This is my first time at the Racetrack playa. This place is totally awesome! I love the traced that those rocks moved.

Happy New Year 2012 to everyone.
Best wishes

A shot from Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes
Death Valley National Park

I didn't do well on this morning. I can't find a good location without footsteps. I need to do more research next time.

Your touch, your kiss...
Your breath as you whisper in my ear...
You pull me close and I hear the beat of your heart...
The sweetest of music on this magical night...

Multnomah Falls (Columbia River Gorge, Oregon USA) -- no tourists in sight on this icy January day!

NOTE: When displayed at its default size, the photo may appear a bit "soft". FULL VIEW is highly recommended for better appreciation of detail.

The Pacific Northwest showed her true colors during my most recent visit, with nearly constant rain, wind, and fog. Shooting in this much rain (as well as spray from the massive falls) was definitely a challenge, as keeping the lens dry was nearly impossible! Definitely one of my favorite spots in WA so far...the photos just don't even begin to do it justice.

An extremely windy sunrise on our 3 day backpacking trip to Thousand Island Lake, California in the Ansel Adams Wilderness. Low, fast -moving clouds obscured the peak of Banner but still offered a beautiful display of light. Thank you for taking a look!
