Ch. 19: Crash the Party!
Arriving back on Wumpa Island after getting the last Crystal, Crash Bandicoot, Jade Tiger, & Aku Aku are greeted by a crowd of people & a news crew who cheer on Crash as they arrive with a Power Crystal. Coco & Crunch must have set this up after they knew Crash was going to prevail again.
Crash: "Wow, is this deja vu or what?"
Jade: "Yep, your fans are back! I guess this time they want more than an autograph!"
Crash gets nervous, no one ever heard his voice, he whispers to Jade.
Crash: "Aw, man, I've never actually "spoke" to anyone before. What are they gonna say after I speak for the first time?"
Jade: "Surprise them, you never know what's gonna be the reaction."
Chick & Stew, the chicken news-reporters, move forward to ask Crash some questions.
Chick: "Crash Bandicoot: "The Super-Marsupial", "The Blunder from Down Under"! You have gotten the last Crystal for your sister's machine. Now, after you put the Crystal in the machine with the other 5, what is going

He was an idiot. A big idiot. A tall, gigantic, and gihi-ing idiot. And she sometimes felt as if she couldn't stand him; him and his jokes about her size, him and the fights he constantly got into, and most importantly him and his complete disregard for her existence.
Levy brought her legs up to her chest hastily, flipping through the pages in her book, all the while glaring at the back of his big stupid head. Her blood pressure was rising and her cheeks were growing hot. Because of anger or embarrassment, she wasn't sure. She was more than a little bashful about her love-hate relationship with him. Not that he knew that she felt that way. Heck, he didn't even know she was there half of the time. Even now.
Without any regard for the book she was reading she grabbed onto the page sloppily, ripping it from the binding and slamming her book closed. She had never torn a book before, but she would make an exception today. He was just so close; it was irresistible.
He sat there,

Day 1 – Hair
Juvia figured she'd already played out every situation possible in her head. Whether it was the day he confessed, the day he first would kiss her, their wedding day, whatever the occasion, she'd thought of every single way it could play out.
Did he confess to her on a job? In the guild? In her room? No matter where or what was happening, she'd thought of it. Mostly because she daydreamed about him so often, but also because she wanted to be prepared. She wanted to have already thought through the situation before it happened, so that she could not only hopefully keep her cool throughout the ordeal, but also so she could remember it even more vividly.
Whether he brought her roses or a necklace. Whether the necklace was silver or gold, had a short or long chain. Every little detail of every possible situation, she'd considered. She was positive.
It was nice daydreaming about those times. He was cold and distant and so picturing the day when he wouldn't be, broug

Hope Ch.4 EdWinWinry felt so stupid, she had been so caught up in a conversation with Ms.Riza, that she didn't see it. It didn't even phase her that there was a huge truck coming at them from her side of the car. Of course Ms.Riza hadnt seen it since she was on the opposite side, and Winry was slightly blocking her view.'It's all my fault, I can't believe I let this happen to me' She thought, blaming herself. She already felt the life slipping from her, slowly, as the Medics worked hastily above her, but she refused to let herself give in. Winry Rockbell was tinkering with a customer’s detached automail when her son came stomping into the basement. Winry only just managed to suppress the laughter that was threatening to erupt from her mouth at the stubborn look on the boys face, ‘just like his father’ she thought, a smile playing on her lips.
“Mum, uncle Al will never answer my question! I’ve asked him over and over again and all he ever says is ‘a good man.’” Maes complained. Straight to the point, another trait he shared with his father, she hoped the next one was more like her.
Winry placed a warm hand over her slightly enlargened stomach, “Well, maybe I can answer your question if you tell me.” She giggled.

Nothing irritated him more than coming home late, yet luckily today was Friday, which meant he was able to spend some time with his wife. The bed felt so warm and comforting against the showing skin of his face, as he gripped the down into his hands and squished the material that kept him, his wife and growing baby safe and warm. Still in his military uniform, Roy and Riza had just made it home, at 10pm, and no matter how much he willed for her to go home early, she was hell-bent on helping him with the documents for Ishval..:An unlikely source:.3 years ago in Drama More Like This

Lucy swore she was never going to get used to it. Whether it was the excited squeals from Mira every time she and Natsu would walk into the guild, the teasing looks from Levy, or the shiver that would sweep down her spine when he randomly took her hand in his. She was never going to get used to it.
But right now, it was Mira's squealing that was causing her to flinch and reconsider entering the guild today. Maybe she should just stay home for a few days, relax, read a few books, and let all this "Natsu and Lucy" stuff blow over. Although if she knew her guild mates as well as she thought she did, it wouldn't blow over for a long long time.
Their Dragon Slayer had finally found a girl, and they all seemed ecstatic.
Lucy hadn't expected the reaction they had gotten when she and Natsu had first walked into the guild, hand in hand with smiles on their faces. They'd been extremely close for the entire time she had been with Fairy Tail, so in a way she wondered if they'd
Gajeel x Levy FanficLevy searched the request board for a proper job, one she thought she could manage on her own, mainly because she was somewhat disgusted with herself for not being able to go on a job without at least one other person. As her soft brown eyes quickly scanned the different papers, she realized with a sigh that they were all too hard for her. Crossing her arms, Levy glared at the board, and before she turned to leave, a voice grumbled behind her.Gajeel x Levy Fanfic4 years ago in Romance More Like This
"Looking for a job, Shorty?" Levy nearly jumped three feet, her skin crawling, hair on edge. When she did turn around, she saw the one and only Gajeel towering over her, his arms, as always, crossed over his chest, his face the never-ending scowl.
"You could give a girl a warning, you know." Levy muttered.
"That takes the fun outta things." He replied, amusement lighting his black eyes.
She looked at him sharply and sighed. "Yes, I'm looking for a job."
"What, no Leaf-head and Fish-tail?"
Levy turned a light shade of pink and looked down at her s

