The Sovereign's a new model I've been working on for the past time. Derived from the Dominance-classe ([link] [link] or [link]) it moves its forucs from a fleet carrier to the more fitting role of a battleship.

The Sovereign's design follows the common dagger-shaped style of the various Star Destroyer types from Star Wars, while introducing elements of my own Blue Phantom universe, such as the pair of heavy fusion cannons at the bow plus several other design traits. Sort-of a crossover. :)

This image is one of several I created for the ship's profile on my homepage (www.vince-t.de), showing the Sovereign and its task group of Predator Cruisers and Katana Frigates.

NOTE: The Sovereign-class Battlecruiser is not to be confused with the Sovereign-class Super Star Destroyer

Another piece for Star Wars: The Card Game I did way back in 2011. Guess you aren't expecting starships from me? ;p

BFF-1 freighter was common craft throughout the entire galaxy in Star Wars universe. It's not as iconic as X-Wing or TIE Fighter though but BFF-1s could be found in almost every container depot, cargo station, or shipping port in every sector.

This is sort-of a quickie, while experimenting with some rendering stuff. Also, realizing I always made my pictures so dark, I thought it wouldn't hurt making some brighter ones for a change, on which you can actually see the ships :)

So, here's a little something with a Valiant-class Republic Cruiser and a pair of Venators bound for space.

Expect more of that style soon, as experimenting proceeds :)

Credits:
The Valiant's design was made by Kyle_k_ski and the model made by me.
The Venators were mede by me, based on the ones from Star Wars Episode III.
The planet background was captured in Google Earth =)

Another one of the Sovereign. This one was actually taken right out of a story thread I was participating in.

Called to assist witha major pirate problem the Sovereign watches over the ESS colony on Trivaan IV, while its task force ventures off to take care of the threat in a nearby asteroid cluster.

The taskforce is led by Predator Cruiser ESS Legion and commandeered by Commander Lyth Noraq.

I made this image a bit earlier than the other Sovereign images thus you'll notice that the battlecruiser's engines glow in a different color.

Here is a Star Wars Wallpaper I did during my free time.

EDIT : yes it was done way before the second new Star Wars : The force awakens trailer. I'm not saying they took my idea, I have no idea really. It looks much better in the trailer than in my image anyway.

Many of the ships from the Star Wars universe (including expanded, and ones I already posted). Yes, they are to scale (Which is why the fighters and frieghters are so small). And no, the Trade Federation Droid Control/Battleship is as big as I'll draw.

PS...They are also to scale with my Battlestar Galactica ships.

It's the Sovereign again. This one was inspired by and is a tribute to the legendary Scene from Star Wars V: The Empire strikes Back, of the Imperial fleet approaching the planet of Hoth.

Shown on this image is the Sovereign accompanied by a small flotilla of Predator-class Star Destroyers (upper left and the smaller Katana-class Frigates (lower left).

A mish mash of different pictures (including some art from the new Star Wars Old Republic game) which have been recolored and pieced together in an attempt to create a Rakatan bounty hunter. See the dark line at the center of his goggles? They are collapsible. That's where they expand to accommodate his wide set eyes.
