The House of Lost is a large, Victorian Era hotel that is situated hours from the nearest city. It is nestled in a vast field that is surrounded by dense forest. The only way onto the grounds is by a single long and winding dirt road that connects to a stretch of highway (it does not see much traffic, either).
Due to the isolated nature of the hotel grounds, it is 'stuck in time'. It does not flaunt modern technology or decor, even though it exists in present time. There are no cellphones, no TVs, no internet. Once you step into the House, you step back in time.
Despite the fact that it is so off the beaten path, the House is heavily guarded. There are Day Guards, Night Guards, a Gatekeeper, a 4th Floor Guard, and a Head of Security. This caution may seem a bit much to newcomers, but House Staff assure that it's 'better to be safe than sorry'.

So don't give up hope guys. Whether you're 10, 15, 20, or older, as long as you keep at it, you WILL improve. Look at anatomy books and proper reference, that's something I wish I did more of when I was little. But you guys have SO many resources now! And computer programs galore. I really didn't have the internet at all for 1/5th of my artistic life, and then another 1/5th I just stopped drawing because I gave up. So take use of those resources, look at tutorials on Deviantart, and keep practicing. And mimicry is okay. Just try and branch out and create your own individual style once you get the hang of things!

Take all your frustrations, doubts, negativity and use them as fuel for the fire. Tell your self you'll prove your doubts wrong. You might not be good enough today but you can do it someday. That's the kind of attitude I've always had. You don't think I can do it! Well I'll show you someday! you'll see.
If you think you can't draw realistically, but want to be good at Anime then... STOP RIGHT THERE! Every good artist whether it be anime, cartoons, anything will be able to draw Realistically to at least a degree. Not what people want to hear but it's true. But it doesn't mean you have to give up what you love, take what you learn and apply to what you love.

So after much thought I've decided that Aquila (senshi of justice) needs two other members of her Senshi Team. (much like a Uranus and Neptune) I would like senshi designs for a Sailor Corvus (the Raven constellation) and Sailor Cygnus (the Swan Constellation)
Sailor Cygnus (Senshi of forgiveness) would have Ice storm/ Blizzard powers

If you don't know, my two OC's are based off of my boyfriend & Myself. I commonly refer to them just as Kitty & Puppy.The Character Miko has been a character persona of myself that I created years ago in high school. My user name changed to Miko on a set of forums I used to attend & the name just stuck. The 'Nurse' bit is based off of a flash video made from the Miko Miko Nurse song from Ai No Teema. Unfortunately I can't find the flash movie on youtube, but if you remember it at all it had Eggplant Kittens dancing, which was from my understanding due to because the Japanese term for Nurse was close to the Japanese term for Eggplant. My hair really isn't that red nor that long but I always drew it out as such. I'm often told that the hair resembles Konata's from Lucky Star but it was totally unintentional, I assure you.
