Assassin's Fist Limited and Capcom USA have signed an agreement to produce a live-action series based on the Street Fighter game. Do you guys reckon it will be any good?

This past week the Minnesota State Senate added a bill to the 2012 ballot which would alter Minnesota's state constitution to define marriage as being only between a man and a woman. The bill was added to the ballot by a depressing vote of 70 to 62.
There's still about 17 months to go before the ballot will actually be voted on by the public, so we really are right at the beginning of this whole ordeal. Looking at how both sides to the issue are handling things, it's probably going to get pretty ugly pretty fast.

Just this past week it's come out that a 25 year old man from Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, Canada, created a video game where the object is to punch the crap out of Anita. Wounds, bruises, and blood gush out the more you beat her up in this virtual game, and it's drawn some widespread attention.

All day while Raven and I passed our time at the mall, I pondered and worried about the strangeness of the situation. I ignore the real world for two years and it hasn't changed a bit. It's ugly and demands too much. It begs for inhumanity.
You have to be some sort of brilliant carpenter who can build the thing too. Teacher. Project Coordinator. Leader, Creator, personal god. Or robotic fingered servant. Or woefully omnipresent artistic expression, who also happens to have a business degree. Nuts, I still look down at my keyboard to type. So I probably can't be the robotic fingered servant. Rats, that's the only one that looked good so far.
No, I will never be any of those things. I doubt I could even run a floor at a Goodwill. But I'd try that. There's a nice room for failure in that, it's a pleasant sort of failure. It's a home to discarded treasures, things that fall by the wayside of a moving, living, breathing human existence I can never wholly nor functionally be a part of.
I can't exist, I'm doomed to not
Don't forget, guys.It's just a cartoon. It's a good cartoon, one done well, I don't mean to belittle the immense work and talent that has gone into this show. But if you're getting angry or bent out of shape over it, you're taking it too seriously, giving it too much credit for what it really is... and that can still be problematic. Bad things could happen, sure. From people assuming the worst of you, to having good things in the show itself altered/removed, it won't always be for the best. It's a bummer, sometimes. But... don't let that ruin the fun. Whether this is the last MLP-related thing you follow, or you become a die-hard fan of the entire Hasbro property... don't forget, you enjoyed this because it was an enjoyable show. You're free to have other passions, other joys. Don't make the cartoon your entire lifestyle, you don't have enough time in your life to give so much of yourself to it. Any good thing in excess... isn't a good thing.
