Ode to Rise AgainstThe band spoke not to the masses,Ode to Rise Against2 years ago in Traditional Fixed Forms More Like This
but to those whose wrists wore slashes.
Their words lacked a semblance of formality,
but were meant for those with abnormality.
The message was for all those whose pain was immense;
it told them it was time to rise, Rise Against.
Rise Against the injustice and pain.
Defend the memory of the slain.
Stand for those who are helpless.
Always try to be selfless.
Work hard for better futures.
Treat the world's wounds with sutures.
Rise Against their pseudo-perfection.
With music, they gave us direction.
Do not let yourself be tame.
Do not give in to their game.
Fight back, but not with violence,
and do not live in silence.
Rise Against the corrupt regime.
They are not as strong as they seem.
Live only by your moral laws.
Stand up, stand out, embrace your flaws.
Arm-in-arm, we make a wall.
Together, we can stand tall.
Rise Against the fanatic;
those whose beliefs are static.
They fear our success, our progress,
and so it is us they oppress.
In time, my suffer

"8ut Terezi you just don't understand it all." She pouted the moment her arms crossed in front of her chest. "If there's a prize for rotten judgement, I guess I've already won that." Terezi smiled and arched her eyebrows to agree with that statement. "No man is worth the aggrav8tion. That's ancient history, 8een there, done that!!!!!!!!" Spider Tears - Vriska/TereziLittle Vriska stood infront of her lusus, who screeched at her in only a tone a Scorpio would understand. Spidermom, as Vriska knew her, was reveling to her what she would have to do to keep her lusus alive. She would have to kill other trolls and feed them to Spidermom. "But mom, I... I don't understand!" She squeaked. "Isn't that.. Murder?" Spidermom screeched in anger at the young troll, making Vriska wince. "Ok, mom... I'll go get you some.." Little Terezi was lying in her hive, playing with some scalemates. "Hehehe, you guys are adorable!" she looked down at them, smiling. She loved her little dragon friends, anything dragon related, actually. She was quite alone, since she was a little troll and hadn't made any friends yet. She glanced through the window at what looked like another young troll approaching. "Can you see that, Senator?" she asked a yellow scalemate. "Who is she?"
I love h8ing youI have 8een sailing these seas for such a long time now. I have 8een to all of the islands and retrieved all of the treasures. All of it. There was no8ody that could possi8ly stop me. No8ody. Not even that stupid l8me excuse for a rival as dualscar. Stupid fool was alw8ys trying to one-up me, 8ut Mindfang doesn't deal with one-ups due to the fact that I always win. Sure I let him try 8ut his attempts rem8ined as a w8ste of time. I was very kind in the fact that I didn't immediately kill him and take all that he had rather I let him think he was in control. With as many times as I had put him in his rightful place and let him know he was never in charge, we had a good team sort of thing occurring. 8ut then the moment I heard of her I knew I needed her to 8e my rival.I love h8ing you2 years ago in Short Stories More Like This

The voice was so quiet that GLaDOS almost didn’t hear it at first. She jerked her optic away from the sensor readings to stare at the test chamber. The sheet she’d dropped over her test subject was moving, and, hardly daring to believe it, she breathed, “Chell?”
As the human shoved the sheet off, GLaDOS could see she was laughing. Waves of emotion crashed over her, threatening to overwhelm her systems. She was relieved and furious and giddy all at the same time.
“You fell for it,” the test subject said as she stood up, shaking with laughter. “I can’t believe that actually worked. ‘I’ll even bake a cake for you!’” she mimicked. “It was all I could do to keep from laughing.”
“You…how did you do it?” GLaDOS managed. Despite her fury, she couldn’t help but be impressed with the girl. Scientific curiosity was getting the
Capitulo 12. Capitulo 12. Seeing his parents killed right in front of him had left him feeling empty. He longed for his mother's lullabies and his father's piggy back rides. He longed for the comfort of being loved. Everyday it became harder and harder to provide for himself and Bolin. They were running out of yuans they got for their allowances, and Mako had to start working in any store that would take someone his age. It was hard to leave Bolin in alleys by himself. Everyday at Narook's Seeweed Noodlery where he cleaned floors, he thought about his brother alone, getting hurt, and it killed him. He couldn't lose him, too.
He was always relieved when he came back and saw Bolin eagerly waiting for dinner. He sat down and handed whatever food he managed to scrape up that day to Bolin and his brother ate as quickly as possible. Mako relaxed and closed his eyes, tired from the days work. He felt a cool breeze and heard his brother's teeth chatter. Mako took off the scarf he always wore, the last object his father

Remember just one little thing.
There are places to go,
Where you have never been before.
How can you be sure those places are bad?
There are things to see,
Things you have never seen before.
How can you be sure those things are ugly?
There is a new tune to hear,
Something you've never heard before.
How can you be sure that tune is scary?
There are words to be said,
Things that have never been said before.
How can you be sure those words are hurtful?
There are dreams to be imagined,
Things you have never dreamed before.
How can you be sure that they are nightmares?
Darling, please don't give up.
Please stay strong.
Don't let go.
