Note: I have only done this on Kubuntu 12.04 x64, 12.10x64, running KDE 4.8.4, KDE 4.9.2, KDE 4.9.3 so anything other than this I can not say for sure will work. I would assume as long as you have the dependencies met it should work but this is just a guess. As Always make sure to back up your stuff before trying anything new like this!
1: Make sure to install all Denpendencies:
- build-essential
- cmake
- kde-workspace-dev
- libxrender-dev
- libxext-dev
- libqt4-dev
- libx11-dev

A simple way to prevent any packets being sent to or received from Facebook is to set up filtering using iptables. On most GNU and Linux distributions, you can run the following three commands as root:
iptables -A INPUT -d facebook.com -j DROP
iptables -A OUTPUT -d facebook.com -j DROP
iptables -A FORWARD -d facebook.com -j DROP
The URL can be changed for other sites as well if you wish. Eg - for Twitter's "tweet" buttons run the same commands but using platform.twitter.com as the domain to reject.

My current icon theme for Linux "Ghnomix".
Added 550 icons
Added font sf_Fedora_ (http://www.shyfonts.com) for better visualization of the inscriptions on icons.
Adjust, 236 icons.
Redrawn, 52 icons.
Added applications for Fedora, Ubuntu.
Added icons for KDE and Xfce.
The theme Ghnomix, is compatible with all Desktop Manager for Linux.
The icon package weighs 140 MB, 7zip file weighs only 30 MB.
I think for the next update, will transform all the icons. PNG, to make things lighter.
The icons are a bit heavy because they were designed in detail, and with many different levels and steps.
** downloaded and reinstalled the icon theme Ghnomix to be able to exploit to the fullest.
Definitely missing, some of the applications that each of you use on your Linux distribution and if you want, you can apply for the application you want, so I integrate it in the next update.

I've been busy, i moved out of home, started working almost everyday of the week, and started looking into some tafe courses recently.
Because i don't live at home anymore i lost all of my artworks, and i dont have an intuos4 or anything anymore! its like I''m starting from scratch.
I did manage to download Photoshop CS6 though.
I'm back, but I'm not sure how long I'm going to be living where i am so I'm not sure how long i will be visiting dA and how often I'll be able to get to the site, but ill try to get online as much as i can, and upload some new artwork!
So anyway, I'm not sure if i should get a premium membership or not yet, I miss my old page and being able to critique, so I'm thinking i might get it again.
