"Bent get up dude mom and dad want to get going like right now." A voice said to me through the darkness of the closet that I slept in.
Without even moving or lifting my head I replied groggily "Tell them I will be down later."
The closet door closed and I stood up; stretching from my head all the way to the end of my tail. M claws dug into the carpeted floor as the feeling of refreshment flowed through me. Kyle, the person who woke me, was downstairs talking to his parents.

While I'm honoured that you'd like to read my works, I regrettably have to inform you that this story has been discontinued after eight chapters and a sidestory merge. There won't be any more chapters in this story, sadly.
I am however working on a new project that will hopefully outshine this old gal - it's going to be released some time in the future, and I hope you'll be there to read that was well.
If you can deal with this story ending abruptly with no end in sight, then by all means read on, and dream.
People dream. It's natural. Daydreams you usually control and you can make them whatever you want. Sometimes they get forgotten, sometimes they spring back to life after a long time, or just a heartbeat. Sometimes, they come true.
Last year, I stayed home from school two days because of stomach pains. My mother thought it was some kind of odd flu, mainly because she had it t

This a story of what can happen if all the pieces are in place. One of the most interesting things about the world is the sheer lack of appreciation for its size. The world is a big place, anything can happen. Nothing is impossible, only improbable.
My name is Ethan, my friends call me Farm Fresh and I was just your typical 6 1 lanky college guy. Im going to tell you a story of what happened when I was at an airsoft operation. This story may sound a little out there. Well, I have learned to keep my mind open. Never over look the unlikely or it could be costly. I found that out the hard way. But before I go off on one of my long philosophical rants that can bore my parents to tears, let me begin my story. It all happened in late July of last year.
One hour north of De Soto MO.

TF Story the Dragons NestAlestra, a young, adventurous, yet kind-hearted girl is exploring the forest near her hometown after hearing a rumor that in a cavern hidden in the forest is an abandoned dragon's nest with eggs that have yet to hatch. Worried about the eggs, Alestra decided to go to the cavern and check on them to see if they were ok, unaware of the destiny that awaited her.TF Story the Dragons Nest4 years ago in Short Stories More Like This
After 3 hours of exploring the forest, Alestra finally arrives at the cavern she was looking for. Still concerned about the well being of the eggs, Alestra wasted no time getting inside. The cavern's interior was pretty dark, if it weren't for her flashlight, Alestra wouldn't have been able to see two feet in front of her. She soon saw a faint glow deep in the cavern. She quickly turned the corner to see the source, and there they were. Sitting in a nest made of rocks, were four green dragon eggs, illuminated by a small dragon glow spell, like someone wanted them to be found. Alestra slowly approaches the nest and climbed inside.

The forest was quiet with anticipation as a young brown haired girl stalked her prey. A thick mist had settled over the land making visibility reduced to almost nothing. She carried her bow gently as she searched for a deer.
Vikings were normally quite larger than this young girl but what she lost in size she gained in stealth. This was a test for her to see if she could be like the rest of the Vikings and put some food on the table.
She stood proud as she listened for anything that might lead her to her prey. Her green eyes shone, white teeth adding to their gleam, and a kind face that would make you smile.
This young Viking had a name and she had pride in who she was. She was Sassy; Sassy was kind and caring of others. This trait was not one that was highly looked upon in her clan but it did not stop her.
The quiet surrounding her was broken by a twig snapping a grunt of pain. Once Sassy heard the grunt; her instincts kicked in. Someone was hurt and she needed to help

