animu north bonusAnime North this coming weekend c: I'll be bringing THIS
Yes, the original pages for Carciphona! The binder is pretty damn heavy so I will only be bringing pages from the Arenscura arc as photographed above. Up to page 50 of book 3 (or more if I finish more this week) are in there with crappy handwriting text, so you can spoil yourself and read on if you like (: If you're interested in seeing them, come and ask and I'll show you!
I most likely won't be taking commissions as I think I need to work on comic pages in order to play catch up, and my sketch commissions suck anyway. But I may change my mind if I realize that's being way too socially awkward penguiin of me orz
Rest in Peace, Lisa Schneider.Dear Lisa. It's a big shame you left us yesterday.Rest in Peace, Lisa Schneider.3 years ago in Personal More Like This
When I read the message written by your father today in the morning,
I almost collapsed. You were such a close friend to me, we wanted to
meet each other.. I sent a letter to you on saturday.. It arrived when
your soul was already gone..
Gone to a place I cannot define.
Lisa, you have been so nice to all of us! Your vitality has always encouraged
me to go on. You encouraged me to believe in myself, to believe in the future.
Everytime I was down you made me feel happy again.. And I cannot write this
without crying silent tears. You have been one of the nicest girls I have ever
talked to on the internet.
I know you cannot read this, or maybe you can, but you cannot answer. But Lisa, we will never forget you.
You are a special person, and we will remember you forever!
Rest in Peace, Lisa.

It took the better part of the afternoon, but by the time the sun was starting to slip below the line of the western mountains, I was trudging back to the Hall with an armload of red and yellow clay tucked into the sopping wet ends of my loin cloth. I used it like a basket, cradling the supplies against my stomach. My arms and stomach were a brilliant orange nearly to my elbows, and my legs were equally pigmented up to my knees.
I made plans to scrounge some animal fat and charcoal sticks from the dining hall to make some decent paints. I'd managed to find a few green branches left on a small sapling tucked high into the rocks on a particularly steep slope of the valley wall. They'd make strong brushes when I was done with them. The thought of painting had me grinning from ear to ear as I stomped up the steps of the Hall and into the foyer.
Back home, my parents argued that my painting was not truly a skill but a child's fancy, but my grandmother had always supported my love of creatin
