Superhero meets SorceressSubject name: Lorraine Jett
Ten years since last mission.
It has been a long time since any missions were taken and completed by this elastic woman. So long, in fact, that just after her last mission, Ms. Jett dropped her career as a superhero entirely. She only used her elastic abilities for rudimentary tasks from there on.
Lora simply went back to her old job that previously wasn't always fulfilled 8 hours a day.
She wasn't the only one to change, either.
Her boss, Mr. Richard Hearst had stopped pointing out crimes for her to take care of, and his son, Arnold, had become a teenager and lost interest in Plastic Man comics that usually helped Lora in a few missions. Even her own sidekick, Meredith, had stopped thinking about fighting crime, and had grown to be more like an adopted sister to Lora than a sidekick.
Lora herself thought that crime could take care of itself, like the illegal drug issue. The police would do a better job than she ever did, because after all,
History of SpireFrom what we know in Myst IV: Revelation, Atrus had believed his Prison Age of Spire to be completely uninhabited from the beginning. I, for one, disagree with that belief. The broken stone palaces look much too intricate to have been there without people to have constructed them in the past. Sirrus believed that there was a violent, xenophoboic civilization as well. Perhaps they were, but also highly intelligent. Whatever the case may be, these points were supported by my constant interest in what those rock palaces would have looked like intact, and possibly inhabited. So, I have written a short story detailing the Age of Spire before Atrus linked to it.History of Spire2 years ago in Short Stories More Like This
Too long ago to recount, a group of humanoid beings appeared on the world of Spire by unknown means. By then, Spire was no more than floating gargantuan masses of rock and crystal sitting in two thick layers of thunderclouds. Thankfully, these humanoids were endowed with enough intellect to construct a series of palaces from th

Crossover: Adventure Time meets Candy Landô
Adventure Time © Pendleton Ward
Candy Landô © Milton Bradley/Hasbro
Author's note: For the confused, this story takes place before Finn discovers Flame Princess, and after Princess Bubblegum returns to 18 years old.
The sun was rising over the ever-sweet country of Candy Land, and the residents were preparing themselves for another great day. Plumpy set about tending his gingerbread plum trees, picking off which plums were ripe and pruning unnecessary branches; Jolly and his miners chiseled away in the Gumdrop Mountains, searching for gumdrops of the highest quality, and Grandma Nutt worked her best to maintain her peanut brittle cottage.
But, a few of the royal members of this country somehow felt that this day in particular would be different, in a way they could not describe. In fact, some of the usually cheery inhabitants felt saddened. One such, Queen Frostine, could not help but stare beyond her usually magnificent Ice Cream Sea,

Step 1: When you have an idea for a movie, either write a script or just make the story up as you go along. Then you can begin drawing the desired characters and backgrounds.
Step 1: To begin select a graphic either pre-loaded, from the internet, scanned or begin drawing in Windows Paint.
Step 2: When using a template graphic duplicate it to use as a guide.
Step 3: If needed duplicate any key areas (superficial or otherwise) for latter processing.
Step 4: Begin by cropping any undesired background or areas from the graphic. Its best to zoom in on tight areas that are hard to see.
Step 5: Once the graphic has been cropped, begin painting using false colours. This is to prevent any unwanted pixels appearing on the final product. Use different colours to prevent mixing. Again be sure to have a duplicate for colour reference.
Step 6: Once false painting is complete create a border using eith

Icicles roam the Forest of Old,
Flowers have bloomed with cold!
When Icicle grants you a kiss,
Your teeth do gnash and hiss!
Behold their hands and faces,
Icicles give chilling embraces!

A witching army,
royal and infernal,
Sows ice everywhere,
and peace eternal.
Emperor's frost bites with such a glee
A block of ice where heart should be!
Before this king be still as death
Or Frostkill will freeze your breath!

Kadish's statue part 2The Statue AwakensKadish's statue part 23 years ago in Short Stories More Like This

>>Continuing from "The Statue"...
Note: Even if some people in this story are D'ni, their words will always be read out in English.
At 7:31 PM, according to my watch, I awoke, with the D'ni Guild of Stonemasons at my side.
"Hey, friend, it's done. Come look," Guild Master Kadish softly said to me.
As I stood up, with the help of some of the Guild Members, I was amazed at what stood before me:
The statue was now complete;
The ceiling was painted so brightly, that it seemed to be glowing, compared to the real light in the very top center, and seemed to depict a city in the clouds, its buildings familiar from the first sphere I saw;
The island looked like a real stone formation, etched with recognizable patterns;
The bottom of the sphere looked like it had a cloudy mist below, further emphasizing the heavenly vista;
Columns at intervals along the island were engraved with English and D'ni sentences, one such reading "I am Kadish"
