Hahaha, It isn't Tonkatsu. It is Ice cream shaped like that Tonkatsu. How to make ice cream is to mix the flour and fried. The sauce is used instead of chocolate sauce.($5)

I like the design of this ice cream. It's a novelty.

It comes from IceDEA in Chiangmai, Thailand. You can keep track of all the details here. [link]

Roast Chicken Breast injected with a buttery herb concoction and topped with S/P and another seasoning. Served with a basil and butter vegetable medley and Yukon gold fingerling mashed potatoes.
This just so happens to rank as the tastiest dish of the year so far, and in all honesty, a dish that is worthy of being served at 25 dollars a plate in my opinion. I have a feeling its going to be a great year as far as our dinners are concerned. ;)

Sizzling sirloin steak, served with mashed potatoes, broccoli, steamed carrots and corn.

And drowned with dollops of black pepper sauce. Obviously, this steak isn't Prime quality and isn't priced expensively. Good steaks do not need sauce, but this plate of beef certainly needs all the help it needs, given its price point. :slow:

Still, it hits the spot. Yummeh!
