My Completed the Entry for the Eve Online contest, submission 1, the Amar Savior Recon Battlecruiser. The Savior is based upon the hugely sucessful Prophecy Class Battlecruisers, with more of an emphasis on Recon and ECW systems. The front wing vanes act as a cloaking field and sensor jammer projectors for the ship. An variant of the Savior exists, known as the Templar Assault Battlecruiser. Images of that ship will be posted soon.
It's finally finished...My baby is up and flying, her crew ready and able so to speak. It's been fun working on it I hope there will be more contests like this cuz I love making starships
It's a shame that we're only allowed 7 views in one image, I wish I could pin some more shots to show some more details like the tiny tech lights in the section cracks and the bridge superstructure etc etc.
SO as you can see it has headlights... probably not that cool but I figured...what the heck, space is dark
This is my entry to the EVE online Create a Ship contest, its called the Hunchback and is meant as a corporation based mining ship, it is able to mine both minerals and gas compounds and refine them without the need of a Space Port, this, and its holding capacity, means the ship can essentially strip mine a whole asteroid field and refine the materials on the go, never having to move until the resources run out. Using "wireless" trading (some skill you get at a high trade experience level) the pilot can trade the refined goods again without the need of a Space Port.
She's an elegant and luxurious craft used as Jamyl Sarum's personal ship. With four medium laser turrets her armament is not the strongest, but enough to defend herself. Besides, her armor resistances are highly classified, and so is the number of Guardian class logistic ships standing by to aid her at any moment.
This is my formal submission to the contest, following the contest rules of 6 line views + 1 rendered view.
Edit: slightly upgraded background, and minor corrections.
My attempt at drawing a space battle ship. All six views were done traditionally with drawing pens on paper. The seventh rendered view was coloured traditionally with watercolor. Fonts were later added digitally. Wish me luck!
The Samalah, once a derelict hulk floating through the far reaches of space. Now salvaged and repurposed as a pirate carrier. Much of it's outer hull has broken apart giving it a fractured appearance though, its integrity remains despite this. It measures nearly 1000m in length.
It's suspected this vessel used to be much larger but due to the damage and age of the ship the exact size or shape cannot be determined.
Not my actual EVE submission but something like this
