This is still very much a WIP. The texture was, well frankly, a mess; had to re-map half of it and patch up seams like you wouldn't believe. It's orders of magnitude better in this shot, but I'm still working on that one big one down the back...
The actual mesh wasn't too bad; I did a bit of simplification, but I wanted to leave a lot of the detail in, so it's still going to be a fairly complex model.
A paper model(paper craft) of Oblivion keyblade from Kingdom hearts 2 that I made.
Since people have been asking, here's how I did it
1. Find artwork of Oblivion keyblade and separate the picture into different parts. 2. zoom in on the artwork and start drawing out the pieces(or trace if you want) 3.Scan the pictures into the completer and flip it horizontally ( for the second side cause I'm lazy ) 4. Cut the pieces out and the rest is just building + some adjustments along the way (Being experienced in papercrafting helps too)
Note: I kind of painted and build it at the same time because I often notice parts that will be hard to paint if you glue it first.
Detail wise: I tried to make it as detailed as possible so there are many pieces that would of been able to be one piece but I made it two pieces.
The above is the run down of how I made oblivion Keyblade. I am currently working on Oathkeeper Keyblade( coz I just finished KH 358/2 Days which motivated me) and who probably show how I did it step by step if anyone wants to know. nvm, I finished Oathkeeper long ago and forgot to take pictures of the process ^^'''
Btw, Thanks for all your comments. I really enjoy reading them.
There, i dumped everything i sketch... well... almost...
I failed to meet the deadline of a job, it's not formal at any angle, it's more like my pursuit of my own ambition, well, mid term test doesn't allow me to fulfill that and, here we are, i don't really want to hide this work forever, now that i missed the deadline.
Next time, i wont be taking too much jobs so that i can concentrate which one i should be focusing on. But they are fun, and hard to resist... ugh... i just want to... do... some...- ASSUMING CONTROL.
Study for a synthetic special forces body optimized for operations in the monstrous, hyperthermic ecology of a far-future terraformed Venus. Think recombinant, transphyletic rainforests on both steroids and acid. This environment would be disputed territory after the collapse of a prospective Solar Empire ruled, of course, by the tyrannical denizens of Old Earth. Tres dystopian!
The figure, or at least its upper torso, was done after a Shriow illustration appearing in the appendix of Black Magic. The exposed vertebrae of the depicted bioroid put me in mind of erectile, longisquamid vertebral rays...I'm not sure what purpose they'd serve. Heat dissipators, or communications masts, maybe...? I've also been reading Alita lately, so I'm sure that was an influence. And of course Nihei's Silicon Creatures.
Will Scrap before the downfall of the Terran Hegemony!!
This was a part in episode 6 where Black★Star was trying to partner with Soul because they are
However, in turn of events, Black★Star ended up cutting his head open from Soul's blade, and in an impossible attempt, he tried to pick him up, which resulted in head bleeding, Black★Star shooting his soul wavelength into Soul accidentally, which made Soul puke blood. Then Black★Star made this, hilariously orgasm-like face.
