In the year 2025 young Joey grows up hearing stories of Superheroes of the past and deep down wants to be just like them. Saving people, fighting giant robots and getting pretty girls. It would be a dream come true.
On a field trip to museum memorial of Superheroes and the history of the city he found a golden belt, it was said that the belt held all the powers of Maximus inside it, the most powerful man in the world. Little Joey was enthralled by it but of course had to leave the museum. That night, criminals came in to get the belt but interference of Police swerved their car out of control and they lost the belt off of a bridge and right into Jimmy hands as he was out buying comic books. Overjoyed he grabbed the belt and ran off laughing. He strapped it around him but the belt didnt agree. The belt was alive and growling in rage. He didnt l

The good news is that my backyard ground isn't hard and painful, the bad news is that I'm afraid of heights! Damn, I've should've seen this coming when I began to shake from head to toe, my heart beating faster than a speeding bullet, and once again...my breathing rate going high.
"Ohmygosh, thisissohighsoveryveryhigh!!!" I forced myself to not look down, but it was no use. But, I had no choice, I had to get to Alan and comfort him, and protect him, whether or not I'm afraid of heights.
"Okay Miranda, you can do this. Just jump off this roof, and onto the grass, then run towards Alan...easy peezy limon squeezy...right?!"
I settled myself as I was ready to jump, nearly almost gagging from the sight of this tall view. Shaking my hands, bending my knees, and looking straight ahead, I was ready to jump.
"Okay, on the count of 3, I'm gonna jump." Boy, do I feel stupid just talking to myself, as if I'm just forcing myself to jump like how coaches do when the student

Mom shook her head, and headed inside the house. I stayed outside alone as I stared at my reflection on the car window, trully my mother was right about my eyes. Although they didn't look like what I expected they would be. As I looked even closer at my reflection of my eye, I noticed something different about my pupals...way different! On my left eye my pupal was normal, but on the right side the pupal looked skinny, like how cat eyes look sometimes when they're bored or tired. I'm guessing that my eyes are having a bad case of "Dragon-eye fever".
"Alan, are you there?" I asked, still having the Dragon-byte inside my mouth. As I waited for a response, Alan finally responded which made me felt relieved that it still works.
"Roger that." He said, acting as if he was some kind of pilot on a plane.
"The trip is the least to my problems now, my eyes are totally changing into dragon eyes! I know this sounds kind of crazy, but...did you do something to me yesterday

I didn't know at first of where I was...but something does tell me that it brought me back some memories. It was completely dark, warm, and it made me feel unwelcomed. Luckly I still had my black pocket flashlight my dad gave to me a few months ago for an emergency, so far this was turning out to be an emergency. As I turned the flashlight on, I couldn't believe my eyes of what I was inside...a cave. The cave was extremely huge, 6 times taller than my height, and about maybe 15 to 20 ft wide, it seems that this cave can fit a fat dragon, or a really fat bear! Either way, I was in the area of attack...
"Where am I?" I thought, trying to figure out where I was, and why I was here. First I was in the car with my mom, relaxing while hearing my music, and now I end up in here in this massive cave that has whatever is hiding in the deep side! Maybe this had to do something about my other dream I had last night, when I dreamt about Alan and I in a dark pla

"What? I couldn't resist doing that, it was just too funny! It's a good thing that your father wasn't here, otherwise he would've attacked him like a lion!"
"Well now it's gonna be a disaster for us both, since you asked him to stay with us at the same freaking hotel! You know that I don't like him anymore, and what do you do?! Agree with him about staying with us, and on top of that, his parents are coming! Oh yippie mommy!" I began to jump excitedly all sarcastic, feeling as mad as a female dragon on her period! For once, I have never felt so angry at my mother, and yet so humiliated of what I've just done to Ricky, and in front of Alan! Still...
"Miranda, I'm sorry for what I've done. I promise that I'll never do that to you again." I turned around to face her, and handed out my pinky in front of her so we can make an actual promise. "Pinky Promise?" I said, waiting for her pinky to grab out. She shook her head and chuckled, then finally handed out her pin

The beach was brighter and magnificent today, the sound of the waves splashing onto shore was like thunder, the ocean waters sparkled like stars, the seagles chirping (or just saying "Minemineminemine"), and the wind blowing my hair in the air like pom trees. Although the broken bits of seashells were tickling and hurting my feet as I walked in the sand was kind of awkward cause it gave me a weird feeling, the place was way perfect than a few months ago. I wore my black swimsuit under my black "Outcast" shirt, along with my black shorts. But more importantly for me to remember to bring was the Dragon-Byte, just in case for any emergency's (or if Ricky tries to make a move underwater, I'll call Alan to take me away). My mom and the Cortez's sat at the bench as they began to have their future-son-and-daughter-in-law conversation, and of course watching their kids. You think I have the easy-life? I sighed, imagining what it would be like if I was just like Alan, all alone with no friends...and no family. The thought of it made me feel sick to my stomach, I wondered how he actually survived all this. He stayed still, not even moving or blinking his eyes, he just...stared up into space.
I looked up, amazed that the wind had finally stopped, and the clouds parted and began to reveal the sky's beautiful stars shining through the night sky. Alan smiled at the sight of it.
"Beautiful, isn't it?" I said, searching for the brightest star in the sky. Bringing his head up to look closer, a smile began to immerge onto his face, then he laughed in a little whisper, as if he didn't want me to hear him laugh.
"I've always wanted to know what those stars were, ever since I was just a hatchling. Heh, always heard rumors from other adult dragons explaining that they're fireflies that flew so high, that they got stuck up there. After that, I was too afraid to fly so hig

