A beautiful sunrise from november with some crackin' red light. It was taken from a natural hill with many bushes and some interesting ground : it was covered in green moss and the brown heather was red in the sun... with the fog down the valley, this scene made some strange effect, it was quite magical and a bit otherworldly.
Picture taken around christmas. There was still some snow on the ground and many fog in the woods. I was on a mountain facing the sunset and the sky was clear, so the very last orange lights could reach this place.. with all the fog and the snow, it created an incredible atmosphere a few minutes before sunset.
The 400 years old beech trees called "l'Allée des Géants", caught in a thick fog after a rainy night. It was at early morning with an overcast sky, the light was weak and diffused by the fog. Such a fantastic mood here, I was so pleased.
Old and tortuous beech trees in a deep fog. This one seemed to have a sort of arm coming down... it made me think of the Ents from Lord of the rings, so I tried an image close to the "arm" as if it was taking me.

An image from a recent trip in the local woods. Autumn is approaching and we had a night of rain, followed by a heavy fog in the morning.. I love the atmosphere it gives, quite perfect to capture this old ruin in a mossy forest.
