Chocolate fudge cupcakes with hand made fondant accessories.
Thanksgiving cake I did for husband's office pot luck. Wilton Giant Cupcake pan, poured fondant for the base, chocolate buttercream icing for the top and on top of the small cupcakes, hand made and painted gum paste maple leaves, mini reeses pieces. This topsy turvy wedding cake is themed after Tim Burtons The Corpse Bride. It has alternating tiers of white cake with hazelnut and chocolate ganache and red velvet with raspberry chambord and white chocolate ganache.