"Now that we're up high, maybe I can be able to see my mom's car from here." I said, beginning to search for my mom's car, gloomy blue van car I think.
"What is a car?" Alan asked, turning to me confused as we flew. "Oh, well it's a mechanical vehicle that we humans use to transport from here to there. Think of it as...flying, but only we fly on ground." It's as if though dragons never learn from about us humans, all they know is that we eat, sleep, survive, and just go on with our lives. I wonder if his home world has any dragon schools like how Dragon Tales have in the show.
"Ha! You humans are so interesting when it comes to weird things like this!"
"Look, there's a car right down there. Can you see it?" I said, as I pointed downward so Alan can see what I was looking at. Though the car seemed familiar, I just couldn't see very well without my glasses, because my eye-sight is so blury from my farther image. "That car is blue, according to my senses, there's

Balto's barkings began to grow even louder than Alan's growls, I was too afraid and surprised about the whole commotion that was starting right now. I've only read books saying that Dragons hate any other predators bigger or the same size as them, but never small ones like my dog! Either way, I had to stop them before they sprang into action and start killing themselves!
I ran towards them, and stood my guard between them, trying to calm both of them down.
"Guys quit it right now, my mom will hear you!" I shouted, staring at both of them as they still had their eyes locked on each other instead of looking at me.
"This is none of your concern, Miranda." Alan said, moving his back bones up and down as if he were some kind of cat.
"Hell yeah it is, when my dog is in this kind of situation!"
"Your dog!?!" He began to take his eyes away from Balto, and stared at me with such confusion on his face. "You mean to tell me that this manging mut is yours?!"

He looked such like an owl with those big reptile eyes just staring at me...mocking me with its...lizardness.
"I still think it was a seizure." He finally replied back, thank God. For a second, I thought he was just going to stare at me like that forever. As I crossed my legs, Alan began to yawn like a lion, and fell asleep.
As the big lizard slept for awhile, I glanced back at the view behind me as the sun was still in the blue sky, hoping that Alan would wake up 10 minutes or so to take me back home before my mom came back to pick me up. Who knows what she'll say when I'm not there before her, "MIRANDA!!! WHERE THE HECK ARE YOU, YOUNG LADY?!! I'VE BEEN LOOKING ALL OVER FOR YOU!!!".
I think of my mother as a "Paranoid Woman", protecting me too much, asking me and checking on me to see if I was alright. But, that's how mothers are, and clearly I don't think Alan knows about how mothers are, considering that she died along with his father.

I thought of a stupid thing to do, and suddenly bit into Cythera's tail as hard as I can. Truly thinking that it wasn't going to hurt her--but it did. She wailed in pain, suddenly dropping me and making me fall. I was 30 feet off the ground, and I screamed as I fell, until I grabbed onto a branch on the side of the rocky hills. I held onto it tightly, hoping that it wouldn't break off. I tried pulling myself up, but it was too high for my legs to even land onto it, so I dangled right there until Cythera roared behind me and saw me dangling onto the branch.
"You pathetic little brat!" she hissed at me, almost grabbing me until a sharp arrow struck Cythera on the side of her stomach. I turned my head a little and gasped as I saw one of the eagle-men floating in the air, holding and aiming a bow and arrow in his hands. He got a good shot at her, and she roared. Quickly turning her head to her stomach, she pulled out the arrow fro

*Protect each other, my child...protect each other like how you protect everyone else.* The wind began to whisper to me as it flew around me, hugging me, shielding me with it's powerful strength...whispering into my ears as it said those words. Was God speaking to me with the wind? Was he trying to show me a sign? My head began to feel heavy all of a sudden, I placed my hand on my forehead as I sat beside a boulder. My eyes burning from the sun's raze, my heart beating slower than a dying animal...I swallowed hard, trying to make my mouth watery instead of dry. Stripping off my sweater, and throwing it onto the dull forest grown, I began to rub my eyes from the pain that made me suffer...I stared into darkness as my eyes were closed shut.

All the books of Dragons, all the people and scientists, they were all wrong about these creatures! Talking about them, and reporting that they are all extinct ever since the Vikings were alive...but not this time. These wonderful mythical lizards aren't a myth...they're real!
The Dragon stared at me with a curious face, I didn't know what to do. I never read or watch movies or television about what to do if you ever saw a dragon or something! But one things for sure, I can't let it eat me.
My heart was beating faster than a speeding bullet, my body began to shake, and I was breathing hard. I could feel my veins popping out of my hands, showing off bumps and blue blood inside of me. The adrenaline running through me as I gazed into the beast's eyes.

