Bunnymund grumbled, crossing his arms and tapping his foot. The Guardians had just finished a meeting and were beginning to part ways; he was about to hop down a tunnel when North told him to wait. The Pooka watched Tooth and Sandy say goodbye and depart. His green eyes landed on Jack Frost, who made no move to leave.
North turned to the winter spirit and the spirit of Easter, clearing his throat. "Now boys, I asked you both to stay because your content arguing and bickering has gotten out of control," he told the two.
"What are you going to do, stick us in a room until we get along?" Jack asked, a smirk on his lips as he leaned on his staff.
North raised an eyebrow. "That was Sandy's idea, my idea much better," he said.
"Well, what's your idea, mate?" Bunny asked, his paw curling into a fist as he didn't like where this was going.
"Jack will live with you, of course!" North announced, beaming.

He turned to Jack and glared. "What did you do, Frostbite?" he growled.
"Me? What did I do!?" Jack shouted as he glared back at the giant rabbit.
"Whenever something happens, it's usually your fault," Bunny hissed at the winter spirit. "Did you change the location on the snow globe?"
"No! It was set to the Warren, I didn't change it!" Jack told, before looking around. "Speaking of the snow globe, where is it?"
Bunny flicked an ear and began to look around; they needed the snow globe to get back. If Bunny didn't know where he was, his tunnels were useless. "I don't see it."
"Me neither," the white haired boy said with a sigh.

"I've called you here for a very important matter," North said as they walked down a hall with many rooms; Jack knew North kept these rooms furnished for the other Guardians or whoever else would visit the old man.
"Is it Pitch? Has he escaped?" Jack asked, his mind running wild with what could be so important that North had to summon him to the North Pole.
"Pitch? No, no," North said and stopped in front of a door which Toothiana and Sandy were standing in front of.
"Bunny, would you please come out?" Toothiana said in a gentle voice to the door.
"What's up with the Easter Kangaroo?" Jack asked, confused now.
Sandy turned to him and began to make pictures in his dream sand. Bunnymund appear in the sand only for a door slamming to replace the picture. This confused the young winter spirit even more.

They were at the edge of the woods just outside the village. Hiccup had forgotten to tell Bunny and Jack that the village wasn't just any village, but a Viking village. Bunny found it hard to believe the small, skinny boy was a Viking, but he supposed his clothes were a giveaway. Hiccup told Bunny to stay in the forest while he talks to his father, the village chief, as a giant talking rabbit walking through the village may not be taken well. Jack went with the Viking boy while Toothless seemed to have decided to stay behind.
"Oi, stop staring!" Bunny snapped at the dragon.
The dragon made a strange, almost cooing, noise as it took a step toward the giant rabbit. Bunny took a step back. "Listen, mate, I don't know what you're trying to do, but I don't like it. Just bloody cut it out alrea

The winter spirit sighed as he leaned on his staff.
"Like I said the last twenty times, I can't, because I really don't know what happened."
"That's a bloody lie!"
They both looked at the small, fluffy, bluish grey rabbit sitting on North's desk, glaring up the boy.
"You know exactly what happened ya bludger now change me back!"
"Look Bunny, I really don't know what or how it happened, and I definantly don't know how to fix it. On the bright side," Jack said, a smirk forming, "You look like a bunny now. A sweet, adorable little bunny."
Bunny's eye twitched, and he leapt at the winter spirit with a growl. North quickly grabbed the small rabbit's scruff and held him back, a small smile pulling at his lips.
"I've had it! Let me at him, let go of me!" Bunny yelled, kicking at the air with his feet.
"Calm down, Bunny, we will fix this! Now, Jack, tell me everything that happened up to…this."

"I'll protect you- ...little ankle-biter." The words rumbled in the Easter Bunny's ears. And a feeling rose up in his fluffy-coated chest, a foreign feeling, squeezing his heart like a straightjacket. A good feeling. It was warmth... Comfort. He didn't even react to the boy's playful jab, he just held on tighter, latching onto his friend's hips and burying his face in the pouch of his hoodie. Bunnymund sniffed wetly, squeezing his eyes shut. His heart was boiling and the steam was beginning to leak from his eyes, it prickled and stung, it was humiliating, but most of all it frightened him more.
Frightened him because he was helpless. That he could not control... That he'd lost all power. All resistance. All honor and worth.
"Don't leave me..." His voice was shallow and shaky, it broke and cracked and squeaked. "Please." Where his tears struck the ground immediately fragile little flowers sprouted.
"I won't. Not on your life, Bunny." Jack reassured in a low voice, smiling. His so
Teenage Days: Chapter TwoE. Aster Bunnymund grumbled as he tugged at the clothing he now wore. North had gave him them, but of course the sizes were all wrong; the long-sleeved shirt was too large and baggy and the pants had to be held up by a belt as they too were too big and they weren't nearly long enough for his long legs.Teenage Days: Chapter Two1 year ago in General Fiction More Like This
At least he wasn't reduced to a baby bunny again.
"I look bloody stupid," he growled as the sleeves fell over his hands again. He, Toothiana, Sandy, and Jack were waiting around North's workshop as the Guardian of Wonder searched for a cure in his library.
"Well, I think you look dashing," Jack said with a grin on his face as he leaned on his staff.
Aster rolled his green eyes; of course the winter spirit would say that to get on his nerves. "Have you found anything to change me back yet, North?" he asked as the big man walked into the room.
"No, not yet. But be patient, Bunnymund, we've only just started looking," North told him.
Aster groaned; he didn't want to be stuck in this teenage

