Raphael / Donatello
Warning: mild turtlecest; language (my Raph and Don are somewhat barbaric. Sue me.)
"Yo, Don? Hello? Fuck, Don, if yer hidin' from me just 'cause I called ya a- a few names-,"
Raphael peeked his head into the lab for the umpteenth time, scanning it just as carefully as he had a half hour ago.
No olive fingers on the keyboard, no rounded ass sitting firmly in the Donatello-sized print on the computer chair. No goggled eyes staring at a new project. No voice muttering in the background over the hum of machinery.
Raphael padded through the lab, picking up sheets and blankets that covered more delicate objects. He'd been angry at Don earlier- well, they'd been angry at each other, and he'd gone out and ran a few miles and felt a lot better. Now he was supposed to come back, apologize for being a jerk, Don was supposed to say it was alright and maybe he had been too, and Raph would say it's probably all him and hopefully hot sex

Donnie froze mid experiment as the cry filled the lair, followed by a resounding crash. He quickly headed out of the lab in time to see Mikey running wildly down the stairs. He glanced around his eyes settling quickly on the olive coloured turtle. Moving quickly he plunged toward him.
"Glenda you gotta help me!" he nearly shrieked
Donnie muffled his laugh as he was enclosed in a tight hug. Donnie sighed and managed to free his arms. Gathering Mikey's face in his hands he looked into the sea green turtles eyes. Glazed blue eyes stared out of a fever flushed face. Donnie couldn't help but smile.
"Its okay Mikey, tell me what happened?"
"It's the grouchy Raph of the west Glenda, he tried to steal my ruby slippers!" Mikey rambled "He can't have them they were a present."

Leonardo did indeed emerge well before supper, appearing calm but not withdrawn. Raphael tried to bully him into a shallow argument, but Leo was too engrossed in he and Donnie's chess game to pay much attention to him. Mikey was content to sit and watch, providing amusing sound effects and commentary whenever a piece was taken from the board, making both his brothers laugh.
Raphael paced the lair, trying to find something to occupy his mind. He was feeling quite irritable at himself, and kicked a bucket in a vain attempt to channel it. Had he forgotten how to entertain himself if Donnie was doing something else?
Moments later he found himself idly wiping down his motorcycle, lost in thought. It wasn't that he couldn't find anything to do; he just wanted to do it with Don, no matter what it was. He was so used to his quiet ramblings that it was unnerving to be alone. And what was worse, Donnie had opted out of their nightly patrol; w

Snickering, Mikey darted out of the dojo, waving Leonardo’s bokken in the air. Leo shouted in surprise and despair as he rushed out of the dojo, immediately taking up the chase and leaping up onto the couch and over the back of it as he followed in pursuit of his squealing younger brother.
Raph smirked and watched his brother take off, before he went back to his taped up cars, motorcycles and jet planes. He squinted his eyes and scrunched up his face as he studied the motor bike he currently held in his hands. He was getting too old to play with toys – or at least that’s what he told his brothers – so he hid behind the façade of repairing his cars in order to actually play with them.

"Mr. Gardener? I am the representative from Nuhaizi Global. A pleasure to meet you."
I looked up from my desk at the young, Chinese woman who stood in the doorway of my office. She had long, perfectly-black hair which fell in a seamless curtain on her neck. Her suit was lean and black as well, with only the even collar edges of a light-red top showing at her neck. Her expression was neither inviting nor abrasive. It looked clinical. Her eyes avoided mine and her voice was without accent.
I stood from my chair and reached out my hand to her. She took it calmly with a sedate shake and a slight bow. I gestured to the chair in front of my desk. Before sitting, she reached into a pocket, retrieved an immaculate business card, and handed it to me.
The card gave her name as "Miss Lin Xiumei" on one side and in Chinese on the opposite. The Nuhaizi logo and name was right after that, followed by "International Representative in Matters of Legal Concern" and "Fluent in English, C

"So, what did you want to talk about?" We were back at the cottage. Eva had changed me back to normal and we were both sitting at the kitchen table. As we sat there, I knew exactly what I wanted to tell her...but how do I say it without sounding stupid?
"Um...I just...wanted to talk." I said. Eva smiled and stood up. She walked to the corner of the kitchen and picked up a basket. She then grabbed a second basket and handed it to me.
"Let's go to the orchard out back and we can talk on the way." I took the basket from her hand and followed her out the door. The sun was still high in the sky and the world was bright. It felt so good to be myself again, rather than Alice...though I won't deny that being in school again was a bit fun.
"Eva, there's something that I need to ask you." I said. Eva turned and looked at me...she then smiled mysteriously.
"Okay, let's play a game...for every question you ask me, I get to ask you a question. Sound fun?" I was slightly taken aback...but I grinned.