"You know you got a habit of staring at me with those owl eyes of yours, you notice that?" I answered finally from the long and disturbing silence we had once I said something about a certain someone trying to get my lips yesterday.
"Go on, this I got to hear." He said with such sympathy, as he sat back down on his stomach, and layed his head on his hand. What was he thinking, as if my whole life is some kind of story or something?
"Alan, it's a very long story, and I really don't wanna talk about it, not now, not ever. It's in the past, ancient history, end of story."
"Aww, come on. You kept your word on telling me stories, this counts as a story, too." He growled a little from my response about the whole situation, and calmed himself down.
"Fine, I'll tell you, but only if you promise not to mention this to anyone, nor tell me about this ever again?"
"Cross my heart." He held his hand up and crossed his heart.

I didn't know how I was going to really cooperate with both Bowen and Salvador, since they were still upset at me and each gave me quick glares once I came back into view. But, I tend to just ignore their hatred upon me and just keep moving on, I mean, they know that what I did was wrong and I accept their reason to hate me now, but that doesn't mean they'll hate me forever right?
Sapphire clicked her tongue at Salvador and tapped her tail on the ground in a rhythmic way (I guess she was signaling for him to quit being so obnoxious). Bowen, however, understood her when he saw Sapphire with me as we flew back here, so he simply calmed himself down and shut his mouth. I too calmed myself down, and settled onto the ground, waiting for everyone to settle down and pay close attention. Miranda's little bug flew towards me and settled on a little rock right by my paw. Apparently he knows me somehow, I guess as he stayed here for the ni

"Alan, you okay?" asked Salvador. I felt a sudden pain in my chest that I've never felt before (which I truly know it wasn't a heart burn). I groaned in pain, and flew a little slower in the air to examine my chest. There wasn't a wound or anything, but it felt as if something had burned me. I placed my dark scaly claw on my chest, and rubbed it to make it feel a little better. Gladly it did, but I was still confused and a little freaked out that I got such a strange pain. Immediately, I shook it off and went back to my normal flying rate.
"Yeah, I'm alright." Liar, once again I lied to him--but this one was just a little one, since it doesn't have anything to do with Miranda and my parents. He shrugged and then turned his head back to the front. We were now flying in the night sky like bats, and almost 5 minutes away from our destination, which was at the end of the world. I flew at the front (duh

"Miranda, I'm coming home right now, and I'm taking you to the eye doctor for a check." My mom said, as she paniced when she heard my story about my eyes changing color and crying blood out of my eyes. To me, it's not as bad as it sounds, but to her it's just another story.
"NO! Mom, I don't need to go, trust me I'm fine. I just ummm...accidently splattered paint on my face, and some of it was smearing down my cheek so I thought it was blood at first, but it wasn't."
"But, you just said that you woke up with blood stains all over your cheek..." I had to make it more unsuspicious before she throws herself in the car and drives over here.
"No, I made that all up! It was red paint, I was splattering paint on one of my pictures and some of it went on my face! No big deal, mom." I began to bite my nails, and my heart began to pound really fast, waiting for an answer from my mom on the phone. It was a short pause, until she finally answered back.

"They simply are too different to be siblings." said the brown dragon. I gazed up at the huge dragon in "awe", amazed by his appearance and his height, from the looks of him he was 7 times bigger than Alan!
"Whoa " I said, accidentally once again. I should just shut myself up, before something gets out of hand.
"Bowen, wow it's great to see you!" Alan said, as he flew towards him. Bowen smiled, and half hugged Alan with his left wing. "It's great to see you too, my old student. My, how you've grown, the last time I saw you, you were such a little tot."
"Bowen, I'd like you to meet my friend Miranda. Miranda this is Bowen." said Alan, as he nuzzled his nose to my back, and pushed me a little towards Bowen. "So, you'd risk your damn life just to protect me then?!" I began to yell at it, even though it was the kindest thing for someone or something to do for me, I wouldn't accept it! Not even if they tried to threaten me so they can protect me.
"You saved me, so now I'm the one who should be protecting you now! You should be thankful that you have someone to risk their life for you."

"STOP CALLING ME DRAGON! I have a name, you know!"
"Well I would call you by your name, if you quit shouting at my face! You're starting to make my ears hurt from your boisterous roars!"
He snorted and squanted his eyes as if he was thinking of trying to get me for this.

Before all of that, I've been trying to get some answers on why they had to fight their own kind, and everyone either said "Because, they consider us as savages", or "We are more superior than the ones without the markings of the Dragon Mother" or even "They refuse to treat us equally as their kind". What ever happened to world peace?
Alan and I have become very close, since we were involved on the battle against Cythera. While he was gone, I've became very lonely and somber without his presence. Now that my love i

"How in the world did you get all of these dragons on our side?!" Asked Salvador.
"For sure, Isla Nublar doesn't have this much of our race." I asked also. Sapphire looked at us and shrugged in a girly way.
"You didn't think I would only go to Isla Nublar to get all of them here, did you? I went to Isla Sorna and the Bermuda Triangle in order to get everyone in the group!" she explained with much enthusiasm.
