He was lying on the bed with his hands behind his head, staring at the ceiling, fully dressed and waiting patiently.
It was a fairly small room, made up of a single bed, a small desk and chair, a small cupboard, and a toilet and sink.
After a few minutes there was the sound of the door being unlocked.
It swung open and a man walked in with a clipboard in his hand.
"Alright, it's time. Come with me"
The boy stood up and grunted as he stretched arms into the air.
They both walked down the clean white hallway, past a number of doors with locks on the outside.
"Two years huh?"
The boy didn't reply, he just kept walking with his hands in his pockets.
"I remember when you first got here, never had so much much trouble from one person"
Again there was no answer.
"But look at you now, an entire year early for good behaviour. You should be proud, that the most time off I've seen and I've been here for twelve years"
"I guess I just got tired of fighting a loosing battle"
"Well don't worry. I'm s

It was a cold winters evening.
The forest was a blanket of snow, with more falling from the sky.
A cold wind rustled the trees and pushed the snowflakes so they fell at an angle.
The serene wilderness was broken by only one sound, the sound of footsteps.
The snow crunched under her feet, giving way and letting them sink in, making it hard to run.
It wasn't easy to begin with, as she'd been going for days, even weeks without being able to stop for a good rest.
She was a young girl, only in her late teens, far too young to be out in the wild alone, but she didn't have a choice.
She was being chased, stalked, tracked and hunted.
Her hunter was relentless, unforgiving and merciless.
If she wasn't careful, she could be dead before sunrise.
After pushing through the snow she caught her foot on a stone, and was unable to stop herself from falling.
She fell to the ground and immediately clutched her hip.
Looking down she saw she had reopened the wound, as her clothes were starting to turn red.

Chapter One: All Aboard!
Jushiro Ukitake watched as the pink blossom floated down through the air from the tall trees above him. It danced above his head like tiny butterflies caught on the wind and landed peacefully on the surface of the large pond in front of him, causing slow ripples to expand outwards. One of the colourful carps shimmered beneath the water for a moment and then disappeared back into the shadows of the reeds. The cool breeze that brushed his white hair across his face felt pleasant against his pale skin and Jushiro smiled involuntarily as his eyes drifted shut.
Jushiro's eyes shot open and he jumped to his feet, swaying slightly as the blood rushed to his head. He looked around for a sign of an attack but the only person in the vicinity was Kiyone, the small, blonde-haired third seat of his division. She stood, wide-eyed, staring at her captain with an almost shocked expression,
"C- Captain Ukitake! I thought you were " she trailed off and stared at

You sighed and sat down as you tucked a piece of (h/c) hair behind your ear. Your two coworkers text you that they had decided to skip today in order to go shopping, leaving you all alone to run the nursery. As much as you loved Elizaveta and Felix, they were not the most responsible people. You shouldn't be surprised, they always did that. Played hooky while you covered for them. You shook your head.
Well back to work, you thought.
Nobody was looking to check out so you decided that now would be a good time to water the plants. Armed with a spray bottle and a watering can, you got to work.
You started with Marigolds, next you moved to Forget-Me-Nots. Then you watered the Lilacs, Roses, Daisies, Lavenders, Orchids, Pansy's and Poppy's. The Sunflowers were next.
You smiled. Sunflowers were you're absolute favorite. They were tall and majestic, just like Ivan. You quickly banished that last thought from your mind. Ivan Braginski was a fair haired Russian boy tha

For seven long years, Dib has been trying to expose/destroy the Irken invader, Zim, who showed up in his fifth grade class one day. As soon as Dib saw this green kid, he KNEW he was an alien. Of course, no matter how obvious it was, and no matter how hard he tried to prove it, no one believed Zim was really an alien. He became very discouraged after awhile.
After about four years, something happened between Zim and Dib that changed EVERYTHING between them. However, I will not tell you what it is yet. After this event, Zim had actually tried LESS to destroy the Earth, even though he always talked about it. Not only that, but he seemed less like a threat to Dib and more like a source of entertainment. Zim started barging right into Dib's room randomly, climbing in through the window, and insisting on bugging him. Annoyed as he was, Dib didn't actually TRY to make Zim leave. They still hated eachother... or at least they kept saying they did. No matter how much they hated eachother though

