1-3 are kind of the same thing as each-other; 'factual' errors and implausibility are along the same spectrum (one just being more obvious than the other); they strain suspension of disbelief unless they are deliberate and well explained. Technological incongruity is a kind of implausibility (important to keep an eye out for, but this falls in with the others).
4 and 5 are also kind of the same thing- deviate from reality too much without explanation, and you lose people, but by using genres they're already familiar with, you can save time explaining (because they have already accepted the standard explanations for those combinations from pop-culture).