Turquoise, the combination of two beautiful colors of the spectrum
One represents the skies and peace, the other the nature and fertility
The darker shade of blue even represented an empress, the “Queen of Heaven”
While jade and the emeralds signify growth and harmony
It is the color of balance and blue is the truth
And when you unite the two you get a beautiful combination
Turquoise is the color of water; it is the symbol of youth
It’s aware, it’s healing, and relaxed; the color of communication
It’s peaceful and it forgives, the meaning of tranquility
It is a renewal of life; it’s refreshing and can motivate creativity
It promotes dreaming, new innovations and originality
And best of all it is independent and it strongly believes in personal responsibility

Where all the heavy thoughts rest and the heart sings
Between the world's pain and my agony, there is a place
I close the eyes, I breathe, I rise and I'm there again
I am the same child again, chasing the summer breeze
Carrying all the colorful dreams on my shoulders
With eyes as big as the waves, and a heart where birds nest
There, where every butterfly takes colors from my palms
And the thirsty deers come drink from my spring
There where the world made sense
I am there, and the restless mind is home for peace
When you told me joy had features and a face, my face
I touch the sandy beach , and one heart is never enough
I eat from every daisy in the white field, I drink the morning dew
I cover my cold skin with sunlight and sunflowers petals
Every now and then, I let my head sink, I let the world sink
I go back where I can hug the sky and walk on foamy clouds
Where I can be a little bird, that small daisy in a white field

I don't want to die
I just want to find a place
Where pain is a metaphor
And God is explained
Where people smile when they mean it
And don't laugh at murder
I don't want to kill myself
This world is all I have
I don't hate the sun
I just wish it would rise
On an earth that doesn't bleed
On hands that rest from pain
Where miracles are believable
And patriots are not scorned
I don't welcome darkness
But darkness is all I see
I don't want to die
I just want to take you home
Where babies live to smile
And families stay together
Where compassion still means something
And I can deserve your love
I don't want to die
And I won't
Not as long as I have breath in my body
A Shoe TaleA Shoe Tale3 years ago in Short Stories More Like This
Mister Lacey and miss Ribbon were a pair of red shiny shoes living in a boxful of dreams, on cloud-coated linens. One May day, a little girl found them sleeping next to each other, and she loved them so much that she took them out for an afternoon walk, sometimes tituppy, sometimes gingerly, on the sundressed alleys. Mister Lacey and miss Ribbon were cheerful, as they had never breathed such a crisp air before, and the chill of those spring days, after a good sturdy rain, was daintly tickling their soles, growing goosebumps on their skin.
The little girl was bursting with fidgetness. When she stopped to bathe in a tiny oasis, she briskly took off her shoes and left them on the dewy grass. Mister Lacey and miss Ribbon were slightly afraid, as gloomy spiders and frowning mosquitoes were tamelessly rumbling around them. They cuddled tightly, to make the fear go away, like salt in a desert storm. The fear started to vanish itself, as the two realized that they were not alone. They were a p

Kano Shuuya x Reader
Kano Shuuya was well-known to be a liar. Everything he said should always be doubted, and the young man didn't mind that. In fact, he thought it was much better that way. After all, it was much easier to lie than to admit loneliness and pain. Kano didn't want to bother anyone, so he would go about his days lying constantly to everyone about everything.
But you wanted to change that. The more time you spent with the young man, the more you saw small pieces of who he truly was. They were small, unintentional slips on his part, but you still appreciated it. After all, that meant that Kano trusted you enough to accidentally speak the truth about himself and let down his defences.
You first "met" Kano when you were out shopping with your friends during one hot summer day; however, in the midst of having fun with your friends, the mall was suddenly in lock down, and you were held hostage along with the other people on the floor. Y

that would turn the still air sultry
making the night blister

when there's something to say and yet no way to talk
leaving you to draw keys to a mouth that's a lock
I tuned into you like the end of a song
I was hooked for the price of a second upon
the reflection of you in observance of me
and whether you happen to see what I see
I've been to the zoo you've compiled and petted
the creatures anointed for zoohood and yet it
unnerves me to witness your own self-containment
long after you've offered me your entertainment
Like Emily Dickenson you're under wraps
Will an effort pry open a window perhaps?
I've asked many questions and kept many more
to myself, dare I ask you to open the door?
Eccentric you are yet it's all in your room
where the art and the animals dutifully loom
in the peace of your aura where none would assume
I'm at war with the muted defence of your womb