Hello ladies, gentlemen, dragons and dragonesses allow me to introduce myself. Most of my friends call me "Wattojawa". I live near 3 small towns in York County Pennsylvania. Last summer (2010) I was a 5'6" human. That changed in late August, now I am a 7' tall dragon. My dragon name is "Thunder Claw" and my dragon friends use it. My family uses my human name, John. This will be the story my life since I became a dragon. But, I am going to tell you how I became a dragon first.
I suppose the events that led to this started during the final week of July, I was at Smith Electric Motor Repair talking to my friend, James, who works there about my latest project, a hit & miss electric fan. I don't work there but, I often help
Rebirth (Ice Dragon TF)I winced again as I tripped over yet another rock and fell on my knees. This time, I stayed there for a while, sobbing. Tears dripped down my mud-stained face and onto my blood-stained pants. I had been in this damn jungle for four hours now, separated from my camping buddies after I had left them to satisfy my thirst at the nearby river. Turns out I had a really bad sense of direction and even worse luck. I must have taken a wrong turn somewhere - I wasn't able to find the way back in the time it had taken me to get to the river in the first place. "SHIT!" I screamed, slamming my fist into the ground. I retracted my now bleeding hand, regretting that violent action, too late.Rebirth (Ice Dragon TF)3 years ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
I stood up slowly, on shaking feet, when I heard, once again, the ominous growl of thunder in the distance. "Dammit, Dammit, Dammit" I muttered to myself over and over again. Getting caught in the rain wouldn't be a good idea, especially out here in the wilderness. I panicked (even more), and starting running lik
Feral Time, Part 1That first half of the semester was fun. That first day was something, I walking into work and Debbi thought I was a different dragon and tried to shoo me out from behind the desk. I was able to explain to her that I was me and after a little evidence proving my claims, personal info and all that goes a long way. "I hope not. I'm tired of it myself," I told her, finally relaxing after a long and tense interrogation session.
Once I was proven to be me, she showed me off to the other employees to make sure they all knew of my new looks so there wouldn't be any confusion. It didn't help that I had to go shoeless for that first week. I got into the habit and tucking my feet under my chair to keep people from both staring at my talons or tripping over my feet.
That weekend I broke out my leather working supplies and rebuilt my boots from all the left over leather I had. I had quite a bit of it from my first pair and this time

Tommy's story technically began a month ago. After coming home from school, Tommy's parents noticed something odd about their son: Even though he was sick, it was only his arm that had an off color to it. As days passed, Tommy didn't get any better. In fact, his condition was actually getting worse. His parents took him to his doctor, whom confirmed that he had obtained a disease called "The Dragon Virus". As a recently discovered disease, the Dragon Virus had no known cure. In fact, Tommy was one of the first people who had accuired the disease. Since there was no cure, Tommy's parents knew it was only a matter of time before the Tommy they knew was gone.
Tommy sat in the lobby at the doctor's office. He scratched at his right hand, which was covered by a glove, as was his left hand. The reason for t

"Please don't move, you haven't healed yet." the voice made him turn his head rather abruptly, something not so agreeable when you feel your mind's about to twine in half. "Your wounds might open again."
The voice was sweet yet deep, powerful yet kind, fluent yet sharp. Shaun was forced to look downwards and hold his head between his hands due to the pain from seeing a bright light at the entrance of the room, but he soon felt her soft delicate hands on his skull, and a bit of green hair made its way into his vision.
A soft warmth emanated from the woman, as if she had a tiny sun hidden somewhere within; her touch felt almost magical, the pain instantly easing away and the throbbing weakening with every second her hands touched him. As if making Shaun do it herself, she slowly laid him back on the bed, covering him with the sheets and

"Thank you and good night!" I said, sending the last costumer away.
I slumped on my chair and sighed. It had been a hell of a weekend. I worked nearly non-stop for two days and I was dead tired. Cashier life isn't as easy as one might think, particularly at this time of the year: Christmas. Fortunately, I was free to do whatever I wanted for the next two days, and I'd take the most advantage of it.
I snapped out of my thoughts and called my supervisor to end my working day. She arrived rather quickly, to my surprise. Looks like I wasn't the only one looking forward to a comfortable bed. She "bled" out the money on my pay-box, cashier jargon, and I quickly counted fifty Euros, the fund, for the next worker for the following day. We then proceeded to the vault and deposited everything there. Minor pleasantries and goodbyes exchanged, I went to the changing room to trade my uniform, which consisted on a white shirt, black trousers and steel toed shoes, along wi

