Here, I will be
Here I will be,
Waiting for you,
When the time will come,
When our hearts finally meet.
In the past,
My heart had been broken,
Broken so many times,
That the pieces of glass, Were so small,
They couldn't be pieced together.
You did something that was
You gave me a new heart,
A heart without any bruises,
A heart without any bends,
You gave me a heart,
That is so brave,
It glows bright,
So bright, That I am no longer afraid,
Afraid of my fears from the past.
In the past,
I would have never thought that such a thing,
Would be possible,
But that is love,
Love is something that amazes us,
Its powers are so unparalleled,
That we can't even begin to understand,
What lies behind the word, Love.
It is so powerful it gives us something that escapes us, Bravery.
Here I will be,
Waiting for you,
Hoping to find the answer,
To what Love truly is.
The person I will love,
Look at me,
Our appearance may be different,
Our levels of Bravery are differ

PE Feedback: How to Give a CritiqueHOW TO GIVE A CRITIQUEPE Feedback: How to Give a Critique3 years ago in Personal More Like This
It's a great thing that you want to critique other deviant's works and help them improve their skills through your constructive feedback. By critiquing fellow deviant's works, you are developing your critical thought and vision and thus, developing yourself as an artist. However, critiquing is not all about pointing out what others did wrong. As ChewedKandi has pointed out in 'How To: Critiquing Artwork' "a critique is giving your opinion in a constructive manner about a subject - be it a piece a music, a piece of art, the meal you've just ate and so on."
That's the main point of this article: to share a few pointers on how to give a quality critique while providing links to a compilation of useful guides that focus on this very same topic.
Introduction: Let's start!
First things first! You've come across a piece of art that caught your attention and

Writing solo critiques is great, but referencing the instruction of others is
one easy thing to make your feedback more effective (and less time consuming)!
①Why Use Resources?
②What is a Resource?
③How-To Use Resources?
④Where to Find Resources?
For us critics (and artists/teachers too) part of the thrill of providing feedback is finding that unique insight we can provide on a piece. Whether it's some gem of color theory that applies to their painting process, or analysis of a stanza as the development of a complex metaphor, we value originality in our critiques. In all honesty, it's the discovery of a relationship between the artwork/critic/artist
Workshopping with Rasp: Part 2 of 3In the first part of this workshop, I talked about how to create compelling characters. This part will be about what drives them and how to royally ruin their day so you can entertain your readers. compelling characters are useless without a story. What is it? A state of being that exists when needs or wants are not being fulfilled and the desire to have those needs or wants satisfied.
On a basic level, humans have needs. I hope we are familiar with Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs because that is what I'm about to draw from. If not, here's a link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maslow%27s_hierarchy_of_needs . On the bottom rung, we have physiological needs that must be met for basic survival: breathing, food, water, sex, sleep, h

Facepalm-Worthy Series 2JUNE 2006. 3rd uni year (dunno why it seems I had all my fails in my uni period)Facepalm-Worthy Series 23 years ago in Deviant Events More Like This
Unfortunately I use to be a person who has SO intense and vivid dreams (and really bad ones). One day this played a dirty trick on me:
I left my cell phone on my bedside table as usual and went to sleep because next day I had an exam at 9:00 a.m.
It seems I was that obsessed and nervous about my exam that I dreamt my best uni friend phoned me at 8:00 a.m. or so to tell me I must not forget that our "Preventive Medicine III" teacher postponed the exam one hour later.
Ok, I just believed that dream.
My alarm clock rang and I totally passed. I slept 45 mins more. Now imagine my face when I went to uni by bus one hour later and saw all my classmates coming out of the classroom rather than entering it :iconaloneplz:
Just then I understood all.
I just wanted to leave this world.

Printing: From the Far East to the Printing PressIllustrations have been hand drawn for many centuries. But as the demand for the distribution of illustration and text increased, people developed printing techniques, and over time this would turn into what we now know as the printing press, the mass production of illustration and text.Printing: From the Far East to the Printing Press3 years ago in Art Features More Like This
Let us take a look at the Far East first, in particular China and Japan where print has been traditionally used as early as the 7th century. The Chinese have been using woodblock printing since the Tang Dynasty (7th Century). This method of printing quickly spread to other East Asian countries, including Japan. The earliest complete survival of a dated printed book is the Diamond Sutra (Buddhist text). This of course ties into one of the most famous Chinese inventions, paper!
"It was the Chinese who really discovered the means of communication that was to dominate until our age."

#SixWordStories: Monthly ShowcaseA type of Flash Fiction, six word stories are (very) short stories with an exact word count: six words. SixWordStories is the place where, alongside quality, quantity really does matter. Though these stories are so brief in length, they can be as profound, if not more, than the prose and poetry you see and read every day, partly because six word stories can tell us so much and yet contain so little.#SixWordStories: Monthly Showcase3 years ago in Art Features More Like This
