Common abrahamic excuses that hold little water
"God gaves us free will, ergo it's pur own fault": Except that the Bible nor the Qu'ran put emphasis on free will. Hell, this excuse is so very recent, that, until a few centuries ago, the idea that God had absolute control over our lives was very popular.
"Its our fault; Adam and Eve's sin created evil, not God!": If you have read Genesis, you'll know this is bullshit (Hell, even Yahweh admits he created evil!). Likewise, at no point is the first sin ever considered a "Pandora's Box" situation.
"God is goodness incarnate! Evil is against his nature!":...have you even read the Bible? Yahweh is also considered to not be goodness incarnate until the NT and Qu'ran; in the OT, he is treated as a Lawful Neutral agent.
"Your're putting everything out of context!": Considering I actually bother to read the Bible/Qu'ran, while you only cherry pick passages your pastor dictates...
"He died for your sins! You should be grateful!":
1- His sacrifice was pointless, He only rescued saints from Sheol

Q: Perhaps maybe a little, uh, Hamlet?
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: Oh, I know Hamlet. And what he might say with irony, I say with conviction: "What a piece of work is man! How noble in reason! How infinite in faculty! In form, in moving, how express and admirable! In action, how like an angel! In apprehension, how like a god!"
Q: Surely, you don't see your species like that, do you?
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: I see us one day becoming that, Q. Is it that which concerns you?
Q: May whatever God you believe in...
Q: have mercy on your soul. This court stands adjourned.
Q: Goodbye, Jean-Luc, I'm gonna miss you. You had such potential. But then again, all good things must come to an end.
Picard: Q? What is going on here? Where is the anomaly?
Q: [pretendind to be deaf] Where is your mommy? Well, I don't know.
[Q appears in a monk's costume]
Q: Let us pray, for understanding and for compassion.
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: Let us do no such damn thing! What is this need

Isla Nublar, Costa Rica (that's right, Jurassic Park but after the dinosaurs had began to take over the island)
Time Period: 1993
How the characters got there:
Essentially, either Dempsey, Nikolai, Samantha, or Takeo had the Quantum Entanglement Device while in the teleporter and it basically sent them 30 more years into the future, back to a time where there was a dinosaur themed park but it was overrun with dinosaurs that all the tourists and employees were eaten. But many years before all that, it was one of the test sites for a secret underground Communist scientist group made up of Cubans and Russians. Apparently, the tests that were done there had affected the dinosaurs many years later and even after the island was napalm shelled, the dinosaurs returned to life as undead dinosaurs.