The effort was traumatic. Edward had never felt so frightened in his life. One disaster after another occurred whilst she wailed in agony. The baby wasn't cooperating like it should. There was minimal chance for survival mother included.
He ran from doctor to doctor. Did as he was told. He was desperate. Almost tearful. His heart thumped against his chest violently, and he was afraid it would burst. He couldn't lose her. No, not after all this time. How could his own flesh and blood destroy her? No! She would survive this.
She fell unconscious for a moment. Ed jarred his teeth and shook. A doctor told him the baby was suffocating itself. He swallowed a cry. Held her hand tightly, begging her to wake up. She had to wake up and help the baby survive. She was strong enough.
Her eyes fluttered open. He died a little inside when her face scrunched up in pain. Her scream broke his heart. This wasn't happening. How could birth be so horrifying?

Rainbow Dash awoke slowly, her body wanting to relax back down for more sleep but her mind rapidly attempting to get herself in gear. Opening her eyes, feeling the weight of their lids against her drowsiness, she cast a quick glance around her room. The curtains to the left were drawn, but the sunlight shone through them and doused the room in a faint glow. Her eyes settling on the wall, she looked at the clock before feeling a familiar panic steal through her body.
Wait...8:45? Horseapples! I'm late for work!
Bolting upright, she tossed aside her blankets, leaving her bed unmade. Rummaging around her unkempt room for a hairbrush, she rushed to her mirror and tore it through her mane, muttering furiously with the feel of the brush tackling the tangles in her hair and mentally kicking herself for sleeping in...again. Staring at herself, her ruffled mane, the large bags under her eyes, and her exhausted expression, she decided she either needed to learn organisation or get a very,

"Lucy!" Natsu called, slamming the window open. She groaned from the kitchen, pausing in the salad she was making. He stumbled into the doorway, but before he could say anything, she stopped him.
"You left the window open, didn't you?"
He stared at her for a moment, dumbfounded, before disappearing, and reappearing seconds later. She turned back to chopping up lettuce, before asking, "Where's Happy?"
Natsu cursed, his onyx eyes wide, and bolted back to the window. There was muffled yelling, a crash or two, and then he returned with a disgruntled blue cat. Panting, he leaned on the counter.
"Now," he said, after catching his breath, "I have a challenge for you."
"I'm not gonna fight you, Natsu," Lucy interrupted, her eyes fixed on the table before her. She had set three places, but only two actually had the dinner that she made. The other one was simply a half-empty box of sushi she had found in the back of the fridge.
"It's not a fight," he retorted, and that got her att
SpeedHad it been anyone else driving that kart, they may have appreciated the iridescent night, lit by the pulsating glow of numerous nitid stars. They might have felt the sting of bitter cold air against their face as they fell through the air and landed heavily upon the asphalt road. But this was not anyone else. This was Nitros Oxide, racer extraordinaire, and he cared for nothing but the feel of his vehicle and the track as he traversed the twists and turns, again and again, all night long.
Of course, that did not mean there were not other things on his mind.
No matter how many times he flew past the checkered finish line, it still wasn't good enough. If he had been allowed his hovercraft, he knew his performance would be flawless. These wheeled karts were so heavy, so awkward, they did not... No! No excuses! No more deflecting of blame. If anything was flawed, it was

Soul entered the apartment with a huge sigh. He had had a long day of dealing with feelings he had never felt before. He had been thinking about them for a long time, but it was to much and to hard to think about at the moment.
He walked into the living room expecting to see his meister reading or watching a movie. Instead, he found her asleep on the couch in a tank top that was riding up almost to showing her bra. Her feet were propped up on the arm of the couch making her skirt slide up with her book resting open on her chest.
He stopped in his tracks to stare at the sleeping girl. Did she really have to tempt him so bad? "You don't see me as a guy do you?" he said, leaning over her. Their faces so close that his hair brushed her face.
"Hey Maka, wake up," he said, poking her cheek, "Your going to get sick if you sleep her with your stomach exposed."
"Noooooo," she whined, batting at him, making

The five of us bought two pipes on University of Houston dime in likely the only hookah bar in St. Louis, Missouri on a Sunday afternoon. Something we do as a team to calm our nerves after a long weekend of competition in a cold, damp city. They were real fancy pipes too – tall, glassy and gold. Two flavors for each pipe - watermelon-mint and strawberry-mint. David says mint keeps the smoke cool and flavor level. He was a red headed Syrian who had his own pipe at home and has been our debate captain for three weeks. Only a little while ago he had mustered enough courage to admit to everyone he “was conservative, but only a little.” Smoking hookah is very popular in Syria, embedded in the culture. We figured he knew what he was talking about. The bar was empty except for the owner who was happy to have customers but not desperate enough to forget carding us for use of his pipes and liquor. He showed us a room off to the side full of lar

I don't really get it. I've held hands with Natsu many times before, either getting dragged away from danger, or yanking me up when I fell down, or when we all held hands on Tenrou Island. He has touched my skin numerous times, completely platonic. He's a good friend, so it's normal.
So why is my heart pounding so hard this time?
Is it the setting? Yes, that's partly it. We're here on the beach, just taking a stroll. It's not a date, no way! It's just...well...our mission is over, we went to a hotel, but the fighting between Gray and Natsu was starting to annoy Erza. It's a really bad idea to piss her off, so I grabbed Natsu, simply because he was closer to me than Gray was, and told him I wanted to take a walk so he had to protect me. Stupid, I know. I'm a Fairy Tail wizard; I can take care of myself. Natsu didn't protest, though. He just smiled, as if his argument with Gray had all been planned out.
It didn't start off as much. We were walking along the sand, fire in
