Taken of me at comic-con 2009. This is by far one of the best photos of me I ever found.

Photo taken by the skilled Jerry Abuan. Also used with his permission so Big thinks for that.

This took me forever since I didn't use any lines. My computer also crashed on me which set me back a full day's work. But finally i finished it.

Another picture of my character Galaxy who is an Organoid from Zi where zoids live.

I was mucking around with the colours when I found te vibrant orange of the body when i messed with the RGB in the layer options menu. I then set the rest of the layers to multipy to get the same kind of vibrant colours as well.

Oh yeah Happy 2012 poeple!!!!:icondragoncakeplz:

READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE COMMENTING!!!!

Ok I have to say few things:

This message isn't directed to everyone thats on deviantArt. Just... no. There is lots of them who draw for a mere fun, there is lots of newbies who are still learning and there are those who enjoy doing something other than drawing, whether is that photography, modeling, literature, etc... But there are also those persons, although widely popular to this site (yes, only this site) that will refuse not only different opinions (and block them for that), but they will ignore completely positive critique just because they think it's their ''style'' or ''their drawing ability is defined by mistakes in past''. FUCK. IS MY DRAWING STYLE DEFINED BY MY OLD DRAWINGS? NO. Everything is possible if you work hard enough on your art. Just because someones opinion is a bit harsh on you, doesn't mean they don't care or that they are troll (I'm honestly getting sick of this analogy) or even worse, cyber bully. And remember, if you want to succeed into being recognized artist, you HAVE to remember: ''Too much ego will kill your art''. And that's true, because at some point, I've experienced it myself.

On other part, I want to say that I DO NOT think that my art is ''godlike'' or ''best of the best''. It isn't. I still have shitton of learning to do. Doodles to make. Things to observe. Experiment with my style. What I want to say is that, if it weren't for wonderful people that critiqued me even in the harsh way and my self-criticism, I wouldn't be where I am. And if it weren't for those people that I daily look up on dA, they are NOT mega popular, but I find beauty in their works, I WILL NEVER be their copycat or try to draw in the way they draw, they are inspiring me with their effort and style.

The conclusion in the end would be: You want to be an artist? Consider others people opinion, even if they don't draw good or they're just newbies. People are not blind. And be happy if someone can spot mistake.

PS: The deviation may seem bit of egoistical, but that's not my point; I just LOVE how much have I changed in artist field, I'm not still at my best. You learn as you live. And if you put effort when you make something, it'll definitely pay of, sooner or later. Quality above quantity.

That's all I have to say. Over and out.
