Connections Ch 6 AlexDesmondIt turned out that Alex had been staying at the hospital for the past four days. Desmond asked and asked why he would be staying here, but he never got an answer. It was later in the afternoon and Alex had run off into some other room. What did that leave Desmond to do with his free time? Explore, of course. He started with opening some of the doors in the main hall he was in. He found that most of them were locked. The last door he tried though was open. It led to another long hallway with more doors for Desmond to enter. Again, most were locked for some reason and again, the last one he tried was open. This process continued for about ten minutes until the door Desmond opened led to a room with a single man in it. There was a cadaver on one of the 5 tables the man was working with and places behind him to store other bodies. It was an autopsy room. The older black gentleman raised his head to see who had walked into the room.Connections Ch 6 AlexDesmond5 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This

The journey to Malik's new home seemed to be totally a blur, all he remembered was him eating his sweet apple, and that was it. He had fallen asleep and Alim had to carry him the rest of the way. It couldn't be helped, it was late at night, and with very little food in his stomach Malik just didn't have the energy to keep his eyes open.
Alim's journey was pretty distant, especially since he had to resort on walking back to the hideout, and not hitching a ride on camel back. A very pale bluish grey sky glowed on one side of the horizon, the sign that the sun was slowly on its way.
He went out the city, across the warm sands and over to a small mound of copper coloured mountains. Alim stopped for a moment to scan the area around him, with a floppy sleeping Malik drooling on his shoulder. All clear, walking through a small opening in the mountains' face.
Alim tread slowly and carefully in the tunnel, allowing his eyes to adjust to the almost complete darkness. The last thing he wanted to

Lucy stared blindly at her computer, attempting to read a reconnaissance report. Her eyes touched on the words and moved on, their meaning not reaching her brain; it was far too occupied for that.
Yes, she really was a fantastic actress, but what did any of that matter if she didn't know her lines. In this war, no one could be trusted. But you had to choose a side or risk being picked up by the group you didn't actually want.
She'd chosen the Templars. The Assassins were not to be trusted. Warren told her so. She saw it for herself; Miles was sending his own son into almost certain death so he could get his hands on an Apple. He only cared about himself, they all did.
But now she was seeing things from a different point of view. Rebecca and Shaun, not born into the Order, were not that different from her at all. The last time she'd seen Rebecca, things had been different, more formal. 2005 was a tough year for the Assassins; their brief meetings felt tight,
Horse DevilEzio frowned, pulling his hood further over his eyes. Judging by the position of the light on the horizon, he only had a few more hours before dawn. The Master Assassin bit his lip at the image of his friend the general, pacing up and down the dirt road fretfully as he worried about the fate of his wife. A fate that rested in Ezio's hands alone at the moment.Horse Devil4 years ago in Profiles More Like This
Tossing his cape self-consciously over his shoulder, Ezio slid off the white stallion and edged closer to the French encampment. If he remained silent and agile, he could easily slip past the foreign soldiers and continue on to the broken aqueduct, where a large amount of spare French armor awaited him. However, a peek around the palisade walls revealed that the blue-colored soldiers were no where near relaxed that night. Each Frenchman's beady eyes were set in determination, and their weapons were gripped tightly. The Assassin shook his head- this would not be easy.
Slowly, ever so slowly, Ezio hugged the wall and took a few step

I want to fall in love again.
I'm so sick of this,

All the lights were off and he could see the tiny red recording light on Pewdie's camera was on. With a smile he pulled on his hoodie and pulled the hood over his head, hiding his face.
Pewdie jumped as Cry wrapped his arms around his neck, his face hidden from the camera as he kissed Pewds on the cheek. The blonde chuckled and looked up at the hooded man, "I'm recording babe" he said simply with a smile, not at all pestered by the sudden appearence of his best friend and lover.
"I know but I wanted to let you know the waffles are almost done" He whispered, it was actually morning but you couldn't tell by looking. The boys had set up black out curtains so Pewdie could record his horror games in the dark, and not a bit of sunlight slipped through the black drapes. "I'm almost done anyway" Pew

He had learned the sound of her footsteps.
It was because he had a trained ear, really; when you spend years upon years of running away from the same girl, you tend to realize what sounds mean to book it before it's too late. She took heavy steps when she ran; she took steps much too heavy for a girl of her stature, actually. She sounded like a stampede of elephants coming his way, which was nearly bizarre because the rosette only had two feet and he was sure she couldn't weigh that much.
He was half expecting her to come barreling at him with arms wide open and tackle him into the grass. It was certainly something she would have done a few years back. He was weary upon her arrival but quickly noted that since she had an equally bushed looking Cream by the wrist as was currently tugging her along like a rag doll it was unlikely that she'd be knocking him over with the bunny in tow. Hopefully Amy knew better than to start a hedgepile.

A young tanned skinned woman lay on the floor. Her hair was tattered and her clothes ripped in various places leaving the remaining filthy, sweat drenched scraps barely covering her body. An older white man stood over the young girl who was barely even a woman. The man had to be in his early fifties and had a very kind weather worn face. He knelt down to speak with the young girl.
"You'll be fine. The one I sent for will be here soon. He can help you in better than I can. Now, drink some water, child." He said as he tried to hand the young girl a metal cup.
The girl refused to acknowledge the man's existence as she stayed close to the hard wood floor in his home. She peered at him through her mangled hair, unsure of his motives toward her. Was he really trying to help her or was he one of the ones that she was forewarned about before coming to this area. For this uncertainty, she refused to cooperate.

He felt Rouge cross her legs; he could tell because her foot brushed against his thigh. She sent him a flirty glance, eyelids lowered. The seductive bat had painted her eyelids pink instead of her usual blue. It contrasted well against her white fur. She was dressed in a saucy hot pink shirt, tight darkwash jeans and black high heeled boots. She picked at her salad and then rested her cerulean orbs back on the blue hedgehog, who was currently complaining.
Sonic was sitting on the same side as the rosy rascal, staring at his third cup of soda. He gave a low grunt and pushed the cup away from him. Amy eyed him carefully, peridot orbs resting on him and him alone. After all, she had been the one who shoved Sonic into the inside of the booth because she wanted to sit with him. Amy could be very assertive when she wanted to be, and she wasn't afraid to show it on most occasions.

By now, it isn't a secret that I'm a huge fan of the Assassin's Creed franchise. I have pretty much loved the series, and its ideas of genetic memory and heritage, ever since it first came out in 2007. Now, as the date of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood draws ever nearer, I am strongly contemplating what the next step will be in a line that we saw commence with Altaïr Ibn La'ahad and currently ends with Desmond Miles.
Reportedly, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood will be the final official game where we play as Ezio Auditore, the Renaissance Assassin of the bloodline. As Ezio is already in his forties during the course of this story, this may mean that he will conceive a child very soon after the events of the game. In other words, Brotherhood may hold the last of his genetic memories visible to Desmond and the modern Assassins.
At this point, after Brotherhood, it isn't a certain yet who the mother of Ezio's children may be
