I didn't want to draw it in in fighting szene because I think LIFE is not agressive, only if you provoke it (if you cut down the woods for example, hurr) It doesn't really have a face, but a kind of mirror where you can see .. everything! Which would be too much for your mind and your head simply explodes when you look in it, lol

Barnabas Collins in an art nouveau style, surrounded by elements from his character and the movie.
Took about 10 hours from start to finish, 100% Photoshop. I tried to use minimal colors, as I usually do t-shirt designs which requires that, so I only used 6 colors, the gradients can be half-toned. I'm pretty happy with the end results, what do you think? Please leave a comment/critique, thanks!
This pic is for 'picture yourself in the wonderland' contest
I draw myself as the Queen of Heart. I have long dark brown hair, and brown eyes.
I choose this character because we really love rose, and somehow I make the rose in half red and half white, where the white rose is painted with red paint. And i also make some of the card soldier without head cause they are having their heads being cut off by the queen.
Hopping to the contest bandwagon yay! TvT the theme was so delicious that I couldn't resist
I wanted to do a sorcerer but then... the gigantic scythe appeared so she became a warrior xD
Btw: I'd love to say that I was inspired on Soul Eater, but it didn't cross my mind when drawing the scythe, but I take that they're pretty similar xD, all I was thinking was Katamari Damacy (Specially the Moon and the Prince track)
Uurgghh this is the first time using an action blur, but I failed so many times that this is the best I could manage úvú I hope it's not too crappy Drawn in SAI, edited in Photoshop CS2
Wow! I'm really shocked to see my entry among 24 other awesome artists! I'm so grateful for that, and even if I dont enter to the semifinals, either way this was very fun to draw.
All what matters is to enjoy the contests and their entries instead of specting results (because you'll be dissapointed later)
