Gotta say. . this was fun to do X3 It started out just as a space-art practice pic but soon evolved into this monstrosity after a morning of asswhooping on DoW2. Despite its "simple" appearance, this took just about the majority of the afternoon to do, especially that goddamn xeno-infested cloud of badness.

A while ago me and Drell-7 were kicking around an idea to do a "Steampunk Tour of the Solar System". It never quite came together, but this is a rough study I did for the exploration of the Sun. OF COURSE you can walk on the surface... as long as you have an asbestos suit with a big chunk of ice in the backpack for cooling (suit by TheAntFarm [link] ). And, naturally, the surface has "sunflowers" growing... of a sort.