It was Friday, the sky was full of clouds and threatening rain.
Zim was leaving his class, it was obvious that until he get home, the rain wouldn't stop for a long time. He has his glue layer, but he did not like the idea of getting all wet. So, he thought, why not go on the school bus?
He went past Tak, who was sifting through her locker. Tak he thought she was so annoying
She returned to Earth faster than Zim imagined she would have in fact, he really did not think she would come back at all, but she returned a few months after fighting with Zim. He was not worried about it, however, for now she just annoyed him with silly jokes. She showed no signs of making a plan, or something.
Zim noted that Tak was now following him.
"Good. She wants to annoy me again." He growled softly. Tak smiled, she had heard what he said, and felt more interested in trying to irritate Zim.
He entered in the bus and sat in the back seat, next to the window, and Tak sat beside him. Zim look

Many ships hovered over the planet, some monitoring the leaving and entering vehicles. The surface below looked rather sinister yet majestic from the towering metropolis that covered almost the whole planet. Tons of the towers were grey, while some building maintained its magenta hue like the ships that hovered by. The citizens who were more like soldiers marched in numbers towards their destinations. Their magenta uniforms clashing against the grey buildings and blending with the same colored buildings. They each had a different tint of green skin with some having either magenta, purple, green, or brown eyes. Each of them sporting two thin antennae some curled to distinguish the female to the males who had antennae that bent at the ends. Some of them were expressionless and more focused towa

If there was one thing MegaKat city hated more then the criminal element, it was vigilantes.
Not that they hadn't had their fair share of effective citizen heroes, the most famous now infamous example being Dark Kat who served the people as a silent, thankless defender from the shadows for years. Then for reasons still unknown to the day he turned villainous, leading a wave of terrorism and violence unparalleled in the city's checkered history. After the fall of Dark Kat it was a nigh capital offense for regular civilians to carry firearms, operate military grade vehicles, or engage in any unsanctioned heroic activities whatsoever.
That would be the job of the government owned and operated Enforcers.
And it was this lone opportunity to serve their populace (as well as legally gain access to high-grade explosives, gunships and well guns) that appealed to childhood friends Chance Furlong and Jake Clawson, the former being a Brutal Ba

You stared at the skyscape above from your living room window, leaning atop the couch that had been moved up against the wall right under the window panes, unmoving until you decided that today would be a nice day to take a break and go to the grassy field that was in your neighborhood.
At about a quarter to noon, you took off on your bike.
The field was the way it had always been once you'd gotten there: the long grass was fading into a pale yellow, as well as into your [f/c] shirt if you'd lay down in it; the few barren trees with budding green leaves sprang up here and there, and the side walk was littered with rocky pebbles. Tai Lung had cut off Monkey's comment, "Yes, that panda had defeated me, but the Wu Xi Finger Hold did not cause a fatal damage in me." he explained.
Every member of the Furious Five except Crane all stared at the Dragon Warrior, as he sternly replied, "I defeat people, not a murderer."
"You think I only brought JUST the cat army?" Tai Lung asked.
"What do you mean?" Viper asked.
"Look up." Tai Lung instructed.
As they did, they gasped in horror. Countless ravens nearly covered the sky; they were like cloud of darkness. In another word, they were outnumbered.

The chill night air consumed my burning lungs. After running for who-knows how long, my paws finally gave up and I was forced to slow my pace. I had set Stan down in order to free my mouth, letting myself pant the tiredness off. After awhile my hot breath melted away all my shivers. If only they could melt away my aching body.
"Stan, who were those dogs?" I asked once my panting stopped and my breathing returned to a steady rhythm.
"I don't know," he replied, ears twisting around, "I didn't like the sounds of them."
"I'm confused. Wouldn't a rebellion against the tourney be a good thing?"
Stan merely shook his head. He closed his eyes and let out a sigh, "Nothing is truly good in this city anymore. Just don't think about, Caesar. You just have to focus on surviving what's set before you now."
But how could I? Nothing made much sense, but how could I just walk around pretending the problems weren't there? H

I was near you as you passed away

I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host, of golden daffodils.
A solitary path I claimed
In seeking shelter from the crowd;
And lo, when all deserted me,
I wandered lonely as a cloud
I sought the green and grassy knolls
Between the rustic barns and mills,
And spied the new winged, dappled lark
That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
The silent majesty of thoughts
Was broken as I dreamed aloud.
I was wrested from my reverie
When all at once I saw a crowd
This treasure grows and rests upon
the fertile soil where river spills
I'll rest my weary bones within
A host of golden daffodils.

Both sides of this unholy war claimed to have the True God in mind; the two hour daily ceasefire had originally been instated so that everyone could still offer Him due service.
