1. She's the first princess since Mulan (1998), and shows that Disney hasn't given up on the Princess Franchise.
2. The Princess and the Frog was the first 2D Animated Disney film since Home on the Range (2004), and shows that Disney hasn't given up on 2D animation.
3. The Princess and the Frog has beautiful animation, unlike many direct-to-video sequels.
4. Tiana works for what she wants, unlike some weaker heroines, who don't prioritize work.