Toothiana and Sandy were nearby, though both were busy; Tooth speaking orders to her minitooths and Sandy snoring away, deep asleep.
Jack was nearby too, talking with one of the yetis, well Jack was talking to the yeti while the yeti was trying to work. The sight made Aster's mind return to what had been bothering him ever since Eros paid a visit.
Jack Frost was in love according to the self-proclaimed God. And while that made sense with how strange the winter spirit was behaving, for the life of him Aster could not figure out who the kid was in love with.
He had gone through the list of people he knew that Jack knew and had slowly discarded them all out. There was no way it was Sandy or North. Frost had

He had just finished bundling Bunny up for "cold travel" when he heard something from within the Warren that made him pause.
It was a rumbling and a rustling, like the sweep of a large object, propelled by hurricane force winds- it was distant, but growing steadily louder and louder. It seemed to be coming from the darkened depths of the cavern. It grew to a roar and the sparse, dead flora around Jack was lifted in a sudden gustful gale. A hollow, rattling laugh echoed from the darker portents of the caverns. Darkness was spreading rapidly and unnaturally throughout the hall- the stones were stained with ink, the light from above seemed to flicker and dim, and the once cheery colorful world of the Warren was transformed into a monochromatic lair of shadows. The harsh wind whipped about Jack's bared feet like the breath of a serpentine monster, winding its way through the maze of shadows, lurking just outside of Jack's vision.
With a steely grit of his teeth, Jack took a few s

“Okay, this settles it; we’re going back to Antarctica and finding Bunny, NOW!” Jack said firmly.
“Jack is right, we must hurry before Warren and Easter are ruined permanently!” North added.
The others nodded, and turned back to the tunnel they’d come out of to go back; however, a laugh caused them to pause. A shadow rushed past them, and they whipped around to see Pitch.
“Greetings Guardians, enjoying the view?” he asked, smirking a little.
“Pitch…” Jack growled.
“Oh hello Jack, didn’t we meet up just a few hours ago?”
Jack’s eyes narrowed, his hands tightening around his staff. Pitch smirked wider, before looking around at the ruined Warren.
“I must say, I love the new look; so desolate and sad, so…hopeless, wouldn’t you say?”

"Just because I'm smaller doesn't mean I don't hold the same authority!"
"Actually…I'm finding it harder to respect you any more than usual." Jack stated.
Bunny glowered, before kicking an egg in with his back foot.
"So, are we done yet? At least for the day?" Jack asked.
"No we are not done yet! Easter takes a lot of preparation, no matter what North says!"
"Aside from all the frilly little designs, what else is there to do?"
"Ya see all the eggs we did today?"
"Those are just for New York; we've still got twenty more states to prepare for! I got the rest of the states set before you pulled your stupid prank."
"Twenty?! How many eggs is that?"
"About…a couple million."
"…That's a loooot of eggs…"
"Yeah, it's a lot of work, but it's worth it. Now, if we could just get these lousy eggs to get in the dye…!"

He stuck his head out of the makeshift nest of quilt, and was met with a brightly lit room. He glanced behind him, but the bed was empty, and Jack was nowhere in sight. He followed the hall back to the workshop area, which was surprisingly calm. There were still yetis and elves roaming around, but not quite the frenzy it was last night. Weaving his way safely through the crowd, he reached North's office, and the door was open slightly as well. He could hear North and Jack's voices inside, and pushed his way in. North was at his desk, numerous books surrounding him, while Jack hovered behind him. The latter was the first to notice him, and he smirked.

In the frozen tundra of Antarctica, a vortex of color burst into being, and North's sleigh sailed out of it.
"Wow you weren't kidding, it is cold!" Tooth mumbled as she hugged herself in an attempt to stay warm. Baby Tooth huddled on her shoulder, shivering as well, and she let out a small sneeze.
"Yep, best summer getaway I ever made." Jack remarked with a grin.
Sandy and Tooth gave weak smiles as they huddled together; Jack and North were fine though, due to the fact that they lived in cold climates year round.
"Alright, where do we start? This is big continent." North asked.
"I…have no idea. Just…look for something dark and creepy." Jack muttered.
"Oh, that should make things much simpler…"
Sandy glanced over the side, and started waving his arm to catch their attention. Following his finger, they saw what had him worked up. A large tower of ice was perched on a clif

Aster retired early to Jack's guest room, mainly to get away from the talkative winter spirit. He had never seen Jack so talkative before and it unnerved him. Something must be up with the white haired teen, he decided.
Eventually, the Guardian of Hope fell into a restless yet dreamless sleep.
When he awoke the next morning to sunlight streaming in through the window, he was not rested at all. He groaned softly as he opened his eyes.
"Good morning, sleeping beauty!" Jack chimed, sounding way too happy as he loomed over the teen in the bed, a strange expression that Bunny couldn't place on his face.

