After a long time I made something that is not an Asian cuisine dish. I wanted to give a shot to this pasta recipe, it was originally supposed to contain sun dried tomatoes, but I used fresh tomatoes instead. It was fast, easy and quite delicious.
After quite some time I have made a new recipe. This time it is a traditional chinese dish again, widely adapted by the japanese, called gyoza (correctly transcribed as győza). It is basically a meat dumpling, but I personally love them.
