The CrossI looked to the sky, the dreamlike pearly blue sky, closed my eyes, and thanked the Merciful for His many blessings. After a deep breath I came back to reality. The chaos of the day had seeped deeply into my conscience. A ragged crimson person came staggering towards me, their dark olive skin spattered with blood. The Cross7 years ago in Historical More Like This
Salah Ad-Din, we have taken the city.
A smile played across my face as I scrutinized the warrior in front of me. The smoke looming from behind the grizzled man before me, like a dark cloud above this, our rightful city, seemed to be frantically escaping from this, our world of bloodshed, this our world of war. Men and horses and all of the panoply of war were surging about me, taking flight into the city, rushing to visit the Rock, from whence the Messenger ascended to the Kingdom of Heaven.
I leaned in to an extent, men always answer with prudence when looking another man in the eye.
Very good, are there any pockets of resistance?

(We'd be nowhere without you)
You gave us life
You fought like hell
(all your secrets, you'd never tell)
And steel and hardware
Made it through
Our hearts and minds
They made it too
No matter where your pieces go
You're a hero
(this I know)
So fight it hard
Your broken bones
Left in our homes
Men and women
Have died right here
You kept them near
But here it goes,
Our final run
(of all of them
this is the one)
Should I, and we,
And humans fall
You were our love
So say we all.

My heart starts to race a bit
Who is waking me from my sleep
Ripping me from he nightmare
That wrapped like a blanket
Around the torn fabric of my mind
Do I have the strength in me
To start this life once again
Her smile shines a blinding light
My decaying putrid flesh
Soaks up her healing rays
The sunken hollowed out eyes
Blink tears of new found life
A cold ripped up broken heart
Beats a single name repeatedly
The name I've always belonged to
She is the cure to my disease
The yellow sun to my dark night
Her love gives me strength
My body suddenly erupts
Leaving behind yesterdays struggle
Behind my love I reemerge
Claws and fangs of my dragon
Icy blue eyes filled with passion
Silky soft hair flowing in the wind
Pale milky skin of an Irishman

I've been with you since you were very little. I guess about five or maybe six.
You used to play with me. You would bring your toys and set them on the floor and we would play together. It was cute because you had the most adorable giggle ever. And when you would smile, your cheeks would puff out like you had marshmallows in your mouth and it was just oh-so cute.
I used to lay beside you and hum you to sleep, or cuddle up in the blankets with you when you were scared of the monster in your closet. I always told you not to worry. Monster is only there to make sure your toys and clothes are safe. I said he was like a big old guard dog.

Order 66: Part IIClone Commander ARC 1104 had been given the code name Edge by Jedi Master Genson because he was known for quick, sharp decisions on and off the battlefield. Edge was bred from the ARC line of clones and, therefore, capable of more independant thought and actions than the standard 'trooper and, like all other clones from the ARC batch, Edge was put in command directly under the Jedi. He'd served with Master Genson and her padawan learner for more than a dozen missions on half that number of planets and, as a result of her stratagies and orders, Edge had yet to lose a single 'trooper from his battalion. Qymaen jal Sheelal remembered his first steps on Kalee's soil, how proud his parents were. It was practically since those first steps that he had learned of war, its cruel tales that were spun and those of his family who had died. Qymaen was born and raised on these tales, and knew of nothing more then them. Only one story withstood in his mind and pried him away from the murky depths of war. The Jedi: remarkable warriors, skilled diplomats, rejuvenating futures. They were a symbol of hope for Qymaen, their stories told time and again by his mother of the great help they brought since the times of the Kaleesh-Bitthævrian War War. The tale was astonishing, the valiant Jedi who helped defend the Kaleesh homeworld from their ruthless neighboring system and of how his grandmother remarked seeing them fight, with a laser sword in hand, with such grace that with each fall of a Jedi Knight she could feel the galaxy shiver in sor

She was a tall girl with long brown hair braided in a long tail. She had deep blue eyes and she was dressed in a short t-shirt with empty shoulders and a very short skirt with a long opening over a side. The guards recognized her.
"Ayame..is that you?"-said one of them.
She looked at him and smiled, but not shy as she usually does..it was more of a sexy grin.
"Of course it's me, Izumo."
"Then why are you dressed like this? You look strange..."-the other one said.
"What are you talking about,Kotetsu, this is how I usually dress."-she looked confused.
"Maybe you should go talk to Tsunade."-Izumo replied.
She agreed and as she was walking into the city Kotetsu said to Izumo:

CIS vs GAR WarshipsCIS Warships vs. Republic warshipsCIS vs GAR Warships7 years ago in Philosophy & Perspectives More Like This
The Republic seems to have the advantage in capital ship combat, but the CIS has some equalizing advantages.
Many of the CIS warships are designed for mass production, and were designed for business scores not a full scale war. Many of the CIS leaders were cheap, and wouldnt spend the money for a traditional fleet. Only the Providences seem to be specifically designed for combat. The Lukrehulks are simply converted freighters with VERY strong shields and some turbolaser offensive capability., but with the sheer number of Turbolasers and the shield power added, with the fighter and troop compliment, a Lucrehulk is much a more battle-worthy ship than a carrier like a Venator (why it takes a flotilla to take them down). That's not bad at all for a converted ship, isn't it The Recusants are mass-produced destroyers. The Munificents are originally used to harass worlds heavily in debt, guard treasure vaults, and transfer finan
