The question you need to ask is this: was Sherlock REALLY running that experiment, or was it just a cover for watching John? After all, A SHERLOCK LOVE IS A SECRET LOVE (and a bit of a creepy love, too).

I'll be honest, though--I don't ship Sherlock and John in a sexual way. I believe that they really love each other, but for me theirs is a very deep and complex relationship that simply doesn't involve sex. You'd think they have sex, because they're intimate with each other in a way that makes it seem like they do (which is why I think it's so perfect that all the supporting characters on the show pretty consistently mistake them for a couple). But they're not. They just have this unique, incredibly close platonic relationship that no one else can quite get their heads around. IT'S SUCH PERFECTION OMFG.

Next installment: "Sherlock and John Eat at the Chinese Restaurant Down the Street"

And the installment after that: "John Defies the Captain's Orders"

Or, "Every argument between Sherlock and John, ever."

Step 1: In a fit of excitement (or maybe a fit of depression), Sherlock fails to respect John's personal space/feelings.

Step 2: John finally gets fed up and he and Sherlock have a little fight and then sulk at one another for a while.

Step 3: Sherlock betrays his cold, calculating exterior, revealing in some small way that he has a heart. John forgives him, because John is charming that way.

I'm planning future installments of these, for anyone who cares.

Sorry it's been so long since the last upload; I've just been so busy with SCHOOL TIMES--it seems all my professors simultaneously came to the conclusion that they should celebrate the nearly finished semester with a SHIT TON OF WORK. So that's been happening. But guess what? Just one more month until GRADUATION! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

OKAY. Enough of that.

But seriously--you guys have heard about Benedict Cumberbatch starring in the new Star Trek movie, right? Because when I read that I quite literally had a SPASM OF HAPPINESS. Really, my love of Sherlock is rivaled only by my love of Star Trek, and I really enjoyed the 2009 movie, so I'm nothing but incredibly excited for the sequel. And, I mean, fucking Benedict Cumberbatch. COME ON!

He's probably not going to be a Starfleet captain. To be honest, my money's on Khan. But we'll see. For the purposes of this comic, though, he's Captain Holmes, and JOHN YOU WILL DO WHAT HE SAYS.

Finally, BBC Sherlock got on air here in Japan!
Since then, feel like being obsessed with them.
Can't wait the next season...

Universes collide, and John finally manages to outwit Sherlock! (And save the day with a quick text to Gandalf, because, you know, he's Bilbo Baggins, too.)

Many thanks to ~timelord10wizardmoon, who reminded me that John's a captain, too! And speaking of which, is anyone else out there just absolutely DYING to see John in his military uniform? That's not just me, right? Because that would be such an INCREDIBLY WONDERFUL AND SEXY THING. Also, and I think it's important that I mention this, I know very little about military uniforms, and performed only the most cursory of google searches in researching how to draw this comic. So I'm sure I've made several errors in drawing John's outfit. Sorry
