Human Warrior - Another character I did for a Battlegrounds of Eldhelm. It was big challenge because each armor part is on a different layer and you can customize it, like all the previous characters. visit: ELDHELM
Dungeon Magazine issue 210 is out, which features a new version of the Siege at Gardmore Abbey. Like many of my pieces for Dungeons & Dragons this was a tall vertical composition, but this time I got to play around with some fun vignette ideas. Havarr here is the captain of the Knights of Bahamut, hence the dragon theme.
Once Emperor's bloodline was noble and graceful. Powerful creatures, surpassing the abilities of a mere man, able to stand up against gods and demons and defend the vast lands of Fandango. With time as the people supporting them became strong themselves, and as the empire grew, the rulers became meek and feeble, for their force was no longer needed yet their figures were considered the symbols of the humanity's might. So they were taken cared of, locked away in the royal palace, never to see the world outside it's walls. Years have gone by, and in a thousand years so-called rulers were still glorious in sight, but their characters with every generation became more and more twisted, their deeds horrific and thoughts ugly. And since then they were locked away to keep people safe more than to preserve bloodline.
Fandango, all characters and stories (c)
this pic was supposed to be an ordinary shoulder portrait but I got carried away as usual. Welp. 13 hours, SAI
Another take on my OC Hex, ill-mannered necromancer, also some of his ghoules(who are more like a bunch of happy puppies than zombies, really) and an Ethernal Flame demon Mishtlekh who haunts him for centuries.
