Here's a rare fan art piece I did of Mrs Skywalker. She's one of the coolest female leads in the Star Wars mythos but its too bad she died in the novels.

Notice she's using Luke's original lightsaber, the one he lost when he fought Vader, which he than retrieved later on and gave it to Mara.

Hope you guys like it.

Rick's in the outskirts of Imperium city trying to get some information on his creator, Hank Soothey, and the events surrounding his unfortunate death. As it turns out, nobody wants to help a robot. Good thing Rick doesn't take no for an answer.

This is my fan art piece for Danny LuVisi's Last Man Standing that I finished up yesterday and I think it might be the most colorful thing I've ever done.

After I submitted my Halo: Reach image last week I received a lot of critique regarding many aspects of it, I haven't attempted something on such a large scale before so I learned a lot whilst making it, and even more during the critique sessions.
I went through a good 8 drafts for this revised version, weeding out tangents, fixing composition and bringing the action closer.
I will leave the original up in my scraps.
I think this image is the real tribute to Reach I had in mind, and learnt a lot painting it.

-Talos Valcoran also known as the Soul Hunter, is a member of First Claw, 10th Company, Night Lords Legion. He is somewhat of a prophet among his warband, for he, like his gene-father Konrad Curze before him, bears the curse of foreknowledge.

Talos was recruited into the Legion relatively late in the Great Crusade, after Night Haunter had left Nostramo and after it had begun to slip back into its degenerate ways. Throughout the Crusade and the Horus Heresy he was an Apothecary of the same company. He is noted to have been within the Primarch's inner circle, conversing with him many times in private.

Following Konrad Curze's death, Talos was the first to hunt the assassin M'Shen in the name of vengeance, even though this disobeyed his Primarch's last order. The rest of the legion tried to dissuade him from the hunt, but he was committed. The rest of his Legion only joined the hunt when they realised that the assassin had also stolen several of the Legion's relics (including the Corona Nox), which many captains believed were theirs to inherit. Talos didn't care for such trinkets, only for vengeance in his father's name. M'Shen was eventually killed by the Soul Hunter after the Night Lords' fleet gave chase to her vessel and after the subsequent Eldar ambush.

Talos' relentless pursuit of his fathers assassin is the reason for his namesake Soul Hunter, "One soul. You will hunt one shining soul while all others turn their backs on vengeance" 1 Hence meaning that whilst all other Night Lords will weep for their father and not engage as ordered, Talos will ignore orders and launch into relentless pursit of M'Shen in the name of vengeance for his dead father-

Did this after one of my viewer from the other pieces asked me to try. Been fun working on it, starting out using it as a demo piece during one of the local events. It took me quite a while to finish it while I juggle work in between, and only get to work on it in between jobs as a method of relaxation.

But it's finally done now hahah... shall try a tank or something else next.....

Some Star Wars Inspired picture after very long time. When I was reading very good technical website about the starwars, I've found picture of the leg and small comment of one amazing machine. This Is my vision of superheavy Imperial battle walker.
My intention was make a new design of a huge war machine, of course somehow similar to AT-AT. So I didnt have much space for experiments.
This walker much bigger than his older brother about twice in height. The desingis using some elements from the battleships of the Empire. Weapons: one turbolaser, eight heavy lasers and many heavy blaster cannons. The picture captures flawless crushign of the rebels defence positions on some cold planet (not Hoth). Rebellion have no weapons that can harm this machine.

The walker is based on simple 3d model(done in 1hour). The rest is playing with many layers in photoshop. the small at-st and some planes done form the reference. Picture was done half on cintiq tablet, the rest Intuos3. Time about 25-30 hours, just 2 hours a day after work.
