Diablo III! woot just excited for the new game. This is the Demon hunter, she came out pretty good. Of course I had to put a Topaz in her chest armour, its the best gem! And a sneaky emerald in there, but just for contrast. lol
Some of you asked to see the rest of the Diablo III comic strip ( [link] ) coloured, some didn't … so in a move that will please precisely no-one, I present the first panel only.
So what happens in the in-between panels? The server shuts down, the game gives an error 3003 etc. She gets mad, calls the game a foul demon and shoots it with her crossbow. The end. I know, the standard rom-com fare and I'm expecting a lucrative movie adaption any day now.
Will I colour those panels? Probably not… up to me eyeballs (which is starting to annoy my retinas) with stuff I need be doing at the moment and your imagination should be able to produce better panels than I could ever draw.
Inked on paper, coloured in photoshop, missing bits provided by your imagination.
For the record, I'm aware that it's mostly EA's fault for fucking over the Mass Effect franchise. I do know, but I lost a lot of faith in Bioware when they announced they wouldn't replace the turd dessert with the Creme Brulee that I ordered in the beginning of the meal. However, what made an even more sour taste in my mouth was the way they announced it. They essentially blamed the fans for being unreasonable and claimed they wanted to stay true to their artictic integrity, the artistic integrity that became non-existant the very instant they became a part of EA. I've seen numerous fans write fanfic-endings to the series that had less plotholes, made more sense, were more clever and satisfying and added more closure than the current ending, without necessarily them being happy endings. But to be quite honest I'd rather the series ended with a badly written happy cliche ending than a badly written sad cliche ending. If they're going to take a big shit over the franchise finale, then they ought to at least let us leave with a positive feeling inside instead of the trainwreck occupying my heart at the moment.
