One day I met with photographer Robyn for coffee to discuss a shoot involving pigments and paint. I got super excited at the idea of throwing pigments around so I also decided to make intense eyelashes. Huge thank you to the amazing model Kelsey who let me splash her with colours and put heavy eyelashes on her eyes.

Body Paint... :) sup?
Photographer: Ian Gattie [link]
Location: The Piranha Studios- Buffalo, NY [link]

I went out to Western NY earlier this month for the Opening / First Annual Meet & Greet of the Piranha Studios. I had a blast! After a while I got to talking with Ian about a shoot he was planning for the following week with Catherine. He was already scheduling a makeup artist and hair stylist so we were a little worried about adding a body painter to the mix. We bounced ideas off of each other until the day of. I came up with this sketch just hours before the model arrived.

So...
This is what happens when you get a Makeup Artist, Hairstylist, and Body Painter in the same room. Everything worked out time-wise, it didn't morph into a coordinator's nightmare. :)
That hot red hair spray...man, that was like radioactive, nuclear fall out or something. I'm still finding it, a week later. I can only image the model is still oozing hot red coloring as well.
