There’s a really, really fast subway system in your future.
Would you believe ground travel from Los Angeles to San Francisco in less than thirty minutes? That’s the prediction of the Hyperloop’s financier, billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk (the co–founder of PayPal). The Hyperloop is being designed as a driverless public transport train that will rocket between American c

But that's quite all right. I'm not at all externally focused and I know that what others think (especially on the internet, on social networking sites) have absolutely no effect on what I choose to do or how I choose to do it. So you may ask, "why are you even on here?", and that is a good question. The reason I post what I do is a clear signal to the "universe" (for the lack of a better term) that this is what I have chosen to do. It's almost irrelevant what my viewers think of what I am doing because I'm not doing it for them. But that makes me sound unfriendly.. If you like it, good. If you don't like it, good. If you get rude or obnoxious or hypocritical, well that's annoying a little bit
So during this last 12 to 15 months I've been posting nude photos and my views have gone from 7000 to 110000. T

Nigeria, in the last decade or so has seen thousands of people die because they were Muslim OR Christian. They are killing each other by the hundreds with guns, machetes, or whatever means available. Women and children slain in their homes because they were a different religion. What possible God sees this as OK? OH perhaps it's the god that commands his followers to kill thousands and thousands of people in the Bible. Seems like the same one to me.
There are property rights and what the government refers to as "indigeneship" in Nigeria. It means whoever was first to live on a particular parcel of land, has the rights to it. Add to this law of "indigeneship" the fact that Nigeria now produces a LOT of oil and you have the makings of a war. Ironically, the "democratic" government has embezzled four t

A long, long response to a bio-denialistRecently I tried to educate someone on DA who believes the usual "evolution is the devil's lies" jazz.A long, long response to a bio-denialist5 months ago in Personal More Like This
Fascinatingly, none other than our friend kajm interjected, apparently stalking my comment history on a regular basis, telling her I was just a troll and to delete and block me.
Despite the fact that he himself accepts evolutionary science, his obsessive, stalking hatred of me is more important to him than education. I guess that goes without saying for someone who will make up anything they can to convince innocent kids to deny how climate works at even its most basic level.
So, I'm going to finally just copy/paste what I said to her here, in the off chance that maybe it will actually help somebody.
Creation is scientifically proven and geologically documented
This is, unfortunately, impossible. No scientific evidence ever can exist for the supernatural. Science is based on observation alone. There is no way for creation to be scientifically documented unless we we

If you want to do it this way, you will send me a NOTE.
In it, you will confirm how much money you have sent, and the email you want me to send the picture/s to.
You can have as many pictures as you want for as much money as you want.
Why am I asking for money when I used to do it for free?
My fandom grows, which means every time I posted something new the number of interested would increase.
Understand that sending one picture takes me much more work than it takes you to receive it.

$4 Billion? (£2.5 Billion, in real money)
Not as much as Pixar.....but then, if Lucasfilm were a house, JarJar would be the devaluing, sh*t-stained carpet a new owner would have to deal with.
And, no, I'm not going to denounce it. Disney buying Lucasfilm? That has potential, and I'm not talking Star Wars, here.
If I've read the press release on the Disney corporate website correctly, they now own EVERYTHING – including Lucasarts, which is a division of Lucasfilm.
Monkey Island/Day of the Tentacle/Sam & Max + Disney? That could be amazing!
As for the (inevitable) Star Wars 7, I'm really hoping they use the Thrawn Trilogy. In fact, I'm betting they do. Let's face it; Disney haven't ever had an original idea, that's why they keep buying up other people's work, and if they're hoping to have something released by 2015 they'll have no choice but to dive into existing material.
Of course, if they produce a Satur

It's a video game.
It's a Bizenghast video game.
It's a Bizenghast video game in a fully 3D world.
And I'm going to play the voice of Dinah.
Told you that you should have sat down.
Stay tuned, because on Valentine's Day, the town of Bizenghast is about to get a little bit stranger...and a whole lot bigger.

FNAF 3 Different Endings GuideThere's a bunch of spoils in here so if you haven't finished the game, dont watch!FNAF 3 Different Endings Guide2 months ago in Personal More Like This
Anyway, for those that didnt like FNAF 3 I think you're surely mistaken. It was a just end for a great series. So, I bet a lot of you have gotten the "Bad Ending" or the "Neutral Ending"
The Bad Ending is when Purple Man is so frightened to see the five ghosts of the kids that he murdered. He runs away from you, (playing as the child's ghost) that he goes and runs into Springtrap to hide from you. If you recall, Phone Guy said not to do this anymore because the suits could crush you from the inside due to a locking failure, hence the term "Spring trap"
So naturally, Purple Man is dead and the spirits got their revenge. But why is it a bad ending? Well, if the lights are illuminated in the eyes of the masks on the final screen, that means the spirits are still trapped in the animatronics. That's why it's a bad ending. So, what's the good ending? Well, the good ending is actua

