tried to be angry with her, he saw that expression on her face. Then his anger melted. He couldn’t do it. Once he had time to cool down and start thinking clearly again, the gu
New Discoveries - Chapter 23 The storm over Ponyville was one of the harshest ones they had ever experienced. It was more like a hurricane rather than a basic storm; the winds were much harsher and the rain came down heavier than normal. What caught the worry to the citizens of Ponyville was that there was no real explanation to why the Weather Team responsible for the weather decided to have a hurricane; they hadn't missed any scheduled rainstorms in the past several months. Knowing that there was probably some logical reasoning behind it, nopony really questioned why it was happening, even though they were still a bit worried.New Discoveries - Chapter 233 years ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This

Jade cleared the top of the hatch to find that it opened in a crevice in the canyon wall. It was clever placement—not too far from the ground but hidden from ground view all the same. Funny, after all her poking around, she’d never found that maintenance tunnel before.
The freezing air nipped at her skin with a painful bite. But despite the cold, most of the snow had already melted into the bare, withered earth and only a little was left in the crags of the mountain. After sealing the heavy metal covering that was artfully camouflaged to blend in with the rock, she slid cautiously down the cliff side to where the group was waiting.
Everyone was standing around Revis, watching as Vyra pressed her jacket to his leg. Jade was surprised to find that she was the one tending to him and, to be honest, more than a little upset about it. But any vexations she had about the Ucretian dissipated when she got a good look at her brother.
He was lying on his back with h
