My husband, who loves birds, asked me to have a go painting an eagle and this is the result. Didn't feel confident enough to paint a big one, but as I enjoyed doing this one, I may have a go in the future!

I painted this after seeing a wonderful photograph by Dennis Chunga, called the Housatonic River. He kindly agreed to let me use it as a reference. Much artistic licence used here, but I hope I've caught the essence!
