Journal #2First off, a big apology to all the people wondering where I've been the last couple of weeks. Life has been... hectic as of late. But now that school's out I'll be dedicating quite a bit more time to deviantArt and to the activities that got me so involved in this site. Chiefly making some Daedric armor! I haven't had time to work on it but I'm still very excited about the project, mainly due to the discovery of bondo filler putty (A big thanks to fairlyodd1217, go check out his iron helmet http://fairlyodd1217.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d5a0on4). My original daedric helmet is really rough because I lost patience with trying to smooth out the bondo, but now that I know better than to rush it (and filler putty to help smooth it even more) I'm thinking I can get my pieces to the prop level quality I had envisioned.Journal #25 months ago in Personal More Like This

In case you guys missed it, I can explain it now. The leading project rejected my art commission after I found out that his colleague, I met him at church, avoiding my question. Anyway, I tried my best to practice my artwork, the problem is I need the better program such as Photoshop or other similarity with this program, but the problem is I can't afford to purchase it. If only the leading project accept my art, so that I might getting it.

how's it going? Good? Great to hear.
Not a lot has happened in my life since the MCM expo to be honest, I saw rise of the guardians last week, that was probably the most exciting thing that happened...Yeah.
But me along with the rest of :iconInfinityCosplayers: should be doing cosplays from it, so that's going to be awesome!
Urm, I've been doing a lot of photography recently, so if a lot of photography shows up, just enjoy it because it won't last forever xD
At some point I will do some more Bruce Banner pictures and I still need pictures of my Riku cosplay as I updated it a while back. Also, I believe Link will no longer make many appearances. I love the cosplay, but It's sort of awkward to take to Lucy's where I'm able to get pictures. I dunno, maybe I can ask her about moving the cosplay over to her house for ease of access...
That's about it, just a short but sweet update about my life and what's been going on.

No, my school debate team didn't win a debate.
and No, I didn't win the lottery as much as I wish that were possible.
What I did win is much better.
I won the right to live as a normal human being, I won the awareness of a school board and it's population. I won the right to use the bathroom of my gender expression.
Now when I'm hanging with my friend's and I say:
"Be right back, gotta go to the bathroom."
They can no longer respond with laughter and:
"I'll alert the media."
Because now, all students within Clarke High School can use whichever bathroom aligns with their expression.
It may not have reached all schools in my school board, but we're the pilot. On top of that, it's illegal for my trans* friends else where not to be allowed that same right.
So thank you, to those who have watched, read and listened. To those who have called media, bought t-shirts, spread awareness. To those who have supported and picked up this cause.

I, after attempting to work on homework, realized I couldn't tear my thoughts away from the things surrounding the washroom issues with the school. Much to my shock and joy, I received 219 signatures, 166 of them within the first hour, from students and teachers saying that they were comfortable with transgender* students using the bathroom of their preferred gender identity.
To top it off a group of Clarke's population rallied and went out of their way to contact the mayor and the school to help get this problem fixed. Another group created a t-shirt design with the bathroom sign on it showing instead of the typical male or female picture, a person that was comprised of half of each. At the bottom where the sign would normally say "Mens" or "womens", the sign read "Team James".
While it was an emotional roller coaster, I can honestly say the sight of

Saturday was really great, left at 7am and arrived at the expo at 9:30
We lined up, go into the convention hall and looked around at the stalls which were amazing!
Being skyward sword link I wanted to go to the zelda meet, but in the end I didn't, although I did meet a link and epona who were the organisers of it, they were awesome
After that, we waited around until the Kingdom hearts meet where :iconTouchMyKeybladeXIII: and :iconPendragon27: were in their prime (and we met a lot of other awesome cosplayers!)
Lucy (touchmykeybladexiii) and Freyja (pendragon27) had originally planned to go to a later, more private Kingdom hearts shoot and I was tagging along as Riku but we didn't as we were tired. We got changed into normal clothes and went back into the Excel for photo opportunities.
Later on, we got back to the hotel room, crashed into our beds then began to edit a few pictures, film a video (w

Comic ConI went to ComicCon at London with :iconTouchMyKeybladeXIII: and :iconTheMissingLink98: yesterday. I didn't Cosplay, but Lucy went as Sora, and Sophie went as Link. I saw loads of amazing Cosplayers, who were all friendly, and had amazing costumes. I took lots of pictures too (Which you will probably see some of on :iconTouchMyKeybladeXIII: 's page) and had a photo taken with Thor & Loki, Jak and Lea and Isa Cosplayers.Comic Con1 year ago in Personal More Like This
Best costume of the day was a Batman. It was such an amazing costume, and the Cosplayer was disabled. He had to use 2 walking sticks, as he couldn't walk properly, and kindly posed for us as we took a picture of him. He was so inspirational because, he dressed as Batman, guy who is super strong and looked up to by so many people.
I had such a great day, and Thank you to Lucys dad for putting up with us all day!
