Photomanipulation combining 3 separate images, one of an old chapel door from London, England, another of Bury Parish Church, and an African penguin. I would like to thank and dedicate this quirky piece to a couple very talented deviants and cherished friends, thank you for providing me with constant inspiration :)

1) Brin Kennedy :iconslight-art-obsession: for masking out the archway entrance, from a previous collaboration entitled Divine Doorway, and also for masking out the penguin used in a piece called Antique Portrait - Tintype Penguin

2) Michael D. Beckwith :iconkippa2001: for providing the Bury Parish photo nested inside the black archway.

You can download the same image without watermark directly on my website for free stock photos: freestock.ca/photomanipulation…

This picture is also available for download at 3333 x 5000 px for a small premium of 50 points. Most everything else including my stock rules remain the same, except this premium download gives you access to a much larger version of the picture without watermark.
Included in the premium is a second image of the same scene without the penguin. A little bonus at no extra charge in case you may find more practical use for it :)

Same stock rules apply otherwise: somadjinn.deviantart.com/journ…

Hey guys!! Finally, something that's not a fiction from me; instead you get this little how-to for a template that you can use to make Axel's chakrams. The template was made for my dear friend and soon to be Axel :icondelafullmoon: because a) she made the coat pattern for our cosplays, b) she wasn't sure how she should go about making a chakram and c) I was really bored and wanted something to do.

In all, this took about 2 hours or so, I did the whole thing last night (finished at midnight xD). My circles are a little sloppy looking, and the pictures aren't all that great, but if anyone uses this to make themselves some chakrams, I'd love to hear from you! And yes, they are Christmas chakrams, because I only had green and red posetrboard at home to work with xD

I think I'll make another one of these for when I make my sitar (and possibly keyblades too, since I want to own some of those), because it's alot of fun to do.

A rather important note, the exact measurements I used above were made to fit my friend's height, since the chakram has to be proportionate; use the numbers as a guideline (small circle = half of big circle, etc.) but please make sure you're using the numbers that work for your height, because you don't want them to end up too small, or too large. Just a reminder, because sometimes people forget (often it's me doing to forgetting xD)

Here is a tutorial series I am starting on how to make Sora's pants from Kingdom Hearts 2.
This is part 1!!! It focuses on how to make the illusion of chaps/that confusing crotch area.
I hope this helps!

Any questions, don't hesitate to ask!

As promised, here is a step-by-step guide to how I made my Keyblade. I know that a lot of you do not know how to use SolidWorks, but I hope that you enjoy going through the process with me! Dimensions are included if you want them, though they may be a bit large.

The original can be found here: [link]

The program used to create this was SolidWorks 2008.

If you like it, please :+fav: and comment. Makes me want to make more.

Hey guys, like it says on the tutorial, due to popular demand I'm going to be making some cosplay makeup tutorials.

This tutorial is covering the extreme basics of MAKEUP. You have to walk before you can run. Good cosplay makeup gets COMPLICATED if you don't know even your basics!

Eventually I will be doing this same tutorial in a video format but you guys will just have to deal with this photo version for now because I'm swamped with homework @_@.

Because this is my first tutorial I don't really know what I'm doing haha.

SO
PLEASE
TELL ME
WHAT YOU THINK : )
I want to make these tutorials as helpful as possible!
