My friend and I cosplaying for NYAF/NYCC 2011.
I was casual Turkey and she was Fem!Greece.
This photo means a lot to me. Not because it is one of my favorite Hetalia pairings, but because it advocates love between our people. I am actually Turkish and she is actually Greek, and we are best friends. We know that in the past and even today, there is much pain between our people... but we hope for a peaceful future.
Turkey X Greece forever.

This is a commission for :iconsephina-darkwinds: who laid claim to the white tail deer tail bone set that I mentioned in my Pagan Dancer earring. She asked that I make a hair clip out of it so this was definitely a fun piece to make as I love hair pieces. XD
Posting this to get her OKAY on the finished product. :meow:

Length: 2 ft long
Materials: 4 regular peacock feathers, two dyed teal peacock feathers, 11 Swarovsky crystals in purple and teal, 2 purple Czech glass beads, 2 copper jump rings, 25 sections of copper jewelry findings, five faux miniature roses in pink and purple, 1 dark purple faux orchid flower, several mauve/pink marabou feathers, 1 barrette clip

Yup. I drilled holes into each section of bone, twisted copper findings into each piece to make a connection point. Strung each beaded accent section between the bone sections onto copper findings and twisted them. The top flowers, feathers, barrette, and first bone are all epoxied together and after it was dry I hot glued around the epoxied areas for added structural support. Despite the length, it's fairly light so movement with it is wonderful and structurally sound. The orchid I hand painted with copper leaf paint on the petals for an added effect. (:

I think I burned myself like three times with the hot-glue on this haha! I dropped it on my ankle once thus hot-gluing my ankle and that was interesting to say the least. But I LOVE how this turned out!

Thanks for viewing! <3

The lovely Marilyn Monroe graces my gallery again. She wore this purple gown in the movie, How To Marry a Millionaire.

I searched high and low for a photo of her in this dress. This was the most lovely, but the size of the photo was smaller than I would have liked. After much debate (with myself), I finally decided to draw it. I am glad I did. I love her sexy trademark smile, but it also has that naughty sweetness. Actually the smile gave me a big headache, because half of her mouth was in black dark shadow. Anyway, I won't tell you how much time I struggled with that smile. In the end, I am very pleased with it!

I finished this drawing just in time! I will start my new job tomorrow at CDIA school! I am so excited.
:excited:

I will continue to draw, of course. There are just too many gorgeous reference photos out there calling out to me. :D

Something different haha! I've seen a few things around and wanted to do my own thing with it. I loooovveeee forest-esque things like nymphs, druids, elves, etc and these pasties give that fantasy look without being overbearing. I always loved being able to do pieces that look like they perhaps defy natural existence hahaha. Like ummm moss and flowers as convenient censors! XD

Anyway, they're made of a brown foam backing that's very soft to the touch, real reindeer moss that's very soft, faux flowers, and rhinestones.

I can make these on custom order as well in different color schemes. Just note me!

These are SOLD.

Thanks for viewing!! ^~^

So this is a fresh base, just released today! I spent a lot of time on this set, most of the time I was working on the first pose, which just did not work out and did not get released with these. Of course it didn't help that I lost the file I was working on when my power cord popped out of the back of my laptop in the middle of saving which corrupted the file.... O_o I was NOT a happy camper for a little while.