“Don’t let her get away!”
These shouts echoed behind her and, with each beat of her heart, she could practically feel them gaining ground. She had to lose them somehow. If the police caught her…if she was thrown in jail…it would all be over. Julia ran as hard as her legs would allow and gripped her only treasure in her arms tightly. Clutched in her sweaty and shaky arms was a simple statue, about 2 feet long and a foot tall. It was some kind of long and elegant dragon made of red crystal! It was so beautiful, and it seemed to catch every ray of light that hit it and bounce it back twice as bright. It was the only thing she’d ever stolen that she could never bring herself to sell. She’d been holding onto it for almost 2 years now and she’d grown a sort of attachment to this dragon statue. She had to protect it…she had to keep it.
Julia was a thief, plain and simple. She was no master criminal and certainly

Sadly, I was not as lucky with regard to my wallet, as I discovered that it contained a grand total of two dollars. Still, I had to eat, as my stomach had grumbled during the first lecture of the day. Thankfully, I was able to afford a cup of fruit punch and a plate of chicken rice.
Having not much time left before the next lesson, I wolfed down the food, together with the punch, which tasted strange. Something told me that my stomach would give me trouble over it later.

When I was flying the whole time seemed to slow down and I felt something rush through my body. Then I blacked out and crashed against the wall. The driver of the car just went on like nothing had happened. For my luck the next passenger that saw me called the emergency ambulance. They came quickly and brought me to the hospital. When they found out who I was they informed my parents, who came as fast as the could. When they reached the hospital they were led to my room. I had to look terrible. Her body bolted upright, gasping hungrily for air. Her head was in a thick racing fog and the dark room was filled with a loud, incessant noise: a rapid thumping, as if someone were running up the hardwood stairs in her apartment. She quickly felt the tension compelling in her chest and took her clammy palm to it, pressing down as hard as she could, trying desperately to calm herself down. Still her rapid breaths were thin and she began to feel drained with each successive inhale. Searching frantically she finally felt the small smooth object that rested around her neck and held it in her hand tightly, as her violent pants turned into raspy shallow cries, her eyelids damp.

Chapter 1: The Tale of Cynia
On top of a rocky mountain top covered in snow from the winter storms there was a cave. In the cave were stalagmites hanging from the ceiling that would make the cave seem like the inside of a beasts jaw. Jade, ruby, and even some pieces of gold laid scattered on the cold floor of the cave along with a sleeping dragon hatchling.
The dragon hatchling was female. Her scales were a beautiful green which covered her entire body except her underbelly which was a tan color. The spikes running down her back were yellow and were neatly spaced all the way down her spine. The horns on the top of her head were very white along with her claws on all four of her legs. Her wings laid flat across her back and her tail wrapped around her body as she continued to sleep.
A few moments later a larger dragon that had blue eyes and very similar characteristics to the dragon hatchling flew into the entrance of the cave

These questions ran through 16 year old Josh's mind. His friends had always said he was like a dragon, even earning him the nickname "Dragon Boy" among his group of friends. Regardless of his nickname, Josh himself loved dragons. Even at 16, he had always wished he could meet one. Oddly enough, Josh could actually sympathsize more with dragons than with most humans.
Some of Josh's "dragon-like" traits were the fact that he was a loner. He didn't have many friends. The reason for his having so little friends was because he was very skeptical about new people, even more so than most others. He also hated being around a lot of people. Whenever he was in a large group, even if it wasn't that many people, he always felt too cramped. His parents and teachers thought he may possibly have had some form of autism.
Josh lay on his bed, his left arm under his head as he threw a tennis ball into

It was mid-semester, somewhere around July or August when it happened. It was in the evening, almost dark, in fact. I remember being out after dinner for a stroll in the park, and I distinctly remember that I was out to try and clear my head from the stress of trying to keep up with studies, duties to the student council and trying to improve my choir.
These few things were seriously beginning to take its toll on me, and the stress was really driving me to the point where I almost took my own life on two separate occasions.
