Sat silently on the kitchen floor
Eating cookies to her hearts content.
Unaware of any ill intent.
She ate until she could no more,
And quickly moved up off the floor,
She put her vice back in its stash
For her room she quickly dashed.
As she walked through the room,
She heard a voice mutter "doom"
Unsure of it she couldn't see,
What in this world could it be?
But the darkness made her blind,
No trace was there for her to find
So warily she kept on walking,
And silently it continued stalking,
Her heart raced as she peered,
Pace quickened as she steered.
Not stopping for any hesitation,
Kept heading for her destination.
In her room, door slammed shut,
Her imagination cought in a rut,
Of horrors recently conceived,
Monsters so vivid she believed,
Then as the floor boards creeked.
Overcome she quickly peeked.
Nothing seen, nothing moving,
but the danger was ever looming.
But she kept staring,

Real world affections
rolling out of me and over you
like raindrops in the ocean.

You are there to love me
But awake I've found that
I just can not believe
Do you really love me?
I can only hope it
I'm lonely on my own and
I hope that I can cope it
Boys, I really love you
And girls I hate to say
It's hard to fall in love
When no one knows you're gay

Tilly's TummyI was ready to take my place as the world’s last fertile woman. Scientists had worked for 4 years genetically altering my body, while simultaneously extracting and freezing about 500 of my eggs. I could now grow to superhuman feats, my uterus could hold thousands of pounds, my skin would never rip open from inhuman stretching, and my legs would be able to stretch far out without pain, and able to support my body weight for most of my pregnancy. My body was manipulated, now my brains main function is to keep my organs working, and my uterus working to develop a full term pregnancy with extremely big and healthy babies in roughly a month’s time, though the scientists weren’t certain on the exact amount of gestation time. I was now ready to grow a belly filled with at least five hundred large babies.Tilly's Tummy2 years ago in Short Stories More Like This

Literature is a luxury; fiction is a necessity.
It happens in life that some things really must be considered more than others. It must be considered that Alice felt strange in a new place, and that she felt mixed twinges of doubt and excitement over travel. She did not know what was coming, but the darkening leaves in the cloistered front lawn gave her pause to recognize an air of duality about the place, of dreadful seclusion and delicious closeness. It must be considered that the March Hare was not well in his compact head and believed that the people at the other edge of his table were in league to make Rabbit Coq au Vin for the evening, when truly they only desired to play Baccarat but were unable to

Here I lie, motionless,
A prisoner within my own body.
Yet there lies a subtle clarity;
A moment of understanding, achieved by infirmity.
And though my body is racked with pain,
My conscious mind delves ever deeper into the pool of the soul.
My mind is flooded with a racket of noise.
I am cast into the swirling rip-tide of forbidden knowledge,
Clinging to the flotsam of sanity as a Leviathan roars below.
It swallows me into an acidic whirlpool.
Drowning me deep beneath the bubbling surface of the past.
And there, in the murky depths where my very self begins to rot,
A grinning maw of tongues and fangs, bids me a cold "hello!".

Introduction and Early Life
Ronald Wilson Reagan would start and leave his presidency incredibly popular. He would become known as the "Great Communicator" with the American people, largely due to his years as an actor. He was the oldest man to ever be elected and he would have one of the most revolutionary presidencies in history. Reagan was born in 1911 in Tampico, Illinois and lived through his early years in a family of modest means. When he was a teenager, he first got interested in politics. President Calvin Coolidge was in the White House and his economic policies of cutting taxes and reducing government spending inspired Reagan. Nevertheless, after graduating from Eureka College in 1932, he voted for Democrat Franklin Roosevelt. He worked as a radio sports announcer before being offered a contract from Warner Brothers in 1940. In the 1950s, Reagan worked for the Sunday television show "General Electric Theater" and eventually entered politics. He married Nancy Davis whil

Trixie made her way down the stairs unsteadily the next morning, feeling rested but hungry. She realized as she walked down that she was being watched. Looking around, she found a white rabbit standing on a small end table, glaring at her. It made her feel unwelcome, but Trixie just glared back at it.
"Do not mess with Trixie, rabbit, or she may make you part of her next routine."
The rabbit did not look amused. A noise distracted her, and Trixie looked up to realize the birdhouses hanging from the ceiling were occupied, small sparrows talking to one another from their houses.
"What kind of house is this?" Trixie just stared on. Another bird emerged from a larger house. It was a robin that began to whistle a tune. To Trixie's surprise, a silky voice sang back, wordlessly, in perfect key.
"Good morning- oh, Trixie!" Fluttershy entered the room from the kitchen. Trixie realized she had a light blush on her face and immediately scolded herself. Why was she blushing?