Anyone else out there playing this? Very neat game. Very.. mixed reviews about it across the nets, but hey, I'm having fun either way.
It's an open world.. actiony.. RPG-y.. exploration.. concoction. I'm not sure how else to put it. It's a pretty wild blend of all sorts of elements I've seen in games like Monster Hunter, Skyrim, Dark Souls and even Shadow of the Colossus. Aaaand I love all those games.
I don't mind telling you, I'm getting myself murdered left and right, and I seem to have lost my direction very.. very early on in the game. Shortly after a dragon plucked out my heart and ate it, I found myself protecting a cow on the way to a grand capital city i
Important message to all(SPREAD THIS!!!)What I have learned from becoming a Brony is the same type of things I learned from becoming a Christian, to accept all others no matter their views, gender,or beliefs. I have come to see that others will insult simply for those, well I come to know these as the lost. They have taken what the world has given and given up, but they can all be saved. Through showing them the respect we people give other, by showing them love and compassion. Showing them that others truly care for them, cause all the peaceful and the respectful are warriors of peace. We carry are shields and are armor, we use that of are words as a weapon of peace. The helmet stands for knowledge, the shield for tolerance, are words for love. We carry are fallen comrades and enemies! We show all respect and love! We show the fallen there is something still to believe in, a good that a wholesomely good! We give them the offer to take up the shield and helmet! If they accept we raise are shields as brothers! Discimination isn't always wrong, it all depends on how you apply it.
When it comes to abusive men/women, child molesters or rapists, i'd say some discrimination is valid.
(she mentions discrimination against the popular kids by the unpopular kids)
Discrimination against the popular kids has its root in how the popular kids treat the unpopular kids. We respond to cruelty with the only weapon we have - our witty insults.
Discrimination based on a person's actions toward others, and not necessarily their behaviour, is absolutely necessary in our society - thing is we're all individual humans and not everyone agrees on what should be discriminated against - wh

One day, humon was surfing the internet.
She was just looking at her favorite pages when all of a sudden a new tab opened up.
She was confused, since she didn't click on any link whatsoever. The tab didn't show anything, just a white screen. When she tried to close the tab, nothing happened. She kept pressing the X to close it, but instead the tab turned to full size. Suddenly, the white screen of the tab turned completely black.
It wasn't only the tab screen that turned black, all the button and everything else on her screen did the same.
Even her mouse disappeared off the screen.
After a little while, she decided to turn her computer off because she simply thought it was broken.
This was a fatal mistake.
Out of nowhere, a full screen picture of :iconcaptainfanclub: appeared on the black screen.
It was most unexpected.

What is the 100 Themes Challenge?
100ThemesChallenge is a group that aims to inspire artists with a challenge. Many artists suffer from artist block from time to time, and sometimes the best way to fix it is to appeal to the side of our nature that rises to a challenge. We hope to motivate artists of all types with themes, short prompts, and contests. 100 Themes Challenge simply gives artists a starting point... you go from there!
How does it work?
There are five variations, each with 100 themes. You can pick your favorite variation from the 5 pre-existing ones or mix and match themes from multiple variations. When you’ve decided which variation you’d like to work on, pick a theme and use it as inspiration to create!

Fan Art Law
Mon Sep 10, 2012 by techgnotic
t seems there’s nothing quite as dear to the hearts of many of our deviants as their production of fan art, and at the same time, there is nothing so knotted with legal and ethical headaches. Imitation may be the sincerest form of flattery, but in the form of fan art it has also become one of the most frustratingly complicated. At some point, the sheer volume of fan art around a single property may become so large that the issue rises to another level of scrutiny by the creators of the original work.
With this dynamic in mind, we thought the following panel that Josh Wattles, our Advisor In Chief here at deviantART, and a mystery guest named Harold Smith, gave at Comic Con this year might be of immense help in understanding the ever evolving elements of fan art

Those of you who are atheists, and are very vocal about to the point of ridiculing other people for still believing in a higher power....
I try to respect everyone's beliefs. So long as they don't shove their religious views into my face, then I will be respectful of their beliefs.
And I do try to be respectful of those of you who are atheists.
But there is something that I do hate. And that is shoving your beliefs into other people's faces.
I know that not all atheists do this. I do hope that most atheists are sensible people who know that everyone has their own views about the way the world works. After all it is our differences that makes us all unique. The world would be a very boring place if we all believed in the same thing.
But just as much as I hate fundamental Christians who get their joys about preaching that I need more Jesus in my life, I hate it when a bunch of atheists spam

No matter the brave, fierce constructs we build and serve that would have us believe we are each one of us all alone as we make this journey, we make our way toward the end of all things side-by-side in our community of the living each day defying death. Our paths may be wildly divergent—the way of the hungry and impoverished traveling the same timeline with the grotesquely indulgent, the very best of us side-by-side with the most evil of us; but all headed for the same fate: dust.
