Light's Memories: Day 1Day 1
October 11, 2147
I'm gonna call you Livvy~ I want you to be special and unique, although you already are, considering that nobody uses notebooks anymore.
It's the year 2147. Everything has been digitized. Except me. I always stand out anyway, so I don't mind. My only issue is that everyone always finds some 'imperfect' flaw that's not imperfect at all. It's me being unique.
I should tell you about myself. My 'codename', given to me by the government, is 'yyjvmb' But I don't like going by that. Not after I realized how awful the government was actually being. I go by 'Light'. It's a simple name to the people from the 21st century, but it's not here. And I really like it~
I have a twin sister. Twins go by the same codename as well. Her 'full', government-issued name is Codename: Yyjvmb 4276 (Dark). We don't get last names in this century. I haven't seen her since she was forced into containment. She's 'dark and corrupted' and all she wants to do is escape the country and start a ne

Earth, High Orbit:
The Destiny Ascension hung in space, closely guarding the SSV Nightingale. Her captain, Matriarch Lidanya stood by the large viewing portal and watched the other ships arrayed close by. Dreadnaughts of several different designs all sat at station keeping, creating a wall around the diminutive Alliance hospital ship.
Two dreadnaughts from the Asari, Turian, Quarian and even the Batarian fleets had taken station within an hour of hearing that Commander Shepard was aboard and barely hanging on to life. It was a time honored show of respect and support from the spacefaring races in the galaxy. The SSV Beijing arrived and the SSV Houston had towed the SSV Normandy over near their little formation, also. Now ships from
Memories to Heal the Broken 1So a friend 'Noted' me and suggested a look at my FShep (Sarah) and Liara's relationship 'back in the day'. I decided to start from the end of ME3 and find a way for them to relive some special moments that they shared. It takes a while to get there, but now that the hard part is over, the next installment will be more on point, I think.Memories to Heal the Broken 13 years ago in Short Stories More Like This

FOB Hammer, London:
They had been fighting for hours and the brutes, marauders and cannibals were closing in on all sides. Liara saw Tali incinerate two cannibals with one flick of her Omni-Tool then glanced to her own left before throwing up a singularity that caught up three cannibals. She killed all three with aimed shots from her Locust but was then knocked back and over a low wall by a charging brute. There were hundreds of vile creatures all around her and the small contingent of Soldiers left at FOB Hammer.
She knew in her heart that they couldn't last very much longer.
Memories to Heal the Broken 2I apologize for the back and forth nature of this. I had no idea what I was getting into when doing a look back at ME1 from the end of ME3 through the exestential awesomeness of a meld.Memories to Heal the Broken 23 years ago in Short Stories More Like This

Captain Reynolds, commanding officer of the SSV Nightingale, was having the worst day of his life. The war was over and that meant that for most of the Alliance the worst part was over. But for the medical professionals from every race in the galaxy that ran the forty seven hospital ships of Task Force Haven, the truly horrific work started now. Caring for the wounded, disfigured and dying was a thankless job that would continue for the next several decades.
He was ready for that, trained for it and planned on it. What he did not expect was the parade of VIPs trying to get access to his med-bays. Access to Shepard. He was even given a lengthy list of peo
