On Senlac Hill, the grasses blow,
The forest hums with song;
Old Senlac Hill, by Hastings town
Gleams cold and all alone.
Here, the tramp and clink of maille rings,
Echoes 'cross the open meadow;
The clash and bite of iron sword,
And the spears are all a-splintering.
Here, the cloven helm, the whistling arrow,
Proud banners catch the breeze;
The baying horns still fill the dales
From a thousand years ago.
The gold-red drake of Wessex
Burns swathes of blood and fire,
His fiery tongue lays waste the ships
of the northern king, Hardrada.
The dark cold waters of Umber
Are blackened with smoldering reek
Stamford Bridge, soaks her feet in the scarlet
Of forsworn blood-brother's bones.
The battle won, the Norsemen defeated,
The Wessex dragon flies south on thund'ring wings.
As the proud crests of Normandy
Break upon its shores.
The stormy winds of autumn's breath
Abate before the towering spray
Slicing through the murm'ring Channel
Bow before the fleet invader's prows.

Never Lost in Translation
I recently discovered
That hearts can love one another
Even though eyes were never set on each other
I recently discovered
That minds can think the same
Even if tongues don't talk the same
Feelings and emotions
Never get lost in translation
Ideas and perceptions
Never lose track in definition
We are the same
We feel the same
No matter race or age or gender
No matter color
No matter eyes
No matter what
We are the same
And I recently discovered
There are people in this world
That can write my thoughts before I do
Just because they think them too
That can write my own feelings
In their own words
Just because they feel them too
People that can write away my pains
That can mail me a smile
People that can light my day
By only knocking at the door
Of a virtual house
And you my dear
Are one of them
A precious gift
I found between the pages
A dear friend
I found between the lines
A love that never gets lost in translation

I can honestly say I no longer know...
I therefore think when you find love,
live with this strange force that has taken over your heart
and your spent body
you are utterly lost for words
bemused, mystified and a little scared...
It is only when you lack love,
need love, want love, crave love,
that you think you know what love is
oh, then you have it all figured out,
bits and pieces put together from fevered dreams
old loves that went wrong
and the romantic notions from movies and books
But when true love comes along
you just shut up, sit out the ride
pray it will last,
muster the courage to make it work
revel in the utter beauty of it
and thank the gods each day
that made you the recipient of such love
at some point you give up poetry altogether
because there is no better place to be than in his arms
All the words that were your life till now
suddenly soothed by one stroke of his hand
over your willing body
you think, if I get up now,
and go to my bookcase and open my ol

Here's something I want you to understand. It comes from my heart, you know, and only the sexiest most loving things ever come out of there. I'm not sure if you know, but I had to make this clear for you, even if I have to fucking spell it out like I am. Maybe this is the cheesiest way I could ever go about my present to you, but I don't think I care.
So what is this, the eighth or ninth month I've known you? Wow, that's it? Damn, and to think so much has happened since the first day I got into TC xD. I can't believe it, can you? We came a long way. I didn't mean much to you when I first met you in Live Stream. Sure, I'd been watching you before, but I'd only got to talk to you for the first time there. It might be a little weird that I remember it, but it was around June 18 (I checked the date on the Live Stream just to be sure LOL). I think I squeed like the weirdest fangirl ever. I was really excited to be there even what you were saying screamed retarded. I still enjoyed

i tried to understand. when we were eight years old you pushed me, too hard, and i fell and my knees bled and i was a baby begging for someone to hold me. but you just looked at me and said, you know, you have to hurt sometimes.
you'll never grow up otherwise.
and i didn't understand and i didn't want to try to.
five years later and here we are, you in whoknowswhere chasing the sky with some guy that's going to abandon you for someone better someday, maybe today and you'll turn to me, a baby begging again, and i'll say, he's not worth it, but i won't mean it.
because you'd do the same to him if you had the chance and you've done the same to me. and the truth is we're all hypocrites, we're all liars and thieves and we're always the person we never wanted to be.
and i guess, in retrospect, i would have loved

