Dear Pinkie Pie,
I sure am glad Cousin Applejack brought all her friends along when she came to Appleoosa, even if the circumstances weren't the greatest. It all worked out in the end though, right? And now we're all able to say we have a bunch of new friends. Me, I love making new friends. How about you? I like writing letters, too. That was why I liked the idea of being penpals. I enjoyed ya'll while you were here but there wasn't really a lot of time to really get to know each other. So, tell me about Pinkie Pie.
Talk to you real soon!
Oh my gosh, I LOVE making new friends! Isn't it the best, most wonderful feeling in the world? I overheard somepony say once that they didn't need anymore friends and I thought my jaw would hit the ground. Actually, now that I think about it, it did! My jaw actually hit the ground! Can you believe it? What pony in their right mind could ever think they don't need anymore friends? Not me! That's why I was so happy to be in Apple

The Birds and the Bees
The clean, cool stream just off the edge of Sweet Apple Acres washed away the troubles of the day. Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo had had an exhausting set of adventures and the refreshing dip was just what they needed. The clear waters washed away the heat and the sweat, and the tree sap, of another long day of play. The Cutie Mark Crusaders had gotten an early start, terrorizing no fewer than a dozen ponies before noon. Their efforts had been unsuccessful, but enjoyable. Scootaloo's stomach rumbled, and her friends' stomachs soon followed. They hadn't eaten the 'food' they had made around lunch time. Silently, the three of them nodded to each other and understood it was time to get something in their bellies.
"Hi girls! What can I get for you? Do you need cookies? Cake? Cupcakes?"

Our one true defense, love's pure might.
A friendship we have to last us the while,
United under a banner of friendship, love, and smiles.
Nothing can stand against us, get in our way--
Not while we hold this true to our hearts today.
Coming from separate lives, walks, nations, towns;
The love for pony we share knows no easy bounds.
Such simple lessons we know to be true,
Love and tolerate, and be excellent too.
Reminders of echoes of common sensibility;
Latching on to our fiber, showing us civility.
Pinkie Pie, a spring of joy bursting with laughs,

Rainbow Dash, above all, her loyalty to friends precedes.

Fluttershy, a soft soul, with hooves of kindness.
These emblems we hold close in our hearts bring us together on this path,

The Princess Bridle: Chapter TwoFive years later, Unicornia City was abuzz with the impending celebration of the nation's five-hundredth anniversary. Rarity paid no mind to the silly gossip-mongering of fishwives, having long given up the fillyish fantasies of a storybook wedding. So she was quite surprised when Prince Blueblood himself strolled into her little shop.
"Ah! Such rich textiles for so humble an establishment," the prince crooned, modeling a new cape for himself in the full-length mirror. He spared a moment to appraise Rarity as well in a manner she did not entirely appreciate. "Indeed, true finery may be found in the most unlikely of places."
"I am honored by your regard, Your Majesty," the seamstress said with appropriate humility.
"Guards!" Blueblood called to his entourage. A pair of lar
A Sight for Really Sore EyesSweet Apple Acres was cool this time of year and as usual Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash were in a pranking mood. Normally, they would aim for Applejack, but this time they were targeting her older brother Big Macintosh. They had set a surprise for him on a path they knew he would take eventually. The prank was that once he hit a tripwire they had set up a pulled back branch would be released and hit him in the chest. For Pinkie and Rainbow it was set at face level, but Big Mac was taller not to mention that his yoke would protect him so he was not in danger. They only wanted to surprise or scare the quiet stallion. What happened was still a surprise but was not fun.A Sight for Really Sore Eyes4 years ago in Short Stories More Like This

See, this is it: season two
And an epic opening with brand new villain
Chocolate rain, chaos' tricks
So it begins
From nightmare's rise we've watched the show
Their adventures to the best of nights
Through summer waited, counted days
For new episodes
Honestly though, I was latish
Didn't join the herd 'til season one had aired
That's my bad
But for next round I took the first ride
First gag since pilot
The most epic breakdown
Slippery slope of descending into madness:
"Meet Smarty Pants, my doll back in your age "
Is this truly it, somehow feeling so new, so fresh
Pumped-up the budget, pushed a few boundaries
So many incidents
The cutiepox, the play and Daring Do
Babysitter's little hell
Rampaging dragons, a hero saves the day

It had been a few weeks since her return from Manehattan, and while she had been excited to be home, and to have her new cutie mark, she was having trouble readjusting to school. While it was true she never truly caught on to the sophisticated ways of Manehattan, she had forgotten how to simply relax around others and ‘make friends’, this fact made only harder by dirty rumors thrown about that she was some hoity toity pony pretending to be a bumpkin to get attention, but her strange mannerisms weren’t her fault, the entire situation just felt... ‘funny’. It was as if everything was against her, having her relearn how to live and act not once, but twice, and having everypony look down on her while she struggled to catch up.
Everything just felt ‘funny’, like she was trying to learn how to swim in jello.
Today was a party of some kind at school. Something about the Friday before break, which didn’t make sense
Start Spreading the NewsFluttershy was sleeping soundly unaware that she was being watched. It had only been a week since her accident that resulted in her accidentally confessing her feelings to Pinkie while she stood outside Fluttershy's bedroom door. As the first rays of sunlight shone through her window waking her, she stretched and smiled warmly as, for the last seven days, her first sight was the same as when those bandages were removed. On her nightstand was a picture frame, and inside it was the note Pinkie Pie had written telling her that she loved her as well. With a smile on her still sleepy face, "I love you, Pinkie." In defense of BroniesOn October 10th 2010, the first episode of the 4th incarnation of the My Little Pony franchise aired. This began the cartoon known as My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Normally this would have gone unnoticed by most people except for young girls. However the show caught the attention of others on 4chan. These people, many of them adult males found that after watching it, they actually enjoyed the show. This in turn started a subculture known as bronies who are basically men, usually young adults who enjoy My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. In defense of Bronies3 years ago in Academic Essays More Like This
Now those of you who are not fans of the show may be wondering "How can a grown man like My Little Pony?". That's what I thought when I first heard about Friendship is Magic and it's male fan base. At first I mocked the show and it's subculture since the thought of grown men liking My Little Pony just sounded stupid. It didn't help that I'd mostly lost faith in modern cartoons and preferred stuff like Looney Tunes or Tom and Jerry. But eventuall

The sky darkened over Ponyville as Fluttershy finished up her rounds in the Ponyville Animal Hospital. It had been 3 years since it was built but she still felt like it was a dream come true. The town electing her as the manager of the entire building came as no surprise to anypony, except Fluttershy. As Fluttershy finished checking the medicine cabinet, she gave a small and delicate yawn. She would need to go home soon. She didn't want to be sleepy when she was dealing with patients tomorrow.
Fluttershy exited the building and began her walk to her cottage. The cool night air gently draped across Fluttershy as she slowly walked among Ponyville's streets. Thoughts drew her into a much longer walk than previously planned and soon she was humming to herself. The song she was humming was an old pegasus lullaby that her mother used to lull her to sleep with. As her mind wandered she began to think of her mother. How graceful and kind she was... how honest and... Fluttershy drew
