It's finally done! :dummy: To be honest I've only seen like 1 or 2 movies of her, but I really liked this picture :)

I have like a hate-love relationship with my drawings :giggle: Part of me feels YUGH when seeing all the mistakes. Nevertheless, I still love it....strange:?

I have to admit after finishing the face, I made the other parts quickly.
I'm quiet upset how it looks on the computer :saddummy: I like the real life one better.

This is my first "serious" colour pencil work. Do I like colour pencils? sort of..Will I'll draw a lot with colour pencils in the future? No. At least not yet

The most I like about the drawing are the lips. unfortunately that was the only thing the scanner didn't pick up well  it's more pink in real life. I tried to make it look as close as possible to the real one by changing contrasts in photoshop, but I failed...

There's a dent(?) in the nose..I have no idea what happened. I was just taking a break from a half hour and when I came back it suddenly was there:saddummy: the strange thing is, no one came near my drawing...:?

I LOVE to draw eyes, but I actually never used a reference for my eye drawings.... so here it is :) I didn't copy everything of the reference... I just don't want to :P

Reference used : fav.me/d15zq2c

Yeah, I know, probably the most unoriginal idea ever haha but was good practice :D

It's finished :dummy: Full view please :)

This time I wanted to challenge myself and draw some skin with freckles. I have to admit though, the hair could be a lot better, I just did the hair a bit quickly :ashamed:

If you want to compare this drawing and the photograph to see if I did every single freckle similar (same thing for the hair), don't bother.
This time I tried to use the reference very loose. And I did this on purpose.
I still drew the main things close to the reference, but drawing this way, I was free to add details that are not on the actual photograph.

Some artists stay very accurate to the photograph and some use it very loose once they've drawn the correct proportions. Honestly, drawing this way is (for me) a lot more relaxing.