Tears flowed slowly down the human's cool cheeks, cooling almost instantly as the bitter wintry air enveloped them freezing them in a tight molecule of ice, hard and cold, just like the utter lack of hope which now wrenched itself deeply inside Sam's heart. Beside him, the hulking black Decepticon watched the human's display of emotions they were so weak allowing their feelings to govern their logic. The Saleen watched with emotionless optics as a wide smile stretched across the ray of black ebony metal. The human was helpless without his protector, his smirk widened further, motioning one hand towards the flesh form hunched over in the snow.
"Come human, Megatron awaits us. He is going to be so pleased to see you again."
Sam's small form shook as he took a deep breath, eying his fallen guardian in the snow, his fists clenched in anger. Bee had given his life defending him a

The voice faded out to the background leaving nothing but the familiar hums of his own internal body. In the bleary darkness blue optics flickered to life. Yet why couldn't he move? Sam tried accessed his own motor functions, but they were offline. Something was wrong.
Sam's optics darted around the room in panic, the spark in his chamber pulsed with a fuelled fire, and that is all it seemed to take. The familiar spa

I don't know where this leaves me now. This is like standing in front of your living room window and watching all the seasons slip by in the course of a moment. Forever gone in less than a second. I don't know if you've noticed yet, but time simply makes everything seem fleeting until we've already forgotten what we promised we'd never forget. It's funny how selective our memories become. How the past clouds over until it's nearly impossible to distinguish the shapes of the feelings that were once so familiar or the outline of your smilethe sound of your voice. It all fades. Then all that's left is a vague sense of regret for every opportunity that slipped out of my grasp before I even had a good enough hold. It's foolish to believe that if you love something enough to let it go, it'll come back. It won't. Life doesn't really work that way. It's just gone. And now you need to find something new to love. The surrounding trees painted groups of semi lunar silhouetted shadows across the whiteness of the ground, the night air was calm a side from the gentle breaths of Jack Frost caressing and rustling through the bare branches of the woods surrounding the base. Sam breathed in deeply, shivering slightly as he felt the cold air tickle in the back of his throat, still shuddering, Sam snuggled town into the comfy depths of his winter coat in an effort to keep the chilly winter wind at bay. Gazing up at the bright sky, Sam smiled lightly to himself, just happy to be getting some time alone, Bumblebee was still inside recharging, oblivious to Sam's night time venture outside. He had tried to get a word in edgewise once or twice, but she spoke so rapidly, barely pausing for breath, that he had since contented himself with letting her ramble. He sighed inwardly at her request; as if he had time to go all the way out to Zul'Aman to search for some so-called buried treasure that may or may not even exist, not to mention dodging angry trolls the entire way. That sounded just like his idea of a pleasant excursion...
Looking at the woman near tears, he suddenly felt ashamed for his irritation. This artifact was said to have healing properties and if it could save her child, who was he to deny her that hope? How she had even heard about it was beyond him. He was a historian and an accomplished archaeologist and he had never caught wind of this item before. Each corner of town harbingered some sort of Christmas decoration, but by far the most grand was the huge decorated Christmas tree that stood in the centre of town, so huge was the grand tree that it could give even Optimus Prime a challenge of height.

Elements are the elemental parts of every kind of matter (no pun intended). Recently, we know about a hundred elements, of which are 80 stable. They are the parts that can only be split or fused via extreme amounts of energy (the sun is a big fusion reactor). Long story short: Earth, Air, Fire and Water are NO CHEMICAL ELEMENTS. Water is a combination of H and two O. Earth can be anything, mostly silicone-combinations. Air is a gas that usually has N, O, Co2 and other gases in it. Fire is an exothermic chemical reaction. The Chinese or ancient Greece elements DO NOT EXIST! At least they are no elements.
Now back to the subject at hand.
The most unique power of the vampires in Twilight can only be described as control over the pre-chemistry-elements. Of course, we had to take a look into how this ability can work a world th
