Thats actually my third hexapod robot... I like them, although i'd guess they'd be completely useless in real life ;)

Part of a scene i'm working on. I thought it might look good enough to get its own picture. ;)

Comments appreciated

This is a little preview of my new 'Nexus Concept Series".
It shows the "New Google Glasses". Totally done in 3D.

- Two prisms and two cameras for real 3D FullHD recording
- Controlled by cellphone (save your recorded videos directly on your phone) via bluetooth
- Shutter glasses for watching 3D videos

The whole concept (including completely ecosystem: TV, Handheld, etc) will released in the next few days @t3n.de

This is the final concept of the 'Surface Phone'. The whole concept is inspired by the Surface Tablet >> [link]
I hope Microsoft is planning a Surface Phone. Later this year I will definetely buy the Surface-Pro! :D

Well about the specs: I don't really care about the specs. Maybe there is working a Quadcore in it - 2GB of Ram - 32-64Gb Storage - Display 1280x768 - 16MPx, FullHD Camera and so on...

Cheers

Ok this is a first textured render of my Desert Eagle 3D model, i used just procedurals materials and a uv map for the grip created in photoshop. The text is not sculpted in the 3D model, is just a texture.. i used this to not ruin the geometry of the model. Rendered in cinema 4D's Advanced Rendering and very little post-work in PS.. this is someting like a pollished chrome finish desert eagle but i really don't know the exact type.

Hope you like it :)

Stay tuned because i'll do more renders ;)

full size available but do not use it for commercials, thanks.

(Note: it's not one the weird pokeballs, which based on my work...)

It's the final concept-design of 'Jet-ORB'.
Jet-ORB is the fastest Orb in ORB 3.0. Hard to handle. Only for hardcore gamers. ;)
ORB is a little game (fun-project) for Windows Phone 7.
That's it.

I used Blender Cycles but did a lot of postwork with paint.net. Yeah Paint.net! One of the most underrated graphic programms.

The release of ORB 3.0 is pretty close. Testing BETA right now.

Now this one I like!
Just messing about with high viscosity fluids... I've discovered that ramping up the surface tension really helps with that stringy look that's so hard to get. I'm also quite proud of the lack of rendering errors... no weird speckling on the edges of the DOF and such... plus I just discovered the dim distance checkbox in Vray... so now I can have pretty reflections without all those ugly shapes.

Waddaya think... is the vignette too strong? Looking at the thumbnail, it does seem awfully powerful, but in full size, it seems to fit better.

The particles were meshed with Frost, which I highly recommend. It's so much faster and more accurate than the Realflow internal meshing, plus it's highly customizable on the fly, which I've been yearning for. :D

If you want to use this for a personal wallpaper, just note me, and I'll send it to ya. Rez is 1080p.

Tools: Max/VRay/Realflow/Frost/AE/Frischluft/OpticalFlares
Fluid Sim time: 15 minutes
Render time: 10 minutes (dang I love my new pc...)

OH CRAP! I was going to record a tutorial... but I forgot. Sorry, guys. Maybe next time...
Heh... kinda looks like Flubber.