Clouds of steam from the engine mingled with the fine mist of a drizzly spring morning as passengers disembarked from the express train from Canterlot.
Among them, a lavender coated unicorn mare paused to savor the pervasive scent of apple blossoms that hung in the air, smiling up at the familiar hoof carved sign hanging over the station house proclaiming her destination: Ponyville. She cast an apologetic glance over her shoulder as the passenger behind her irritably cleared his throat, and hastily stepped down onto the hoof scuffed concrete of the platform.
When she'd moved a bit out of the way of the milling crowd of earth ponies and unicorns, she paused again to properly stow the book she'd been reading, which had been hovering at her side like a dutiful companion since she'd exited the train. She pulled an umbrella from her saddlebags and opened it over her head. There it floated in a cloud of sparkling purple magic, its shaft balanced like the poin

Trixie found the days passed by quickly and peacefully from there. She began to develop a routine. By the time she awoke Fluttershy was making breakfast, typically oatmeal, a warm and filing meal that started the day right. Trixie would take her mornings easy, still recuperating. She had gotten her books back from Twilight, and would review them, often in the garden if the weather held. She would then usually accompany Fluttershy into town in the afternoon, having lunch with her or just taking the chance to stretch her legs. She began to fill out little by little, her coat gleamed once more, and she regained her former energy. Only one thing stood between her and true health. That was why, nearly a week since her first visit, Trixie found herself in the Ponyville library again, Twilight Sparkle staring at her.
"Absolutely no magic?"
"None at all." Trixie shook her head. Twilight frowned.
"What happens if you try?"
Trixie shuddered. "Nausea. Trixie would rather leave it at tha

This man did toast his victory, 'twas a glorious hit,
For this wizard had known it - as it was writ.

I'm dying, I'm crying but outside my smiling
you don't even know me, you don't even recognize me
Why does the world have to be so cruel to me?
Living in a world that wasn't made for me
Trying to be the best I can be
Finding what's meant to be.
Can't you see the thousand tears that I cry
the heartache that I sigh.
I'm tired of trying
tired of fighting
Was our love a lie?
Was this a game?
a game that you played
You ripped my heart out
My soul died out
nothing left but to cry now.
Why is this happening?
In the world that I live in
This everlasting scheme
Is only beginning.
A head full of anger
held in my chest.
Why did It have to end?
Now I wonder why?
Was it cause of me?
The answers are found
in darkness where light used to be.

On these days, so hot and depressing I think of you.
I don't know you...
You don't know me.
Sometimes I think it will never be, the future that is we.
Then I see leaves, rustling in the gentle breeze.
Flower petals, scattered across the ground.
Blue painted sky, and butterflies that will never die.
And then I remember you are there.
You'll always be there.
I'll find you one day....
And you'll find me.
And we'll paint the future.

Castle Volkihar was along the North-Eastern edge of Skyrim. Not too far from The Forgotten Vale. Aarvak disappeared with a cry as I made my way to the boat leading to the castle. The Castle was almost always shrouded in mist and fog, darker than anywhere else along the coast. Its dramatic walls and poised gargoyles at the front entrance made it very ominous. It was early afternoon and the castle looked darker and quieter than I thought it should be. It was only a second later that I realized it was a trap.
The Mages came from both sides and knocked me over. I attempted to use a shout, but a cloth covered hand covered my mouth, I fell unconscious.
I woke to shackles on my wrists and ankles. I was chained to a wall sitting down. My bow, my blades were gone. My armor was gone. I shivered in my small clothes. I heard noises coming from outside the door. I was locked in one of the torture chambers. This was not good. I heard the voices ge
Solitude: ch 1Roaring from the friction upon hitting the mostly Helium atmosphere, the meteor burned red, then orange, then white in mere seconds. Fortunately for everyone, this moon was barren as could be. The Helium atmosphere and lack of natural resources short of the silicon in the soil which gave it it's yellow coloring from space didn't really make it a prime location for terraforming. Another feature of the moon was an irregularity in its magnetic field, which drew a vast majority of the asteroids and meteors that came near straight to it.
In an underground compound on the planet, some 200 miles from the impact site, a red light blinked in harmony with a chirping alarm. The base was originally a meteorite examination facility with the purpose of gathering samples and learning what they could from them. Built