"Okay, we got that out of the way, so what are we waiting for?" Jack asked, slightly impatient.
The other three guardians glanced at him.
"Jack, I know you are worried, we all are. But we need plan first before action." North stated.
"We already know where Pitch's lair is, so let's just go!"
"Well, Jack…there's a little problem." Tooth said nervously.
Sandy nodded, and several sand images appeared above him; a clock, two small images of him and Tooth, the moon and a star, and the image of a sleeping child.
"It's getting late, and we have to go to work in a couple hours. As much as we want to help right now, we have to keep the children believing in us." Tooth stated.
North gave a sigh, before nodding.

His grip on his staff tightened, and he took one last look around before jumping into the hole. He floated down the long drop, and after a minute or two, found the floor, and quietly made his way down the long tunnel. He made it into the large interior of Pitch's lair, and was watching the shadows suspiciously as he walked.
The place looked different than last time; the cages were lying on the floor, the globe was completely black, and a few pillars were lying on their sides. There were no signs of anyone having been there in a while.
'Where is he…?' Jack thought as he walked up a flight of stairs.

Jack sat on the shores of what he called “his” lake, his knees drawn up to his chest, staff sitting beside his hip, arms resting on top of his knees and his chin on top of his arms. Jack stared unblinkingly, unseeingly, at the gently rippling waters, his thoughts tumultuous, his feelings even more so.
He’d never figured himself for… well, for being homosexual. He knew that there were guys who like guys, and girls who liked girls, and he didn’t mind that. Live and let live, love and let love, right? As long as everyone had fun. Unfortunately for Jack, fun didn’t exactly factor into his equation. Not that Jack didn’t try to bring fun in, of course he did. It was just that… Well, just that the one he wanted to have fun with the most seemed to never be in the mood for fun. And even if he was, it was never long before he claimed he had to go back to work.
The Easter Bunny never seemed to take a break.

He narrowed his eyes in deep thought. Jack didn't know many people, so surely there wasn't that big of a list of who it could be.
Could it be Toothiana? Tooth was already so kind and smitten with the winter spirit, maybe Jack developed feelings for her. It made the most sense, after all who in their right mind would have feelings for North or Sandy?
But what about that Jamie kid? The kid was the first to believe in Jack Frost after all. But surely the immortal knew it was dangerous to fall for a mortal, however Jack was still young for an immortal and so maybe he didn't know.

Jack had carried Aster back to his house and when the former Pooka had awakened he told the winter spirit why he had run off. Well, not the whole truth, he kept the fact that Eros told him that Jack was in love with someone from him.
He was now sick in bed from staying out in the snow too long. Jack was taking care of him though, which surprised Aster as he was sure Jack would just call one of the other Guardians to do it to get out of taking care of him.
"This is what you get for chasing Cupid, Aster," Jack said as he passed a bowl of soup over to the former Pooka.
Now Aster didn't remember telling Jack that he could call him Aster, everything right before he blacked out was a haze. Normally he didn't like being called Aster as it meant that someone was close to him and he had a hard time accepting others getting close to him ever since the rest of the Pooka race was killed off, but strangely he liked when Jack called him Aster. I narrowed my eyes; I was growing tired of Jack coming and going whenever he pleased unannounced. Freezing anything he wished, and disturbing the warrior eggs; I had too many complaints to count from them relating to Frost. It was about time I set the kid straight.
I began walking towards him, closing the distance between us so he couldn’t make a quick escape. I smirked; it was about time I finally nailed down on him.

Aster pressed against a tree, eyes wide as he panted heavily. His ears could pick up the faint sound of feet walking slowly in his direction.
'The Boogieman's going to make you bleed,'
The snap of a twig sent him racing off into the forest again, and a laugh followed him.
'There's nowhere you can hide from me here, Aster! This is MY domain!'
A large wall of black sand suddenly shot up in front of him, forcing him to skid to a halt. It crashed down on him, and he vanished into the black for a moment, before he surfaced again. The sand wrapped around the lower half of his body, including his arms, and hardening into a solid black mass. Despite his desperate struggling, his arms stayed trapped, and he couldn't move anything from the waist down. Little to no nightmares, calm weather, and he'd even gotten to hang around with Tooth in a few places. She'd finished earlier than him, and told him she'd be returning to the Pole for some rest. After cutting through the surprisingly calm workshop area, he entered the hall leading to their rooms. When he arrived at his door, though, he noticed North standing in front of it. The Russian man looked up at him as he arrived, blue eyes filled with worry.

It had been over a year since the Guardians had defeated Pitch, and Jack, surprisingly, felt bored.
