A time to play
A time for peace
A time for war
A time to live
A time to die
There are those in the Planes who do not believe in the power or existence of the gods and demi-gods, and such ignorance shall cause the release of the gods upon the Planes once again. The heretics will be the first to die, and then the gods will do battle throughout the Planes. Billions will be killed as multiple immortal superpowers collide in combat, and such battles will destroy entire civilizations.
The time of the gods will end when countless heroes and heroines rise up against these superpowers, countless dying, where others barely succeed in their task. The heroes and heroines will have to face the clerics of the gods, who valiantly try to protect their god, believing what the gods are doing is the right thing to do. These fighters, druids, paladins, sorcerers and wizards will realize that the evil gods are the only ones who want to destroy the Planes, and aid the good gods in the fight.

The Barefoot ClubAmelia loved her job. The Barefoot Club was an amazing nightclub at the far end of town that catered to a special kind of woman. Women came from out of state to enjoy the services that Amelia and the other girls provided. This special club was devoted entirely to the pampering and downright worship of female feet. The Barefoot Club5 years ago in Short Stories More Like This
Amelia admired the crimson pedicure one of the other girls had given her during downtime the other night and gave her long pale toes a satisfied wiggle before slipping her smooth size five feet into her patent black high heels and stepped out of her dressing room. The clubs main room was quiet; some of the girls had their heels kicked off beneath bar tables and were enjoying cocktails on the house. Amelia stole a glance at their soft wrinkly soles resting on footrests of the stools and she felt a familiar warmth settle in her tummy.
Ever since she could remember, Amelia had had what her friends would later call a foot fetish. However, even more unconventionally Amelia found t

Life is a Canvas
Growing up isn't easy. It's not easy for anyone. It doesn't matter how much money you have, how popular you are, or how pretty people think you are. But when I say that growing up for me was worse than most people, I want you to understand what I mean.
For me, growing up was about more than zits and crushes on cute boys, though I had my fair share of each. No, for me growing up meant learning how to avoid digging dragons out of mountains. Growing up meant learning about things like ancient Greek sword fighting and archery. Growing up for me, meant that every day I wasn't at summer camp meant I was a danger to everyone around me, and my very life was at stake.
But I don't want to get ahead of myself. I just want to point out one very simple thing. I'm not a hero. I know that some of you may have heard rumors that I am, but ignore them. Because I'm not. I'm just a girl who tended to be in the right place at the right time, and usually have help. Also, I can run

Nerf darts ?
You looked up at the person, He had blond hair with a stuburn cowlick right at the part, he was wearing a camo uniform, had a florescent pink a purple tie tied around his forehead, dark war paint on his cheeks and a blue light saber was strapped to his back like a samurai sword.
After a moment or so he lowered the gun, a very confused and slightly stupid look on his face.
"_________," he said. "You're not a zombie " You rolled your eyes and plucked a dart off your shoulder.
"Lucky me " you muttered. "Alfred, what ARE you doing ??" you asked shaking the dart at
Alfred flicked on a light switch that was next to him so you could see him clearly. He kind of looked like he hadn't slept for days, but was hyped up on energy drinks, but you ignored that fact because that's when you noticed the room. It was completely destroyed, garbage everywhere, broken dishes were scattered in the

you see, i can only offer you the remaining fractures of a weathered, storm-bruised heart in trembling palms; can only pour the relics into the crevices of your chest. i can only offer you the ruins: tangled and mismatched and soggy from salt-rain. can only give you the junk drawer, the elbows and broken bits no one wanted: the jealousy and anxiety and selfishness and impatience and insecurity. i can only give you these, wrapped in newspaper-covered cardboard boxes, no satin ribbon dressing them up as something they're not.
oh, and you deserve so much more! what i have left rotting isn't enough and it never will be, but, oh, i would give it to you if you asked. i would reach lacerated hands towards my marrow-locks and tear them apart. i'd give you the right combination of numbers and twists and turns so you might undo the not-so-treasure-chest. i'd let you take the choking corpse of my trust and let you try to reanimate it. i'd sell m

i need you to put down the pencil and listen to me for a second. i need you to pause your breath and tune to my frequency. because im throwing my heart on the airwaves and i need you to be alive to hear it. i need you to follow my words even when theyre stumbling, tripping, falling on their face.
this is just going to take a second. i promise.
i think you should know that when i woke up today i was tangled in morning breath and your whispers. i think you should know that im dreaming with swollen lips and bleeding cheeks because i keep biting down to stop myself from saying whats on my mind. i think you should know my mouth is betraying me and when i brush it off, what i mean is, please, for the love of everything, know that i am terrified.
and, i think you should know, despite the fact that i am trembling with needs, i dont want it. i dont want to count down the seconds and drag out my day. i dont want to have to constantly dislodge my he

i guess it is.
i want you to know that im going to think about you. every night.
i imagine ill think about you too.
ill probably cry in my pillow when our song comes on my shuffle and ill dig up that picture i buried in the back of my closet when i threw away the rest.
why will you keep it?
because we look happy and somewhere down the road ill be happier for having kept it. not at first, because at first its going to sting like hell. which is why ill bury it. but in the middle of the night when i dont have the sun to shine in my eyes and distract me, ill need to look at it and remind myself that the tears are worth it.
i dont want to make you cry.
i know and thats part of the reason why theyll be worth it. you arent stealing them from me, im giving them freely. i wont

The words never spoken,
Yet always heard.
Not from people around me,
No, that's absurd.
I've heard these words,
Time after time,
They always pierce my heart,
They continuously cross my mind.
But these words were never said.
Never once directed at me.
Maybe they never became reality,
But I saw them spoken in my mentality.
These are the words of a bully.
The words that can tear me apart.
The words that can no longer be erased,
Because they have entered my heart.
This person who speaks them,
I know them quite well.
They have countless words in their head,
They have many stories to tell.
I don't know why they want me
To take all of the blame.
It might be for vengeance,
It might be from their own shame.
But the owner of these words,
The words that repeat,
Have caused me great fear,
Have led to my defeat.
