I know you never read these. Why would you? It's sorta like having a diary, only less girly. But I mean, it's kinda nice to just... Talk to somebody.
Believe it or not, it's actually pretty lonely here at my castle nowadays. Ever since I lost Clucky, I haven't had anyone around. How's Zoey doing? Does she still have that mushroom fetish thing? I hope you two are doing well. You'd make an adorable couple, you know that?
We should get together sometime for tea or something. I've got Jaffas off the wazoo here, if you wanted some. We never really hang out anymore; not since we were kids. Y'know?
Anyways, I have some experimenting to do, so I'll write you later.
Your Friend, Duncan
Sjin's been getting really annoying lately. Even more so than usual, and we both know that's saying something! He keeps stealing my stuff and griefing my builds. I mean, I do it right back, but that's not the po

He was currently working in the Yoglabs. It was just another day to him. Testificates ruining various experiments. Honeydew was wandering around and bothering some of the others. And he...
He had a lot of paperwork to do.
The bearded man rubbed his eyes gently. It had been a long day and he was ready to head back to his house.
Just then a chime was heard on his computer. It was one he hadn't heard in a long time.
It was from the United Federation of Planets. Specifically Starfleet.
He removed his labcoat and straightened up some. Swallowing, he entered a code onto his keyboard. A very familiar face to him popped up on the screen, one which seemed very somber indeed.
"Commander William Riker here," he spoke.
"William, it's good to see you again," the older gentleman on the screen replied.
"It's good to see you again too, Captain."
"I wish this was under better circumstances," Picard said sadly, causing the former first mate to fr

That was the simple thought that started it all. He didn't know why that little idea bothered him so much. He knew that damn scientist was insane, but they had a treaty. Sure, it had been made at gunpoint, but it was still a treaty.
Then why was he so nervous?
Everything was okay. Nobody was fighting. He hadn't even seen the scientist in some time.
But he was still nervous.
He heard voices in his dreams.
He lied... he's planning to kill you.
Scientists are evil. They can't be trusted. He's going to kill you... and her.
Don't you want to protect her? Remember what he did last time? She nearly died because of him.
You made a promise that you would protect her. Isn't this the best way to protect her? By killing the threat?
The voices whispered to him every night. Feeding his fear. Enhancing his nightmares.
One night he couldn't sleep.
He had to end this.
As quietly as he could, he made sure she was still asleep. Then he left the house. Once outside, he used
Not For Your SakeGetting to sleep in the Cornerstone base was always a hassle. First, they actually had to get into the base and, with the various teams scattered about all over the world, this was a massive task in and of itself. Not For Your Sake3 months ago in Short Stories More Like This
After a lot of angry messages, threats, and general confusion on who exactly was still missing, the entire team was finally assembled in the base and then came the item sorting, the machine checks, the “where the heck is my hang glider?!” and then--at last--they began to get into bed.
Since the beds were all shoved up against each other, most of them them tended to just crawl up from the foot of the bed but then there were people like Smith, who often stole others beds which caused a lot of ruckus, or people like Strippin who jumped on, scaring the people on either side of him.
By the time everyone was settledand in their correct beds, the sun had long since fallen behind the edge of the earth.
Rythian, who often fell asleep last, lay awake one night

The blood curdling scream was the only thing other than the pain in his chest that registered in Rythian’s brain. It sounded familiar but the mage couldn’t place who it belonged to. A small huff could be heard as all the air was forced out of Rythans lungs as he hit the ground. He bounced slightly and grimaced in pain.
He lifted his hand to his chest with much difficulty. he was finding it hard to breath but held his breath as he gripped the arrow penetrating his chest. He pulled it out quickly but in a way that would causes minimal unnecessary damage. He had screamed when he pulled it out, and he whimpered when he felt small hands putting pressure on the heavily bleeding wound.
He forced open his eyes but his vision was far too blurry to make out anything but basic colors. He closed his eyes in a grimace at the pain but opened them again when the one trying desperately

Not a blood drop to be seen
A kingdom of isolation
And it looks like I'm the king
The wind is howling like this horrid voice inside
Couldn't keep him in
Heaven knows I've tried
Don't let them in
Don't let them see
Be the good boy you always have to be
Conceal, don't feel
Don't let him show
Well now they know
Let him go
Let him go
Can't hold him back anymore
Let him go
Let him go
Turn away and slam the door
I don't care
What they're going to say
Let the blood flow on
The red never bothered me anyway
It's funny how the distance
Makes problems seem so small
And his fear that once controlled me
Can't get to me at all
It's time to see what I can do
To test their limits and break through
No right no wrong, no rules for me
Let me go
Let me go
I am one with a blade and knife
Let me go
Let me go
You'll never see me cry
Here I'll stand
And here I'll stay
Let the blood flow on
Their powers flowing from the blood onto my
Mess in the Kitchen"RIDGEDOG!" a shout came from the doorway.Mess in the Kitchen4 months ago in General Fiction More Like This
The reaper was in the kitchen, or... at least, what was left of the kitchen. There wasn't much left of it anymore. Smoke was pouring out of the oven. Flour, sugar, chocolate, milk and various other baking ingredients were splattered and flung against the walls and counter (was that... cinnamon on the ceiling?). Pots, pans, bowls and baking sheets were thrown messily into the cauldron of a sink, as well as measuring cups and spoons.
The auburn haired man turned toward the sound of the voice. Somehow in all the mess and chaos, he'd found a way to stay pristine. He gave a sheepish smile as he scratched the back of his head.
"What in all of Minecraftia were you doing?"
"Um... Well... It being the holiday and all... I-I know that you don't-"
"Ridge, you know I don't celebrate the holiday... I have no reason to... even with the others."
The gold-eyed man's eyes widened. "You've never celebrated Christmas with them? Ever? But I know that
Heart of DarknessLalna wasn't always a hero. He wasn't always a good guy. He was a villain. A madman. A murderer.Heart of Darkness1 year ago in General Fiction More Like This
His first murder had been an accident. He had been trying to kill his nemesis. A horrible man whose name he had long since forgotten. His gun had malfunctioned and exploded. The explosion hadn't killed his nemesis, and it left him shell shocked but uninjured. But the shrapnel from the gun had killed someone. A girl. The girl he loved.
Lalna changed after that. He didn't get attached to anyone, because he didn't want to feel the same pain. He didn't want to have another friend die in his arms.
His acquaintances, the people he worked with, became afraid of him. They feared him because he eventually showed no remorse. He became so skilled at inventing weapons of mass destruction. He was even better at brewing poisons so potent they could kill someone in less than three seconds.
Over time, he didn't even blink when he had to murder someone.
He never got hurt during a job. He was too good. Too s

It’d been a few months now since everyone I knew had disappeared and nothing I did helped me find them. Admittedly I didn’t know a ton about the world but I had already gotten some of my early reaper training done. Ridge was the first to disappear. No one had noticed until I went to my reaper lessons and notice that no one was home. Rythian was the next quickly followed by Zoey. We never noticed Sips was gone until Sjin disappeared and I was nominated to break the news to him. I didn’t find him and for once I was sad I didn’t. Simon and Lewis went the same day. Probably together knowing how close they were to each other. I wondered when Martyn and his friend Toby disappeared since I didn’t going looking for them till I was completely alone. Duncan was the final one along with Hannah. They had been working to find everyone and one day I woke up to them being gone. I found a cryptic note from Duncan that read:
Hannah and I figured out what’s
