DRACO MALFOY LET ME LOVE YOU dear new watchers, i draw him way too much. im actually SO proud of this one. i just wanted to practise profiles, and then i saw a pic on tumblr and was like OMG I MUST DRAW NOW. i would even go so far to say as its one of my fav things ive ever drawn
managed to yoink a title from this quote by tom felton himself: “Jo (J.K Rowling) always talked about him as being vulnerable, most bullies are. They’re actually hugely insecure and have their own problems, and he has the worst parental guidance of any child I’ve ever seen in my life..”
ive given up on trying to find the person that owned this texture. whoever it is i love you.
Been sitting on this painting for weeks and weeks, and finally took the time to finish it. Found a photo of him in which he looked particularly handsome and just had to paint it. Now I just have to paint Rupert Grint and I'll have the whole collection
Comments and favourites very much appreciated
Also I've started a new tumblr for my art, where I'll be posting processes, closeups and other things. Follow me if you like what you see and you tumble too
ITS FINALLY FINISHED im not even joking when i say this took near enough 2 days [on and off of course ] so yeah.. heres tom felton. i saw him in "rise of the planet of the apes" on wed and he was brill! *the akward moment when you spend nearly an hour after the film debating with yourself whether his american accent is hotter than his normal one * haha. i love him. "sup baby, wanna smush?" oh god come on tom just marry me!! please?
of course i used a photo reference, god im not that good! haha hope you like!!

This is my second attempt at =AuroraInk's watercolour tutorial. I used a much clearer photo this time and tried not to follow too rigidly - e.g, I used alot more pencil crayon over the top of the chalk pastels. I think it worked pretty well! As ever, my drawing skills are off with the face, but still trying to get used to the watercolour paper and drawing in a pencil crayon!
This is also the first of a trio of Tom Felton Portraits I'm planning on doing, using 'unusual' methods to do them. I'm looking forward to the next two very much =]
Tom Felton, best known for his role as Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter movies.
EDIT: So! I met Tom at a convention in Belgium, and asked him to sign this drawing! Not only did he sign it, he also gave me a whole range of compliments and congratulations! He is one of the most amazing people I have ever had the privilege to meet. My friend filmed the whole conversation between Tom and me when I asked him to sign my drawing.. If you're interested in seeing it, you can find it right here on my tumblr: [link]
